Cobwebpaw poked his head into the Apprentice den "Hi Everyone! lets play a good old Game! it's Called Spider's vs. Flies! everyone that wants to join come see me so we can get you divided into two teams! there will be 3 rounds! in each round the teams will be asked to gather 4 things and the first team to collect all of the items wins the round! the team that wins 2 of the 3 rounds wins the Game!"

Larkpaw ducked out of the apprentice's den and curiously made her way over, steps cautious. Spiders vs. Flies? It sounded like a kit's game, but eh, Lark would never find herself missing out on something new to learn. Her fiery amber gaze raked the gathered cats, and yet, Lark was still unable to put names to the few faces present. Oh well, she'd learn them soon enough. And if she didn't... There were always other ways. 'There's always more than one way to skin a cat.' The brown-ish grey feline thought, vaguely amused with herself.

A small smile flitted over her features as she wondered where the vile saying had originated from. Yuck, who wanted to skin cats? Well... Unless the offending feline was overly annoying, then in that case scenario, maybe Larkpaw would find herself wanting to skin someone.

"Woah, woah," Larkpaw's mouth pulled downward into a frown as Cobwebpaw immediately skipped forward and... assigned her a group? "Calm down there, buddy." The slim feline instructed, stepping forward to make sure Cobwebpaw was looking at her. She had no idea how to 'play' this game. "I barely got here in time to hear you finishing your rules." The grey apprentice told the other feline matter-of-factually, tail flicking side to side. Although Larkpaw had heard the last part, she was still uncertain on the rules. "What, exactly, are we collecting?" Larkpaw asked skeptically, brow raised in silent question, and the frown still evident on her face. She didn't necessarily want to play a kit's game, but perhaps this could give her a little insight on... The skill level of her denmates.

She didn't bother to finish the sentence out loud, but did so in her head. 'Get ready to lose, darling.' Larkpaw wasn't naive enough to have said that sentence out-loud, as someone sensitive would obviously take offense, and she didn't want to take any chances. In all truths, Larkpaw didn't mind if she won or lost, as this was merely a learning experience for her, to find out what she could about these other apprentices. As a newcomer to ShadowClan, this former loner was rather eager to compare herself to others. In fact, she was quite competitive. Again, she arched an eyebrow at Cobwebpaw. "Never got your name," She told the tom, and then swiftly turned in the direction of Marsh`Paw. Ah, this cat, she knew. He'd been the kitten who'd asked Raccoonpelt for food that first day she'd been here. "Pick a group, then I suppose we might as well get this started. Unless more apprentices come along." Her gaze shifted briefly over her shoulder to the entrance of the apprentice den.
