Oh no. Oh no, no, no, no. Dawnstar was mad at her. Juniperpaw wasn't supposed to make her mad! Start talking, Juniper! "First thing to say is I did not run away." Shadowclan was her home, it was the strongest clan, the only clan worth fighting for. Why would anyone in their right mind leave it? "After my mentor stopped training me, I started teaching myself to hunt and such." Too far back, she should probably skip ahead. "Anyway, I was out practising hunting the other day, when I picked up rogue scent. As it was still in our territory, I followed it and-"

She stopped and swallowed hard. An orange and black face leered up out of her mind and her leg started throbbing. "And I got lost. I went to a part of the territory I had never been to before. I followed the scent past the border and got lost. Somehow, I ended up in the Twolegplace." Juniperpaw hissed at the thought of the tangle of thunderpaths and twoleg dens. It was disgusting. And the cats there were even worse. "I wandered for a few days and only just found my way back. I'm sorry." Juniperpaw looked up at the massive tsbby before her. What would she do if she wasn't let back in? Join Windclan? Ha, Juniperpaw would rather roll in fox-dung.

Lilykit looked up at dawnstar she let out a sigh of relief when she did I’m sorry for scaring of you frog she said as it hoped away she looked back up to answer the next question to be honest I came out to see how I could prove myself to dapplecloud. I realized I didn’t need to prove my self to her and only to you and shadowclan. I got lost on my way back though she explained. She was truly being kind unlike how she would when trying to get information form her clan mates

No duh, had SHadeblossom smacked her head on something? It was the only logical reason Dawnstar could come up with for the utterly mousebrained words that left her maw. "That's not answering my question at all, where have you been, Shadeblossom."




Did she just spit at me? Dawnstar raised one side of her mouth to flash a fang in response to the cat's reaction. She'd do well to behave herself, although consistently in a state of practically murderous rage, Dawnstar's learned somewhat to control her temper. The fear was a bit better, but still not something that Dawnstar overly enjoyed.

The respectful head bow was much better, but she could still catch that overwhelm stink of axiety clinging to molly's pelt. Dawnstar was madder than a hatter, however, she still had enough sanity that kept her from recklessly lashing out at every cat that came her way. She quenshed her bloodlust with the bodies of tresspassers and rogues.

"I can't tell if you being smart with me or geinune, for your sake, I'm going to go with the latter this once." Dawnstar slide her claws out in a silent warning. "Let's hear it, what have you been up to, and why you left ShadowClan."



Dawnstar was crouching low on the ground, eyes honing in on the frog a couple of tail lengths ahead of her. It's been a while since she's had any frog legs, even though it was small, a meal was a meal. Just as she was getting ready to pounce, her ears swerved as a small kit came burst out of the shrubbery scarying her frog off.

"Seriously?" Dawnstar hissed to herself, standing up she marches over to the small kit, hissing as she idenfied it as one of her clan's kits. "Lilykit, I want to know what your running from or why you are out here?"




The massive ShadowClan leader was bending down, pink tongue darting out, as she lapped up some water from the small stream that ran through the camp. Lifting her head, she looks up over her shoulder while running her tongue over her maw to lap up any stray droplets. Her golden orbs lock onto the cat that walking down the incline and straight into camp. It was an apprentice, but one Dawnstar hasn't seen in a couple of moons.

"Whisperpaw, it's been some time," Dawnstar called as she got to her paws and padded over to the tom. This one had fought rather well during the dog attack and vanished from the clan no long after breaking his leg. He didn't seem like the type to flee and he hadn't done anything to earn her wrath, so she liked to assume he had a reason for vanishing. "Why do you have the scent of twoleg on our pelt?' Dawnstar hissed out the question, pausing after she got near enough. Her fur bristled just a bit, she hated twolegs.



"Give up," Scoffting, Dawnstar dragged one forepaw across the dirt and grass below them. "I don't hold faith in the cats that walk away from ShadowClan. I don't have the time or the energy to worry or care about the missing when I still have to watch over those who remain in my clan." Worrying and wondering when those who were gone would return was beneath her.

"I should kick you out, it doesn't sound like you're going to take your training seriously and I don't care for kittypets who think that they can just laze around in my clan." Dawnstar had no clue what was going on in the apprentice's head, but she could guess and what she guessed was nothing good. "You are lucky that one cat before you prove her worth, thus making me assume that giving second chances aren't all that bad. If you leave again or I catch you not taking your duties seriously, you're done for." Spitting the words out as if they tasted vile on her tongue, Dawnstar rolled her eyes before turning away from the cat. Silently leading the back to come, Cinderpaw had better not screw this up.

The blood scent was faint, nearly covered up by the sharp pine scent and the musky air. She could track it though and if she could so could something else with a much stronger nose than her. Dawnstar gave a disgruntled huff as she pushed her paws to climb over a steep path and push through some briars.

She set off after the smell, shaking off some needles out of her pelt and sliding into the shadows that covered her territory. It wasn't hard nor take long to find the cat, it wasn't like they had been hiding or anything. The dark pelt could have been any cat, but the blue eyes caught her attention and jogged her memory. "What in the Darkforest happened to you, Antpaw?" Dawnstar trotted out in front of the cat, blocking his path, while her eerily amber eyes roamed over his body and pelt. He looked like he had gotten into a fight with something.

Antpaw froze, bristling as the massive cat appeared out of nowhere. Oh great, just my luck-Dawnstar found me. "Oh, Dawnstar-" He paused as one of his wounds starting stinging particularly bad. "Um, a fox got me. Sorry for being gone..."

Ravenheart padded up to Dawnstar silently scolding herself for getting lost she shouldnt have gotten lost especially with her kits coming so soon! and said "im sorry Dawnstar I got lost." @Undertaker

Silverstripe had always been around but making herself unnoticed among the clan. She had been loyal and would continue to do so. On patrol, she was chased by a dog and separated from the clan for a few days. She came back the same as ever having found a burrow to hide in and survived on small vermin.
"Hmph hope I am not forgotten already. Been a few days. weeks? perhaps. But I am here as always" Talking in that breaking punctuated way.
