"Not me, no." He replied with slight amusement "Practice swiping at the air. Here, I'll show you."

After he said it, Tigermoth did exactly that.
He stood a bit taller and swiped at the air.
"You can also stand on your back legs while doing it, but it also makes it easier for your opponent to knock you off balance."
