Mudburr stayed still, watching as the other cats started wandering around the camp in search of their prize. All of them seemed enthusiastic and determined, but none were as excited as Soulkit. Nor were any as far away from the location of the sticks. The elder thought for a moment, before lifting his brown hind off the ground and skulking over to the scrabbling kit.
"You're doing a good job looking, but perhaps a different view would help." Mudburr suggested, his large shadow swept over the tiny kit as he took a stride forward. He wasn't going to
lead them to the sticks, they wouldn't learn anything that way, but he knew that even walking around the camp would get this kit closer to finding a stick pile than if they were to do it alone.
