Bumblestar slipped out of her den and shook out her fur. She was yearning for some kind of action, but with the latest battle still not very far behind them, it wasn't a good idea to go out looking for trouble. Not that she would just for the hell of it, anyways. She was just bored.

Well, this was a good excuse as any for a massive training session, she supposed.

"Yo, ThunderClan!" She moved to the center of the clearing. "If you're interested in a mock training battle, gather up here!"

HOW IT WORKS

Participating characters will be split into two teams, Owls and Badgers!

Owls will be assigned to practicing ambush from the trees against the other team. The Badgers, taking on the role of unsuspecting intruders, will need to defend themselves from oncoming attacks. Following the end of the first round, the two teams will swap roles This is a mock battle exercise designed to enable and improve teamwork, climbing ability, and skills in combat in preparation for potential future fights.

This will count as both a battle training session and climbing training session for apprentices, depending on how much they participate in.
(ie. climbing the tree and launching an attack but not participating in/completing the fight will only count for a climbing session, not a battle session; vice versa, participating in the ground battle portion but not the ambush portion will only count for a battle session)
Kits will unfortunately not be able to participate given the nature of the exercise ): however, apprentices of any age are permitted so long as they play it safe! Unnecessarily rough treatment of apprentices under the age of six moons will be immediately halted and the offending cat(s) removed (and/or punished, depending on the severity of the situation).

Oh, a mock battle? Violetfreckle licked her lips and quickly sauntered over to good old Bumblebutt. "Heyyyy," She purred, sickly sweet and teasingly drew her tail beneath Bumblestar’s chin. Because she was teasing. And wanting to make Bumble… angry. Yeah. That’s why. "You ready for me to give you a scar matching mine?" She was, of course, referencing the itty bitty scar on her nose. She still wanted revenge, mind you.
