Willowheart
She/her { RiverClan } Warrior
White with blue eyes ll 19 moons
Willowheart stared at the border. It was time to gain revenge for her Clanmates. She bounded across the scent line and padded up the hill. The breeze buffeted her pelt and she narrowed her eyes. WindClan had to pay for what they did. It was time. To kill.
The kindness that had flourished in Willow’s heart was GONE. Replaced by a bloodlust that had overcame her.
[High Rank permission to intervene given since this could cause problems for RiverClan]
"Hey! What're you doing?" Duskleaf called out as he noticed a RiverClan warrior approaching the WindClan border. What was she doing out here? Fadingsun explicitly ordered that no warriors were to approach the borders, especially WindClan’s due to the recent tensions. "Get back from there! Things are already bad enough between us and WindClan, we can’t afford to have another incident!"

Bearsnout was out doing some hunting within RiverClan’s territory. It was nice outside, and he’d always preferred land hunting to fishing. His hulking form made it hard to fish without a fluffy shadow looming over the water. The weather was fair, and New Leaf was in full swing. Prey was bountiful.
Just as he’d finished burying a mouse that’d been caught, his ears perked up. He’d heard the call of Duskleaf ringing through the territory. He paused for a moment to gage what the problem was (if there was any) and if they needed help. His heart dropped when he realized this was about one of their Clanmates. By the WindClan border.
“Foxdung!” He cursed to himself. He’d ask StarClan for forgiveness for cursing later.
The tom broke out into a sprint towards Sedgewater Valley. It would not be good if more tension was sparked. As he arrived he took Duskleaf’s side. “Hey! Willowheart! I believe that Duskleaf is correct. Warriors aren’t supposed to be here without a patrol or a high rank. I’m sure you didn’t do it on purpose. But let’s go ahead and get back to our territory. Tensions are already high enough with WindClan.” He offered her a smile. That’s the way to do it. With patience and the benefit of the doubt.

Right so the fury was a bit tense. This was an approved plan sure, but it was one fraught with risks. Crowtooth did not want to start a fight with riverclan, not yet when it wouldnt really benefit windclan. They were here to dump their loads so it could be Riverclans problem and nothing else.
So the tom did just that, pointing out the spot where the current had the best chance of taking the crow-food to the other shore to the group before he headed to the narrowest spot himself and with a heave chucked his burden across. It was just stinking rotten prey and he was rather strong, he could manage that odd shot-put.
At that he stood back, eyes narrowed and watching the other shore just in case, letting the others in the patrol get this done and get out.
Okay, so Willowheart didn't seem to be going ahead with whatever she was planning. Duskleaf let out a sigh of relief, he and Bearsnout had succeeded in stopping whatever was about to happen. Crisis was averted…or was it? Because then Duskleaf noticed a WindClan patrol approaching, carrying…was that crowfood? He watched as one of the warriors on the patrol tossed a piece of rotting crowfood over and onto the RiverClan side of the border. What, was this WindClan trying to provoke RiverClan to attack first for more reason to turn the other clans against them? Regardless, Duskleaf knew he couldn’t go recklessly fighting these cats, he wouldn’t attack them, but he couldn’t just let them use RiverClan's territory as somewhere to be dumping their waste!
Approaching the spot where the crowfood had landed, Duskleaf looked over the river at the WindClan cat who’d just thrown it. "What in StarClan's name are you doing? This isn’t WindClan’s dumping ground! No, we won’t be having this, take this back to wherever you got it from." He picked the piece of crowfood up and threw it back over the border. He didn’t want to start a fight with WindClan, but surely he couldn’t just let them walk all over RiverClan either!
@Rani @chickadee (since this is right after telling off Willowheart so Bearsnout should still be here as well I think?) @occultation

The tall white and black tom walked carefully to the boarder as he looked back at the two apprentices he was taking on a border patrol "Okay you two not sure if your mentors already showed you the borders or not but I'll show you again anyways." he purred giving off a warm smile before turning his head back to the river that maked the border "Here is riverclan's border as you know and fought in the battle against them you should know their smell our territory is separated by this river." he knew what he was saying was obvious but better something then nothing he thought to himself

Rabbitpaw followed at Tallgrass's heels closely, slightly nervous from being so close to the Riverclan border even though Rabbitpaw himself had seen the other clan flee from their territory with his own emerald eyes, though he was also nervous as his brain recalled the last outing that he and Tallgrass had with each other. The vulture, and then the medicine den. Rabbitpaw still felt so bad. A ping of guilt worming its way further and further into his heart each time the blonde caught sight of the warrior's eye. Though in the end, it wasn't Rabbitpaw's fault and he knew that Tallgrass didn't blame him so he was trying not to let the guilt get in the way of his training. Which, he should really thank the warrior for taking him and Lightningpaw out for a practice border patrol. Or well, a real border patrol just not one that his mentor assigned and was meant to teach him and Lightningpaw how to do them. "Thank you Mister Tallgrass! Crowtooth took me out to see most of the territory so I've been here before but... what exactly do you do on a border patrol? Just look around and make sure no one is crossing borders?" The blonde looked back at his friend to see if the other tom had any questions as well.
Lightningpaw would follow behind the two as he looked around at the territory. After all the orange tabby hadn't seen much of Windclan's Territory before. However Lightningpaw would be jolted out of his thoughts when Tallgrass mentioned that they should know the scent of Riverclan due to the recent Battle with Riverclan. Lightningpaw would immediately droop his tail and ears as he looked at the recently scarred battle wounds of his friend. 'If only I was able to participate in the battle I could have helped protect Rabbitpaw from those wounds...' Lightningpaw would think cursing his lack of training. When Rabbitpaw spoke Lightningpaw would then add. "I also believe we make sure the Scent Markers are strong so the other clans know where our Territory begins right Tallgrass?" Lightningpaw asked just to make sure. @Spider @Dolomedes
Arriving on the edge of Windclan's border was a lone cat. They looked thin and absolutely tried. This cat seemed to be having a hard time fighting against the windy day, but never the less they continued on looking without a doubt they would cross the border. What a strange sight. Why would an outsider come all this way.. Wait wasn't this cat coming from the Riverclan's side of the border...?
~ Confusion ~
Elderberrymint fit her name well in her advanced age. She had seen countless moons and it was effecting her body more than she truly ever knew.
The lone elder set out on a mission when she woke up in the mountains and realized that her kits were missing. She was thankful that a strong and young warrior was willing to carry her on their back the way to the mountain saving her energy after she just wanted to lay down when they got to rugged range. At that point the elder wasn't determined to walk all the way there but her heart had a new conviction. It need her to go and find her kittens left behind before they got hurt. Her memory was shaky if any warrior agreed to help or listen to her...
What was she going on about again? It didn't matter if she forgot so easily.
She crossed a line. Back to their home, the old scent of Riverclan fading away lead her back. Though she hadn't found anything in the camp which... Something got her to this point. What was it. Elderberrymint crossed the Windclan border and made it around five cat tails lengths before she had to collapsed on the ground. Three days of continuous walking with only a moment to drink her fill had finally caught up to the elder. Her stomach was empty, her joints ached and the wind buffeted her the whole day. For now she would rest and figure out where to go on from here. She groaned in pain. Why did everything smell so weird around here? She hated it. Maybe another kind warrior would come and help her, maybe get her something to eat as well. Anything at this moment she would be thankful for, so she waited.
@Fish - Elderberrymint
The Fury raised his tail high over his head as moved toward the RiverClan border. He was necessarily expected to patrol here, but you never know when a Riverrat might show up. By now RiverClan's scent should have been pretty stale, so he was a little lost when he picked up the fresh stink of fish. There was something else mixed in with the scent that he wasn't familiar with.
The huge warrior spotted the elder as he drew closer to the border. Leechscar stopped and stared at the cat very confused. He hasn't heard any report that RiverClan was back, so what was this old rat doing here. The warrior unsheathed his claws just to be careful and then padded up to the cat.
"Excuse me," He grunted none to kindly. "You're trespassing, Grandma. I suggest you leave now. I rather not hurt you if I don't have to." Leechscar did not want to fight the old cat. His mother would be so disappointed in him. But he was pretty sure there weren't any rules against picking fights with elders.
