Alright. After thinking for a bit, Wolfhawk hobbled his way into the clearing, puffing up his fur to help defend against the freezing cold weather as he made his way out. He cleared his throat before calling out. "ThunderClan! You lot get out here, I'm teaching you about poisons so you don't get any stupid ideas and get yerself killed," he called out, flicking his ear. It would probably be a good idea for the clan to be educated about the dangerous poisons there were - especially during leafbare when herbs were hard to come by, and he might not have the stuff he needed to treat poisoning on paw. "Now get out here before I make you," he said one more time before laying down, waiting for cats to gather around him

How this event works:

Well, its exactly what you think! Wolfhawk will be teaching cats about the poisonous herbs, so that way cats know what to stay away from. Pretty simple, huh?

Wolfhawk will be covering all the poisons he knows, which are as follows:

-Yew (deathberries)
-Foxglove
-Meadow Saffron
-Water Hemlock
-Glowing mushrooms

Next post will be the 17th, might be earlier or later depending on how many cats show up

If your cat is currently sick with the thunderclan illness, please refrain from posting here, as wolf is in the regular camp, not the sick one !!

This doesn't seem to be the kind of thing that Peachpaw would usually pay mind to, which is why the flamepoint finds himself creeping on over. It's especially good to learn about that sort of stuff, right? It's the things you care the least about that mind end up biting you in the rear someday...though, he's pretty sure he'll never have to worry about accidentally eating a dangerous plant. Who even does that?

There's no sense in arguing with a medicine cat about what is and isn't important to know when it comes to herbs, so Peachpaw keeps his derision to himself and dips a polite nod to Wolfhawk while he settles in close for the lesson.

Wolfhawk’s announcement caught Flowerhawk’s interest. She shook the dirt out of her fur and moved to see the medicine cat better.

Slypaw padded over at the medicine cat's call. He looked around to see if Sunflowerpaw or Mom were here too.

Burnedpaw heard Wolfhawk's call and flicked an ear with casual interest. This would be useful information to have. The reddish brown tom rose to his paws and padded over, sitting with his tail wrapped neatly but casually around his paws with a stoic expression on his face.

Emberkit padded over. His black pelt and white ear matching those of his father Nightwhisper. His black pelt shining with his ginger ear as he sat beside his son

Fernwhisper was sure that she didn't need to learn about poisons, she doesn't go looking for herbs, it's not her job and if she would, it would be with a medicine cat, not alone.
But it didn't sound like it was voluntary attendance, approaching the gathered cats, she nodded in the general direction of Wolfhawk and sat.

Oakkit was ecstatic when she heard she would be learning something, Oakkit had galloped half across the clearing when she got a better look at the group that had formed, no one her age... maybe she was too young? Otherwise some other kit would've come by right?

Or maybe they would join soon, the uhhh... medicine cat had just called out anyways. Uncertain Oakkit continued her jog, a bit slower now, and sat down.
