Ticci was about to burst out in tears, his wide yellow eyes glittering with water at the mention of a scar. Oh he was ruined! He would never look the same again! The tom sniffled, resting his head on his paws. "My no-furs threw a bottle down, it shattered and hit me, and they kicked me out." He whimpered.

"housefolk..." he grumbled "those naken weirdos." he sighed, remembering when swift took him from his housefolk...he could understand "well no worries, a scar like this one will show them you cant be stopped, now, you need to rest so it heals better" he went to settle beside the poor cat and he placed his little tail on his shoulder "you know...who needs a housefolk anyways, you have us now- oh- names names, my name is miles!" he smiled sweetly.

upwalkers....ugh...those things stunk "oh yeah, I'm swift, or swifty, whatever ya wanna call me" he purred, settling beside the tom as well "and what's your name buddy?" he smiled "scars are cool by the way...I have one! well- no- its more like my back claws, their all gone, I only have front ones" he smiled "and I'm not gonna let that stop me, haha, miles has 6 toes" he chuckled.

"b-but I'll look hideous!" He sniffled, eyes still tearing up as he was practically ready to burst. The soft words slowly began to soothe him though, the small exotic cat blinked slowly at the two as they told him their names and the oddities they had. Maybe they were right, maybe he could be okay. "I-its Ticci.." He said softly, looking at them. They seemed nice, and around his age too.

"not 6, in total I have 24 toes- 6 on each paw" he said a matter-of-factly "anyways, its very nice to meet you Ticci" he smiled softly "we hope you stay with us" he cant help but feel a little relieved that ticci felt better now
