Fishpaw was minding her own business until she was suddenly tumbled over by
an unfamiliar cat. She looked at the cat Infront of her, she figured since they
were the same height that this cat must be an apprentice to. She got herself
back on to her paws as the cat started to talk.
"Oh! No worries! Happens to me sometimes!" she took a breathe before
starting to talk again. "I like that name! Well i'm Fishpaw, nice to meet you
marigoldpaw" she said with a soft tone as she finally collected herself and
sat down Infront of the she-cat.

Whoooo! Success! Even if she did bump into her willy-nilly Fishpaw didn't seem to mind. What a name, Fishpaw. It made Marigoldpaw wonder if there was any fish around here... Probably not. They were on a mountain for stars sake, the chance of fish seemed less than likely. What a shame... She hadn't actually ever tasted fish yet, what if it'd be moons until she did? Who knows how long the clans will hate us. Even if you don't eat fish for moons on end, as long as your belly is full then you'll be fine. Right. Yes, yes, right. Marigoldpaw thanked the logical side of her brain as she watched the she-cat settle infront of her.
Marigoldpaw returned her smile with a toothy grin, her ears perking in the slightest. "Oh really? You bump into cats too? I mean, a lot of cats probably do it sometimes, that's most likely what you were insinuating. Uh, Fishpaw! Great name! I haven't seen you around much, granted I haven't been here for long so uh that's not your fault, just mine." Hazle eyes darted back to the ground for a few heartbeats before looking back in the general direction of Fishpaw.
She seemed nice and chirpy, the perfect companion. Maybe she'd be able to walk out of this meeting with a friend! ... If she didn't talk poor Fishpaw to death. Once Marigoldpaw opened her maw, she just couldn't stop. Couldn't stop talking. Now that she figured out how it seemed that it'd be like this forever.
"Y'know, this whole mountain thing is quite odd, yeah? It's like, all dirt and gravel and uh dust! I mean, I don't mind those things, but compared to the softness of Riverclan camp I find this place quite harsh, and stuffy, and generally hard to breathe in." Being so high up also made her dizzy. She already felt like toppling over when standing up too quickly, this was just a whole new, and worse, level of that. "I really hope nocat has fallen off the edge yet, that'd be a horrible surprise." Marigoldpaw shuttered, her lips curling. "But, I'm sure the m--- UH DUSKLION, probably got a hold of it or the other high ranks."

Almost immediately she took off like a rocket, hopping over everything in her path and soon coming to the edge of a cliff. She stopped and turned around again, the mysterious cat slowly getting closer before suddenly raising a claw. Just as the claws made contact with her she finally woke up.
Moonpaw jolted up with a gasp, eyes wide as she looked around in confusion and fear. Damn her nightmares.
She slowly padded out to clear her head in the clearing.
"Hi Moonpaw!" Flowkit wobbled over to moonpaw. "Can you please play with me? None of the other kits are asake...?" (awake) Flowkit asked quietly. Her/His tail went up and stayed there.

♤ Goldfish ♤ ♤The Ace of Spades♤ Go With The Flow | Agatha Kitty | Primal Instincts [Climbing] ____________________
Goldfish's eyes slowly opened as she heard Fadingsun's voice. After some night-hunting, the black and golden molly was feeling a tad bit sore and found waking up difficult. It seemed having kits had fixed her insomnia. That was weird. But, she couldn't be any more grateful. Sleeping was solid gold, and she'd learned to respect the art of doing it for more than an hour. Standing up and stretching each leg In turn, The Ace of Spades trotted out of the den, sunlight unspeakably pleasant on her spine. It compensated for the stone earth, which was rather cold. Her pink pads made soft thumping noises as she made her way toward the Starpoint, tail lightly swishing the ground. In all honesty, she was trying to shake the soreness from her haunches and shoulders. But in Reality it looked a little... well, actually, very stupid. A grin found its way onto her expression. A sheepish, amused grin at her own stupid gait. Well, it didn't matter as long as it stretched her out. To make up for that, Goldfish smoothly sat down, tail curling around her paws. Finding herself sitting next to Dusklion, she offered the deputy a tail-flick of greeting. "Hey there." She mewed. Oh, shoot, imagine Dusklion seeing her walk with moving her legs all funny. Oh, that'd be hilarious. Well, she'd been slightly behind her. So it was a 50/50 chance. It was a sore walk, so perhaps if she did see it she'd notice that. "Hows it going?" It was a deftly casual question, as Dusklion's look shed had for a moment on the patrol had not been forgotten. But the words came out casual and friendly. A bit cheery, but she couldnt help that. She was pleased with how Mari was doing training-wise. She had high hopes that she would remember the landmarks they had made up together.

DUSKLION
she/her | riverclan deputy | 30 moons go with the flow, rapid recovery, beefed up t3
Hearing paw steps making their way over to her and a voice calling out a greeting, Dusklion turned to spot Goldfish. "Hey yourself," she greeted back with a similar flick of her tail. She hadn't much interacted with the she-cat since their exploration into RiverClan's old territory to look for Minkpaw - or, Rookpaw, as she was now known. Part of her wondered how her Clanmate was handling that. It made the deputy angry to think of the time they had spent looking for the traitor only to learn she had went and joined ShadowClan...
The deputy had parted her jaws to reply when her sharp ears picked up her name. She shifted her blue eyes briefly to Marigoldpaw, who had started to say something else, then said her name a bit louder to... overcompensate? M? ...Murderer? Blinking slowly, the dark tabby looked back to Goldfish before back up to the Starpoint, giving a shrug of her shoulders. "'S goin' good, I guess. As well as it can be several days' travel away from our home... How 'bout you? Doin' alright?" She had taken notice of her awkward gait earlier as she had padded up, but Dusklion was no medicine cat so she wouldn't be able to tell by sight alone.
"Hi Moonpaw!" Flowkit wobbled over to moonpaw. "Can you please play with me? None of the other kits are asake...?" (awake) Flowkit asked quietly. Her/His tail went up and stayed there.
Moonpaw slightly flinched when she heard a voice beside her but she quietly turned to look at Flowkit. "..Sure, kid." She quietly got up, and made sure she didn't seem too intimidating."what do you wanna play?" She asked softly.
Seabreeze
He/him | Riverclan Lionheart | Moons: 21 | Purrks: Go with the Flow | The Collector | Ultimate Predator |
“Ocean waters rising above your neck
You feel the glass start to crack.”
The lionheart was feeling slightly better than he was at the last meeting, maybe having some time to settle in with himself again. It was like when he was made a new warrior all over again. Where everything went from feeling like it was a story book of tragedy and Seabreeze was the main character to real life. Real life with real actions and real consequences and most importantly real people. Like his leader. The feline made his way over to his leader and sat beneath the new meeting area. Hopefully no bad news would worm its way into this meeting. Just ceremonies would be nice. Perhaps some idea of what to do until they get to go back. The lionheart winced as he reminded himself of the happenings to have gotten here and the fact that Twilightstar had essentially put them, as a whole damn clan, in time out like a misbehaving kit and wasn't that pathetic.
Seabreeze sighed and decided to focus on the meeting rather than his own thoughts and memories. He's more than tired of them at this point, they were more distracting than they needed to be and they ruined his train of thought. Well important thought, he couldn't leave himself running with half focus for much longer, it was unbecoming of a lionheart and if anything that may be on this meeting's agenda. Getting rid of Seabreeze, it was a mistake to make him a lionheart out of everyone here. The tom took in a deep breath and held it in his chest until it burned before letting it exit slowly, he looked up. Fadingstar was what he needed to watch for now.
Heroneye’s ears twitched. If the fish were so pathetic in this river, then maybe it would be better to try elsewhere. She decided to vocalize this thought. There was really little point to continue trying here; though Heroneye would have been more comfortable hunting in the water as she was used to, the important thing was finding a decent source of food. She would just have to adapt to this, too.
“Perhaps we could try somewhere else,” Heroneye offered, rising to her paws. “Perhaps there are birds and rodents that may provide more food.” She tilted her head with a flick of her tail.
Fishpaw looked up at her mentor, happy that she was praised for her good work.
She looked over to see splashleap coming up to them with some fish in her maw.
She looked at the fish, giggling because fish was in her name and splashleap has
her practically in fishpaw's little brain.
Fishpaw looked at her mentor again after he asked if they wanted to go since we
got a good bit of food for now.
"Yes pls! I'm tired." she said as she grabbed her rabbit.
