Morningpaw grunted. She had just encountered a WindClan warrior a few sunrises ago, and boy were they were hostile. She tried her best to copy Greyowl's stance. She looked up at him hopefully. Maybe she had it right?

Grayowl slowly stalked up to the bird, hiding in the tall grass before unsheathing his claws and pouncing, rolling over the border (Mind if I add one or two of my wc cats?) @SagetheSnowman

Morningpaw, only just having discovered the borders, had no idea that Grayowl was in the wrong. When he caught the bird, she just cheered. Because that was the right thing to do, right?

"Hey! Huntin' on our border huh?" A tick-pelted tomcat with an uncanny resemblance to a hare growled, instantly unsheathing his claws. Grayowl perked up and hissed, dropping the bird. "It wasn't on the border when I killed it." He growled back. @SagetheSnowman

Morningpaw let out a low growl, narrowing her eyes. Hey! She snapped, glaring at the other cat. Leave my mentor alone! She hissed, flexing her sharp, tiny claws. Or ya gonna have'ta deal with me! She held back a grin, unsheathing her claws. Truth was, she had no training in combat yet, so this was a great time to test it out!

The Windclanners eyes darted down to the bird before darting down and running away. "Don't care!" Grayowl rumbled and dashed after the tomcat, tackling him. @SagetheSnowman

Morningpaw's eyes lit up with excitement as she darted in to help her fellow RiverClanner. Let me at 'em! She hissed, extending her claws and attempting to land on the WindClan warrior's back.

Morningpaw just grazed the warriors back, scratching him with harsh claws and drawing blood. "Ow!" The tomcat yowled, twisting in pain and dropping the bird before swinging at Morningpaws cheek. Grayowl took the opportunity to strike in retaliation, scratching the moor-runners flank. @SagetheSnowman

Morningpaw hissed in frustration as she felt claws rake her cheek. Oww... She muttered, raising her paw again to bat his paws from under him. She felt alive! Fighting was pretty amazing!
