Ashcloud watched the clouds go by with Spottedpaw. He couldn't see any of the things that Spottedpaw somehow saw in them. Maybe he should ask the medicine cat to go get Spottedpaw's eyes checked out.

Ah... Where did the sun go? It seemed greenleaf would be on its way out soon. Ah well, it'd come around next year. The older molly stretched her legs out in front of her, giving a small yawn. All this rest was treating her well, and though she felt herself age mentally, physically she felt very well. As she often was, she was resting next to a small bush of ferns. Hmmm, maybe a nap would be nice.

DuskKit's peace of mind was soon disrupted, it's like the thing popped out of thin air and started doing the most outlandish things it could think of. How could he even have time to react when it just ran up to him like that? Especially doing what it was doing-

Couldn't it have been anything other than... another kit?

It's not liked he hated other kits or something, he just didn't like the ones that were hyper. He couldn't handle the energy, couldn't process it, it overstimulated his brain to the max.

He didn't understand where all that energy was even coming from, half the time he didn't even want to get out of bed. Was something wrong with him? Or was something wrong with this kit? Maybe both? Yeah. Probably.

DuskKit was tense, looking down at the younger kit in bewilderment. His expression slowly shifting to concern as he saw just what the tom was doing.

He... he had a whisker on his head? What- what in the world?

Why- What was even the point- it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter, just answer, you look stupid right now.

"I.... see that."

He wasn't sure what the younger tom was trying to get out of this interaction, maybe nothing? Most kits didn't even care half the time.

Crowkit bust out into giggles, rolling onto his back and kicking his paws into the air. Oh he got Duskkit so good!!! He was so confused!!! Probably thought Crowkit was some crazy head or somethin'!! OH THAT WAS TOO FUNNY!!

It took him a long moment of rolling around and scream laughing before he finally calmed down enough to catch his breath. Finally he was able to return to his paws, flashing his new best friend a bright grin. "Betcha were real confused huh? Don'cha worry, it was just a whisker from Firema!" A russet paw reached up to tap his trusty treasure when- oh. Oh NO!

THE WHISKER WAS GONE!!! Suddenly life was horrible, jokes weren't funny, and Crowkit was heartbroken. He'd planned on prankin' every single member of Windclan with this!! How could it be gone???? Blue eyes searched Duskkit's for answers, hoping his bestest friend had just snagged the whisker while he wasn't looking. "You gots to help me!! I- I dunno where the whisker went and, and what if Evilclan got a hold of it!!??" That was a clan right?? He'd distantly heard his sis talkin' about it. Oh geez...
