I was just wondering?

So I just want to know, Why cant you donate KK unless you are paying for a service, say, A character drawing? I don't want to actually donate but I have seen loads of threads that include at least part of a post stating that you can't donate without a purchase as your reason. Staff can reverse the action if you have no purchase. I just wanted to know and maybe get some views on this? I Don't mind it but I just wondered what the set reasons are?

Thank you! It helped and I had no idea they had updated the FAQ? I mostly did my research on the old Wco And things where different back then. I've been off for a while in the last few months and I guess it changed. I think there rules regarding this where different from what I've just read? thx again!
