Comet padded through the snow, shivering before she fluffed out her fur. She paused for a moment, glancing around at her surroundings. Was this a good idea? Maybe she should've found a place to stay instead of immediately traveling. "Fox-dung- its freezing out here..." she mumbled.
The she-cat sat down for a moment, her breath fogging in the air. She noticed a pile of rubbish and boxes, and padded towards it, curling up in the shelter underneath. Her paws were numb, and she was tired, so it would be a perfect time for a nap! She lowered her head with a yawn before dozing off.

A few hours passed and Comet raised her head with a yawn, stretching her paws. She stood up, shaking her pelt before glancing around. "That was honestly the best sleep I've had in ages.." she mumbled, stretching once more before heading off again. Comet almost wished she hadn't decided to travel. It did get pretty lonely sometimes, not sticking around long enough to make any friends or socialize with any new cats. She was getting tired of accidentally talking to herself.

Wisteria was sitting on her fencepost. It was on the far corner of her territory, her owners' house. She was cleaning her paw, minding her own business, when she saw a cat out of the corner of her eye. She put her paw down and squinted. "Hello?" Wisteria called into the cold air, in the general direction of the cat.
