Frigidkit heard footsteps approach her. She felt a tail brush her ear which startled her a little. She took a deep breath as quietly as she could. She steadier her lip and made sure her eyes were dry before turning around. It was her grandmother.

Oh, she supposed they really hadn't been around much. She hadn't seen Lambkit in a while and Frigidkit was worried that her grandmother would find her annoying and dependent. She was calming down already, realizing that she wasn't getting scolded. Her eyes lit up already.

She really hadn't expected her grandmother to react like that. She saw how much attention she paid to Roanpaw and assumed she meant to her as much as any random kit, not worth talking to. This interaction made her admire and care about Dawnstar even more. She even said she'd talk to her! Finally they could spend time together.

Oh yeah, and she shouldn't be mad at Roanpaw. Frigidkit couldn't help but be a little jealous, especially since part of why she kept her distance was because she assumed Dawnstar hated being pestered and probably liked being alone. She was also a little mad at him because, spending so much time with their grandmother, he didn't really spend time with her anymore. Their relationship was...weird. She wasn't really sure that he even cared about her that much. Although it hurt a little to think about it, she hadn't exactly reached out either.

"Um, okay! Yeah, I'll stick around from now on!" she said, trying not to sound to cheerful and childish.

As Dawnstar left, Frigidkit proceeded to make awkward eye contact with her brother for a bit before standing up, going over, and plopping right next to him in what probably was the only physical affection she'd displayed in a while.

"Next meeting, I'll be an apprentice too and then we can have hunting competitions." she said.

Magpiepaw frowned. She'd been excited at the prospect of becoming an apprentice, but she'd failed to think about the training and work that came along with it. Now she wasn't quite sure if she was so happy to be an apprentice. "Fine, I guess," she mewed half-heartedly. She was going to have to meet her training requirements at some point, so she might as well get it over and done with as soon as possible.

Frostheart noticed Magpiepaw looked a bit unpleased. "Is everything alright?" The silver tabby turned to ask Magpiepaw.

Cloudkit's gaze was following Robinscratch and Pinekit to the nursery, but Moonkit had already changed her focus. She took a deep breath and addressed the first cat that was passing close: "Come here. Yes, you." As a little furry kit, she wasn't probably looking very authoritative but right now she didn't care. She pointed the white twig with her short tail: "See that? You need to remove it. We're not going to do it."

The fact that no one had already offered themselves to help her and Cloudkit irritated Moonkit very much. She felt frustrated by their own little size and the limits that came with them. Moreover, the cleverest thing that she had managed to come up with was deciding that they should not touch dangerous things. Now they were stuck here, in the middle of the hollow with nothing else to do than looking around to know where they shouldn't put their paws. She let herself releasing a little snort. "Maybe Hidden Haven was a better place to live." But she wasn't talking with anyone in particular.

Cloudkit looked carefully at her sister who explained that she shouldn't cut herself like Pinekit if she didn't want to stay in that little place and sleep all day.

"If wasn't going either to touch things that I don't know eithern are"

She said it something turn off. I watch as Moonkit tried to get some warrior to help them but nobody the but nobody paid attention to them, she on the other hand was distracted in her own thoughts. She didn't know what to do she, she was a bit lost without the help of another older cat to help them remove the garbage so as not to get hurt like Pinekit and also with the points of each one.

"I also think it was a better place to live than this"

Admitted the same thought her sister was saying as she looked around.

Hornet'Ear was shocked and he stared blankly at his paws fear and anxiety sparking his molted pelt. He felt the air thicken 'What had happened to the clan he loved? So much was going on. He laid lower to the earth tucking his paws under him. He looked around at the idle cats.

It seemed that her clan had lucked out, there hadn't been as much trouble with the twoleg trash as Dawnstar had originally thought. The damage wasn't to the point where Dawnstar felt that she needed to take drastic measures, however, there was still the issue with the patch. Not to mention herbs, but shockingly besides the few morons, there weren't too many injuries going around so the muscular feline felt pretty certain she could handle this without raging... maybe.

"Let all old enough to lurk in the shadows gather beneath the Shadowledge for a clan meeting." The powerful feline took a seat on the ledge; her intense amber glare shimmered with her habitual barely concealed anger. Dawnstar wasn't particularly mad about anything or one today, merely, the molly's scarred face seemed to be unable to appear anything other than intimidating and grumpy. The thick muscles underneath her brown pelt rippled as she rose back onto her huge paws and paced along the edge of the ledge. Despite not being upset about anything, Dawnstar wasn't able to keep herself still for too long.

She'd be assigning a patrol or two to sweep the territory and ensure that all the twoleg trash really was gone or at least buried so no one could get hurt from it. She had been thinking about tossing it over in RiverClan or ThunderClan's territory, not WindClan's since she's terrorized them enough. However, twoleg waste was no good for any of the clans, so she pitched the idea not long after it jumped into her head.

Huffing, the giant cat went back to sitting down. Quickly fixing her mind on other things before she could start pacing again. Roanpaw needed training, she had promised to spend time with Frigidkit, and she had no clue where Lambkit was... this was not helping her need to move. The easily irritable she-cat tail swayed back and forth behind her.

Brackenfire left her spot by the fresh-kill pile to sit near the back, searching the crowd for her kids.
sorrelpaw padded out into the open. Maybe today her dad would pay attention to her.

Foxcall moved from their resting spot to sit under the Shadowledge, looking up at Dawnstar, their tail wrapped around their paw.

Sorrelflare glanced up from their prey, finishing it up and cleaned their face before focusing on Dawnstar.
