Strike found a small smile creeping across his face as he watched the newborn kits and Jill. He had to admit, they were pretty cute. He sat from a small distance away, not wanting to disturb the happy group. His mind drifted to Spotted, but then back to Jill and her kits quickly. @ Christmassy Peril

She purred and cleaned her kits again. She curled her tail tighter around them and rested her head on her paws.

The tom got full and crawled over to where Snail was laying. He began tussling with her for the warmest spot.

Strike laughed a bit at the kits’ antics. He remembered parts of his kithood. There were good parts, then there were bad parts, and then there was... His thoughts trailed off as a memory popped up.
