Chasmpaw wandered around, looking for a lone cat. Once she spotted them, she sprinted to them and suddenly stopped in front of them. "Greetings! I'm Chasmpaw and I would like to be your partner." Chasmpaw said with a blank face.

Spiderpaw gave a small, warm smile at Scorpionpaw's nickname for her, nodding in greeting in return. But Scorpy seemed focused. She completely missed the nonverbal exchange between the two toms, thinking to herself how relieved she was they seemed to get along. Hickorysmoke then said to pair up, that made sense. Oh. Oh dear. Spiderpaw felt panic claw at her heart. Scorpionpaw and Emberpaw were both here! How could she possibly make them both happy? When Emberpaw invited her to pair up, she could feel her anxiety rise in her throat like bile. Oh wait, that is bile. Spiderpaw swallowed in an attempt to get that down, trying to slow her heartrate.

Ordinarily, she would've probably paired up with Scorpionpaw. But...Emberpaw was nice too. And...and he asked first right? She didn't wanna hurt his feelings! Slightly panicked, she shot Scorpionpaw a look as though she were silently asking his permission. But then Spiderpaw made a split second decision, looking at Emberpaw with a small, timid, but still warm smile. "S-Sure." She mewed, rising shakily to her paws. Though she didn't stand completely straight, further dwarfing her in comparison to the larger cats. "I-I'll try to do better...than last time I mean." She added, shuffling her paws timidly. She turned to look at Scorpionpaw with a somewhat concerned expression. "W-Will you be alright, Scorpionpaw?" She asked. She figured he'd have an easier time finding another partner than not, but she considered him a friend so she wanted to make sure.
