Primroseadder emerged from the warriors’ den, jaws parting in a yawn. After stretching, the she-cat made her way over to the apprentices’ den and stuck her head inside.
“Branchpaw! Up ‘n at ‘em, kid. ‘m takin’ ya out for your tour of the territory today,” Primroseadder meowed firmly yet quietly. Hopefully he would be like both Vinepaw and Owlpaw and wouldn’t complain about being woken up at dawn—earlier than he usually would be.

─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──Branchpaw slowly awoke, grumbling to himself as the morning light filtered in through the den. Primroseadder's voice like a nagging fly, insistent that he get up and at em. "I'm coming," he grumbled.
The tom stretched out as he exited the den, and he made his way to the fresh-kill pile for something to eat before they left. He picked up a trout, taking a few swift bites before padding over to Primroseadder. "Okay, I'm ready to go," the tom mewed quietly.
