Lumbering his way back into camp, the large Keeper padded across the clearing. Hopefully there would be enough fresh-kill to feed the clan this leafbare. Gently placing the squirrel he had acquired on the prey pile, Moosecrash took a look around the camp at the cats milling about. A kit and an apprentice sat about, a warrior was fighting off the chill, Spiderthroat was speaking to another apprentice. He nodded in satisfaction that all was well and made his way to an open spot near the warriors den. Taking a seat, he began to groom his long, fluffy fur.

AppleBreeze hobbled over from the fresh-kill pile to MooseCrash with a small vole. She didn't know them well, but she was bored out of her mind. "Hello, hello! Oh, I'm so bored.. With RainSpark doing warrior duties, I'm all alone on the nursery." She sighed.
AppleBreeze sat down, setting the vole at her paws.

Lifting his head to smile at the cat approaching him, he gave a respectful nod.
"Hello there. You are Applebreeze, correct? I'm sorry you're feeling bored. How are your kits doing?"
The Maine Coon shook his head, realizing he hadn't introduced himself.
"Ah, forgive my rudeness. I am Moosecrash," he added, dipping his head.

"Oh, yes, lovely to meet you MooseCrash! I am AppleBreeze. They are fine, should be due any day now." She smiled, then looked at her paws.
"Would you like some vole? I'd be happy to share."

With a smile, Moosecrash dipped his head.
"That's very kind of you, thank you. I would be happy to share," he replied, his baritone voice full of friendly warmth. He wouldn't take a bite until she had first, of course. It was nice to socialize with his clanmates for once. The brawny keeper had been feeling a bit disconnected recently.
"You mentioned your mate is Rainspark, yes? Have they been on many patrols lately?"

She nodded, using her claws to split the prey in half. "Yes, I mean, I assume so.. I never see them around camp, at least."
AppleBreeze moved the food over to them.
"You know what, I think I'll eat this in the nursery. Have a lovely day, though." She said, grabbing her half-of-a-vole and padding away. @Rizo

AppleBreeze layed down in the nursery, setting her food down and eating it.
