Beechray ♣ She / Her ♣ Thunderclan warrior

Beech nodded, bouncing along the territory alongside Mantispaw, a purr rising in her throat as she shifted closer, their pelts brushing. She felt her face grow hot, she felt... crazy when she was alone with Mantis, it was... a nice kind of crazy though.

Once they found a nice sun dotted clearing Beechray rushed ahead, whipping around to face Mantispaw. Without warning she shot forward before dipping to the left, attempting to land a blow on her former denmate's shoulder, a grin plastered on her face.

Mantispaw

Mantispaw almost didn't see her coming. Almost. She dodged the blow at the last second. She was lucky she saw. Now it was her turn.

She ran behind Beechray, aiming for her tail. If she yanked it, hopefully the warrior would get a bit off-balanced. And so, she reached for the tail. @seeingstars

Oh! Beech hadn't even considered her tail, Mantis's jaw snapped around her tail. A a squeak escaping her as she whipped around, aiming a blow at Mantispaw's cheek, her grin still playful and plastered on her maw.

At the same time she attempted to pull her tail away, much to her dismay in the struggle she lost her balance tumbling to the ground with a gentle 'oof'. After Beechray regained her composure she smiled up at Mantis with a purr.

"Okay- okay! you win!" She giggled with a smile, her tail had been released sometime in her tumble though she couldn't be sure when, it didn't matter, her bestie had just passed the combat part of her assessment "Ready for hunting part now? All you gotta do is bring me as much prey as you can carry! I'll be keeping an eye on your from near by so make sure you do it right" Beechray teased Mantispaw playfully, her tail flicking behind her.
