Personality: He acts bratty and rude, but he's actually pretty sweet once you get to know him. He's on a quest to find a cat to bully, aswell! He- hasn't done very well. He actually just ended up making friends. anywho-
Who'll make the starter?: either one!
Other: I have the most motivation with this child- and I've been wanting a driz interaction not like i've been stalking driz posts or anything uh yeah here u are
