Riverheart smiled at Shellwhisker, and a trout caught her attention. She silently slammed her paw onto the fish, knocking the breath out of it and when she kept her paw there, it eventually died. She set the trout on top of Her koi.

A flash of silver beneath the water caught Shellwhisker's attention. The she-cat dived once more beneath the water. She was underwater for a few moments before the she-cat resurfaced, a shiny silver cod in her jaws. Hauling herself onto the river back, Shellwhisker delivered the killing bite to the neck of the cod and flicked it beside the other three fish that the two RiverClan warriors had caught.

Riverheart nodded and smiled in approvement at Shellfish, before turning her attention to the river and deciding to dive under the water. While under the water, she noticed that there was a group of 5 fish-2 trout and 3 carp. She swam up behind the group of fish and picked them off one by one. When she resurfaced she had 5 fish in her jaws. She flung them beside the other fish and pulled herself onto the bank of the river.

Plunging into the river once more, Shellwhisker sank her teeth and claws into fish after fish, flinging them each on the pile of fish on the riverbank. She looked approvingly at the five fish that Riverheart had caught. ''Nice catch!'' Shellwhisker purred.

“You as well, that was amazing!” Riverheart said, smiling foundly, and wondering if prehaps she and Shellfish could be friends. Riverheart caught a flash of a huge swarm of fish. Riverheart flicked her tail towards the swarm of fish and got ready to dive with Shellfish

Shellwhisker plunged into the river. Slipping beneath the water, she soon came back up with a plump carp in between her jaws. She flung it onto the riverbank with a satisfied purr. Her gaze flashed with alarm as she heard rustling, but Shellwhisker's fur lay flat once more as she realized it was only her Clanmate, Weaseltooth. Her ice-blue eyes softened instantly. ''Hi!''

Riverheart resurfaced with a huge rainbow trout. She flung it onto the pile of other fish and then looked at her clanmates who had arrived. “Hello!” She said warmly.

"Heya. Sorry if I startled ya there, I was trying to catch a mouse and the carp you dropped onto the Riverbank scared it off. Ah well, there's always more prey elsewhere. Wanna come with me to Haven Springs?" Weaseltooth purred politely. He had a soft smile and his fur was all messed up, Muddy and in some parts containing leaves.

Shellwhisker flattened her ears and looked down at her paws, shifting them in embarrassment. ''O-Oh, I'm sorry that I scared off your mouse,'' She mewed, her voice suddenly sheepish. The she-cat looked up and looked into Weaseltooth's gentle green gaze. ''Yeah, I'll go.'' The RiverClan warrior had brightened out of nowhere. Her embarrassment at scaring away the tom's prey had disappeared entirely. Whisking her fluffy tail, Shellwhisker bounded into the reeds toward Haven Springs. ''You coming or not?'' She called back to the RiverClan tom, her ice-blue eyes glittering in the sunlight.

Shellwhisker slowed her pace to match Weaseltooth's each and every stride, jumping over a log in perfect sync with him. ''Ooo,'' Shellwhisker purred. ''That's amazing! My question is how will Sootpelt handle two apprentices at once?'' The she-cat let out a small 'mrrow' of laughter. Her ears then flattened a bit. ''You're lucky to have kin,'' She murmured. ''Kin that's alive, I mean.'' Shellwhisker looked at her paws.
