He could hardly hear the thump of his clanmates' paws over his heartbeat pounding in his skull. Goldenpaw followed the group, careful not to stray as they searched for RiverClan. Everything was fine.
And then all too soon, they had arrived. Goldenpaw took a deep breath, stretched his claws out into the dirt, and waited. For Twilightstar. At Fallownose's call to attack his heart lurched, but still he leapt forward, a growl ripping itself from his throat. Amidst the sudden chaos in this unfamiliar camp, it was all he could do to just lunge for the nearest foe and hope he could land a hit.
Dammit. He must've cursed them with his useless hoping for peace.
Ferretsnap's head whipped up from his guarding as Fallownose's call for WindClan to attack swept over the clearing, amber eyes growing wide before narrowing in anger. Dammit. Dammit! Really, they couldn't catch a break! How in the name of the stars did Beansprout make two Clans attack them one after another? His tail lashed, moving to crouch defensively before a weight barrelled toward him. Ferretsnap let out a huff, stumbling back as he attempted to remain on his paws. Upon regaining his balance, his gaze came to focus on his attacker...
...oh. It was an apprentice. At least, someone who was much, much younger than him. His ears flattened. He didn't want to fight someone like this! This WindClanner was practically a kit! Ferretsnap's lips pulled into a frown, but he made no move to attack the WindClan apprentice.
"Go fight someone your own size, kid. I'm not hurting an apprentice," he growled. He was responsible for the death of one apprentice. He wasn't gonna kill another- not even one from another Clan.
Oh no, oh no!! As Windcats lunged into the clearing, lashing out and attacking all those they could see, Snowpaw found herself frozen. She didn't know what to do! Gingercat hadn't shown her how to do anything yet! Her ears flattened against her head, eyes widening in fear. Why were the Windcats attacking? There were still so many hurties that were healing from the Thundercats!! Snowpaw felt a whimper rise in her throat, entire body trembling. All she could do was lower herself to the ground, flattening down and trying to cover her ears. The sound of battle was terrifying.

MOTHFLOWER He/They + Moth/Moths/Mothself - WindClan Warrior Beefed Up: Tier 1 - One with the Warren
Mothflower wasn't prepared to fight. He had never received any official battle training despite receiving his warrior name. His ear was flattened against his head as he crept after WindClan, stump of a tail wagging wildly with nerves. While they were long since healed from their burns, this would be their first time actually... doing something. Actually battling. But would he even be useful? All he had to him was his muscularity. Nothing else. He doubted the things he had been taught as a kit would be of any use now.
Lips pulled into a frown, the cream-colored tom awaited the call for battle, his claws unsheathed and at the ready. Yet once it came, he had no idea what to do. Should they just throw themself at someone? Pick a cat and attack? Damn, he was useless. Although, from what he could see, RiverClan appeared... vulnerable? Easy to pick a fight with, maybe? Something like that. Mothflower could just feel that something was off about them. They looked tired.
Whatever. That wasn't his problem.
Out of the corner of his eye, Mothflower spotted Goldenpaw launching himself at a RiverClan warrior. His eyes narrowed at the sight and he made a note in the back of his mind to keep the two in his line of view- while he didn't doubt Goldenpaw's abilities (as he had no idea what Goldenpaw had or hadn't done in training), the RiverClan warrior seemed... larger. As in, that guy looked to be pretty strong. But he would hope Goldenpaw knew what he was doing.
Snapping out of their thoughts, they decided to just... use their strength and weight to their advantage. So, without a second thought, Mothflower crouched down and launched himself toward a RiverClanner.

RiverClan just couldn't catch a break, and, of course, this was all Beanstar's fault. StarClan was obviously mad at him for lying about his lives and the unjust murder of Twilightstar. Now RiverClan was slowly being wiped out because of that lying coward. No time to think of that, however, not when a hundred or so WindClan warriors were itching to skin them alive at the moment.
Lionpaw, once again, hoisted himself up on sore paws. The caterwaul of shrieks and yowls grew louder as the Wind-weasels barreled in to attack. Lionpaw still had no battle training. There was nothing he could do besides get himself, and maybe some kits, to safety. He whipped around the clearing, catching sight of Gingerfrost or hopefully, Gingerstar, returning at last. Just in time to see his clan be decimated for the umpteenth time. How lovely...
Lionpaw turned away, eyes searching for a safe place to take cover from the ongoing war. At last, he spotted a hole in between some stones. It was small but looked wide enough to fit himself and at least a few kits inside. It'll have to do, he thought, can't be picky in such trying times.
Golden paws trudged forward until he was right at the entrance of the hole. The opening was a tight squeeze for him, but a kit could crawl in just fine. The inside was bigger than the opening as well, so once they were in they'd be safe from any Wind-weasel thinking of harming them. He decided against shouting for any kits though. Wouldn't want to grab a weasel's attention and all. Instead, he crouched by the entrance and scanned the clearing in search of kits in need. Once he'd found one he'd go and lead them to this hole.
(open for kits who need rescuing or something; Lionpaw can carry one kit if needed, and lead about two more to the hole he found ~)

DawnFog hissed, trying to twist her head out from under the apprentices paws. She scrambled to get him away from her neck, managing to shove his head away with her front paws. She continued (attempted to) to rake his belly.
(her “managing” to shove his head away is also still power play jsyk but it’s only small jus be careful)
Cloudpaws head being shoved away triggered some of his old head injury but he pushed it aside and he tried to move his paws to be on her throat now for a stronger hold, no claws, just pressure, and attempted to take her belly with his hind paws while arvcling his own back to get his belly out of her reach. He threw some bites at her face and ears as well, hoping to connect some for more pain.

Haha, take THAT Riverclan slug! Curlyeye was quite satisfied to see his opponent sufficiently fooled by his feint, but his satisfaction turned to just a little bit of panic when said Riverclan slug smacked the full force of their muscly body into him, knocking him rather unceremoniously aside. He was on his back like an overturned turtle, his momentum turning from a blessing to a curse in a matter of seconds. Before he could scoot away a paw came down on his stomach. Hard.
Fortunately said paw lacked claws, his internal organs would have been in real trouble had it possessed them, but even do his breath was driven explosively outwards. This necessitated a good old wind-sucking, and while he managed to stave off complete, panic aided asphyxiation with a massive inhale, he couldn’t do much other than flail all of his paws around, claws very much unsheathed, in the hopes that his opponent would be somewhat deterred from striking his soft belly whilst he recovered to the point where he could retake his feet. He might need to rethink this ‘getting close’ strategy.

Claws bit into the soft flesh of his face, his neck, and further scratched into his chest, all little more than kitten scratches due to Curlyeye's sheer panicked flailings. The real damage was done to the back of his leg holding the moor runner down, each kick drawing scouring claws into his calf and thigh.
The hind leg that wasn't holding the warrior down by the belly tried to stomp on one of the flailing hind limbs while he positioned a heavy paw to the downed warriors chest, and the other by Curlyeye's throat. The only paw that would try sinking claws into his flesh the paw on his chest.
Regardless of how well he had the warrior pinned, he leaned closer, a murderous rage in his eyes. "I'll let you up without a fuss if you promise to high tail yourself back to your moor."
Not that he could really double check as much unless this warrior was dumb enough to let himself be caught by him again. Then he'd just have to throw any idea of mercy out the window.
He didn't want to kill anyone right now. He just wanted his Clan to be left the hell alone so they could rest.
And they couldn't when every other Clan bumbled their way over for the sole purpose of trying to make their day worse.

Well, Sunsetpaw was just looking around; starting to be able to finally get some rest. Just try to close their eyes and- wait, what was that..? Quite the loud yowl, making the five moon old apprentice shooked then...they suddenly realized what the cat had said.
'WindClan! ATTACK!'
WAIT WHAT!? Windclan was here!? How!? And they're here to attack..!?
They tried to get up as soon as possible as their blue gaze saw multiple windclanners attacking every cat they see. Attacking their clanmates! Oh no, no no!!! Another problem aimed at riverclan!! Why does this keep happening...? Maybe this really is punishment to the clan...? Is it because of...Bean..sprout..? Wait, they should probably start running shouldn't they? And with that, Sunsetpaw started to try and escape the battle, following Marigoldleap. They wanted to help their clan...but one, they don't like hurting cats even in these situations for some reason! Why..? They don't know...Two, they can't...they can't...as in, doesn't have battle training yet. And three, they're injured.
Sunsetpaw tried to go as fast as possible, and, while the poppy seeds from earlier is helping a bit...it still hurts so much. Ow. Ow. Maybe there's no hope for the clan..? Will the world just keep tossing things at riverclan until forever..? Until every riverclanner was no longer alive..? Because of Beansprout..? Ow. Are their friends okay..? Will the clan be okay after this..? Usually Sunsetpaw probably would've just told themselves 'yes' but...maybe not. Or..well...they won't know after this. They won't be sure anymore. Ow. Should they help their friends or at least try to..? Ow. The apprentice looked around for their friends. They had many(?) friends...but maybe their friend will be alright..? Maybe not. Oh right, kits! Sunsetpaw should try to help at least one of the kits- ow. Their leg hurted a ton. Honestly, the orange tabby wanted to just...scream..? Shout...? At...who knows what or who or something. Why..? Well...there was a feeling in them. What was it? They never wanted to do that before in their life
Oh no..b-but it's alright, it's alright! Right? Right! They just...need to get to safety...maybe help another cat..if they can....? This is so, so bad. At any point of them trying to get to safety, a windclan warrior could easily catch up to them and kill them with a powerful swoop of a claw. Wait what..? Though they kept trying to escape anyways. This is really painful. Maybe they won't be alright..? No! They will be alright....right? Just focus on escaping, they're making progress. Quite lucky that no one has attack them yet. They were quite vulnerable. But this is great right..? If no one attacks them then it'll be easier for them to escape without further injuries. Just follow Marigoldleap to a safe place, that’s supposed to be easy right?
They've always been the cat to be positive and hopeful...but...right now...seemed different
Firestorm had thrust herself into this battle for a couple of reasons. One, she hadn’t seen Milknose in a while and wanted to impress him with stories recalling her awesomeness. Secondly, like many of the other members of her clan, she wanted revenge for what Meanie Beanie did to their beloved Twilightstar. Lastly, she just wanted to look cool. That was all.
While on the battlefield, the sounds of cats screaming and fighting were enough to cause a headache to come along, coupled with the overwhelmingly fishy smell of the clan they were up against, it was enough to completely disorient her. Why had she come here? She knew that all of this was going to overwhelm her senses, but she came anyway. For what? Just to boast? Gosh, that was stupid.
Staggering a little, she was debating whether or not she should just head back home when a flash out of the corner of her eye caught her attention. The new warrior barely had enough time to roll over as the large frame of another cat bowled her over, sharp teeth aiming for her neck. Letting out a furious hiss, Firestorm just barely moved her head enough to avoid getting her throat torn out, but the bite toward her left shoulder met its mark. Letting out a yowl of pain, she aimed a couple of blows with her right arm, claws unsheathed towards the tom’s head in an attempt to get him to release his grip on her.

Blood welled from where he'd bitten the young warrior, but he didn't have much, if any, chance to consider it a victory as her own claws were already coming for his face. He twisted his back half closer so that he could use a hind leg, the one without claws, to try to kick at her flank as he moved away.
His greatest saving grace was the fact he hardly had ears anymore, and Firestorm's claws instead scoured along the side of his head and tangled in his thick, wirey fur, more a nuisance as the claws pulled painfully.
With a pained snarl, his jaws turned to snap at the other warriors offending arm before it could retreat to its owner. He didn't intend to do permanent damage, just cause a little flesh wound to further whittle down his opponent.
Once they were separated even barely, the sting of the scratches on his face finally registered like pin pricks of ice piercing the boiling feeling of his blood. Without taking time to check them in full, they all felt superficial and like they won't be adding to the map of scars that already existed.
But he didn't dwell on it long, attention returned to the young warrior in front of him.
His tail lashed and he waited for her next move.

Mistfire watched in horror as Windclan raided there camp her ears flattened back as questions flew through her head why now? Why here? There leader was dead what if Gingerfrost died too? No she couldn't let that happen!
At the leader's command the gray queen looked around urgently for any kits that might need help while still hissing fiercely at any Windclanner who came close she would protect her clan with her life and now that her kits had been born she could actually fight properly which was good.

Frostpaw quietly and nervously followed her clan she didn't know where Riverclan camp was but she knew this wasn't it as she halted in shock as she saw that the Riverclanners looked terrible and tired what had happened here?
The young she-cat just stood there frozen as a battle emerged around her she couldn't do this it was horrible Riverclan was in no state to fight and it was unfair she just couldn't hurt them call her weak call her a coward but she wouldn't fight cats who couldn't properly defend themselves.

A sense of loathing was coursing through the tattered feline’s system; the molly stalking closely behind her clan-mates as her expression was a foul mixture of rage and fury. Even with her lame leg, the warrior-aged apprentice’s determination was flowing recklessly through her system as the scarred feline trekked up close enough to witness the pitiful state of what RiverClan was in. As much as the cream-furred feline would sympathize, she couldn’t feel herself easily sympathizing enough for the cold-hearted hags for what they’ve done to Twilightstar. What Beanstar did to Twilightstar. Lips jeering back into a sneer, a threatening snarl eager to escape her lips as her clear eye scanned the rather battered clan of felines. It made this seem much easier than what Cloverheart had originally thought it was going to be. DId the clan of river-otters finally get a chance to get a taste of their own medicine? Cloverheart nimbly stiffened the urge to give out a dry bark of laughter at the sight of RiverClan’s weakened state, her clear eye warping towards the direction of Fallownose when he roared out for WindClan to attack, the tattered feline scrunching up her nose as her claws scraped against the dirt floor. Just what she was waiting for to happen.
Flexing her claws, she swerved her way from behind the border and launched herself directly into the battle, a fierce cry expelling from her lips as she launched herself towards the nearest RiverClanner with extended claws, a mass grave of fury expelling through her veins as she hissed through clenched teeth. “This is for your foolish stardamned leader killing Twilightstar.”
