Basically the topic above, i know apprentices can ask for them and sorry if this is a silly question but can warriors ask for them?
I have a cat i RP with a lot however they are going to retire to the elders den soon and their current apprentice/their RPer keeps skipping training and barely responds to any attempt to start training or even interact with them, which my cat wouldn't really keep training them but idk if i should keep trying dispite how my cat would act or just ask for a reassignment

It’s not that splash is skipping training, she has an injured paw ic verified via alchemist kitsune to get her out of her patrol since I couldn’t complete it /gen
besides, I just can’t get to her rn. I’m sorry /gen

Okay that would have been nice to know :'c I've left VMs but I haven't gotten any replies and you asked for training for her after patrol and then never replied and then the group one so I just figured you weren't interested and since this is my cats probably last few moons a warrior i wanted to sort that stuff out. I get life stuff I just haven't had any communication on it and MarshHeart IC hasn't either so it was like??

I don't believe warriors can ask for apprentice reassignments (but you can out-of-character ask a Clan leader not to be assigned an apprentice, or to be assigned an additional one, though).
If your character retires into being an elder, their apprentice would be reassigned to another mentor -- you don't have to wait until they have their ceremony to have your character retire (though I understand why you'd want to! Just saying it's not required, as far as I know).
