Stars, how long has he even been pregnant at this point? He'd known for about a moon now... so he was... well near the time he would have them, however he wasn't showing all that much, he was noticeably more chubby but nothing more really.

He slowly pushed himself to his paws, he had been extra tired lately, but he assumed it was just the pregnancy. The smoky black tom's eyes flicked over the camp, landing on Coyoteblossom. Honeywillow had gone missing and Coy hadn't been the same since. He cleared his throat as he approached his ex and once best friend.

"Hey... Coy... you uh- You alright?" He asked quietly They hadn't talked since Worm had told Coyote that he was expecting. He swallowed, unable to meet his denmate's gaze as he waited for Coy's response.

The large rosette tabby stood, frowning as he stared out into the camp entrance. He was still waiting for Honey's return. A pang of guilt clawed at his stomach. He knew this was his fault... If he hadn't done what he did with Worm to get back at Honey... Coy sucked a breath in through his teeth, hoping that Honey would come back to him.

That's when he heard that familiar voice, flinching despite Worm's gentle tone.

"Wormbelly" He said flatly in greeting, looking down tiredly at his denmate. Stars he really messed up bad didn't he...

"Worm, I'm sorry-" He was cut off by Worm muttering a 'it's fine' before shrugging it off, repeating 'what's wrong?'.

Coyoteblossom sighed softly, looking down at his paws at Worm's words. He felt stupid both for what he did to Worm and Honeywillow. After a long pause Coyote spoke.

"I haven't seen Honey in a moon- I... I miss him Wormbelly" He said, looking down at his paws. His face wrinkling as Worm mentioned Honey's betrayal, he didn't care, and he didn't care to hear it "THIS. This is why I never told you anything when we were getting close as apprentices- you just can't stop thinking of yourself- stop trying to mess up my relationship with Honey- WHEN he gets back everything will be good and we will be over this whole... thing" He murmured, glaring down at Worm.

Wormbelly flinched at Coy's tone "It's- It's fine just- let's not... talk about this- What's wrong?"

Worm's eyes widened as Coyoteblossom finally opened up to him, he stood there, silent for a moment "I'm... sorry Coy... That must... suck." He paused furrowing his brows "but- maybe this is for the best? He did kinda... cheat on you-" it's voice trailed off as it watched Coy's angry gaze shoot to him as he dared to look up at the other warrior. A shiver ran down his spine, he hadn't seen this long since...

His glaze flicked to the scar he'd accidentally given Coy as apprentices. Coy's next words stung, probably more than anything he'd ever been called or told. He'd MUCH prefer having Dawnstar call him stupid than this. Wormbelly gritted his teeth, taking in Coyote's words.

"I'm- sorry... I didn't mean to upset you or-" He stopped taking an anxious breath "How about we go out looking for him together?" He offered with a shaky smile, his tail tucking between his legs.

More guilt clawed at the tom's belly as he noticed the fear in Worm's eyes. He sighed and nodded "Fine- Let's... Let's go" He murmured, pushing past Worm to exit the camp, followed closely by Wormbelly. The walk was quiet and awkward. Stars, it was awkward. He could feel Wormbelly shooting him occasional glances.

He remained silent, still no sign of Honeywillow... where was he? the large tom thought to himself, frowning.

He heard worm mumble... something but wasn't sure what. He was too busy being lost in his thoughts.

EveningEcho was still grieving her daughter. She could barely look at Worm. She felt so guilty she blamed him at first. She messed up big time. Her head suddenly popped out of the elder's den as she heard her grandbaby. Maybe this was a good time to talk!

But she felt confused as he and another warrior started to go out of camp. Oh no. Please Don have someone die again. She was pretty far behind them, but kept following. @seeingstars

The silence hurt, he didn't know how to handle the awkwardness. They'd once been so close and now Coyoteblossom could barely look at him. The smoky black warrior looked down, deciding staying silent was what would be best. That's when he felt a sharp pain.

Worm sucked a breath in through his teeth "What- what the hell?" he mumbled quietly stopping his in tracks. When he noticed Coy hadn't even noticed it'd stopped it frowned, but took a deep breath.

He went to run forward when another, much sharper pain stabbed at him "Damn it!" Wormbelly hissed out, his tail lashing out behind him. His yell was enough to catch Coy's attention, who turned just in time to see Wormbelly collapse to the ground.

Could they be coming? It was possible- but he thought he at least had a bit more....

Coy's ears perked when Worm yelled out "Did you find-" He furrowed his brows as he rushed toward Wormbelly "Are- Are you okay?" He asked, doing his best to keep a neutral expression, though concern and worry filled the large rosetted tabby.
