Of course, I would like to help! If you want to make a Starclan cat, it is basically the same as making a living cat. Nobody is in charge of dead cats so you can roleplay them straight away.
Sorry, I don't have one (nor a Dark Forest). From what I've seen, Starclan/Dark Forest is less active than the living cat clans.
