Ternsky had just gotten up to go and search for Sassafrasfire, she needed to be near them again, it was a necessity, and it seemed that the feline was on her same wavelength. "Gorgeous?" They look at her, pleased that they'd found her and she'd been searching for them too. Leaning into the she-cat's body, Sassafrasfire tries to recall what they'd even wanted in the first place. It was hard! Hm... Oh, right! "Firstly, I must return the complement, it's only right to do so. And I am not merely being polite in saying this, but I find myself rather glad to see you now. Your fur is sleek and the light reflecting in your eyes is nice to look at." Blinking, they remember their goal again. "Come hunting with me. Petuniapaw.. Ate a flower.... on our patrol to Lionsrange and we had to come back because she felt ill. I want to fulfill the duty assigned to me still. And I want company."

sparkblaze looked back. "oh, hey dayheart!" she meowed. the ginger molly turned around, then looked alarmed as the tom started to ramble about talking to her. "oh, yeah, of course we can talk--i was kinda bored anyway." she sat down, and gave her chest a few licks, before focusing her green eyes on the rather nice looking tom. "so, what have you been up to lately?" sparkblaze attempted to start a conversation. she curled her tail around her paws, her ears pricked, when she noticed something. is he---the same size as me? finally, another cat who isn't TOWERING over me.

Russetstrike was first to arrive and thank the stars he wasn't with Rainpuddle again. Though he doubted Lionstar would put Rainpuddle on another patrol ever again.
Coming up to the golden leader, Russetstrike dipped his head softly to him. "What are we doing?"

Stingpaw rolled from his nest hearing his name, ears burning with sudden intrigue. Leaping from his spot and racing out to meet Lionstar. He was covered in soot and ash? What was that all about. He trotted past the other warrior to come up close. “What do you need?”

He couldn’t help but want to explode with excitement, a special mission! Gosh he couldnt even imagine what it could be. He’d have to tell sleepy and sun the next time he saw them.

Once they ‘dumped’ their findings to Fawnsqueak as Lionstar has instructed, Splashfury believed they were ready to report. Though she wasn’t sure if a clan leader cared about turtles.

“We are back from the Cattail Pond with 2 daisies, 3 of these flowers I don’t know what they are called, and 2 bundles of cobweb to wrap the flowers so it would be easier for traveling back here. We also help some turtles who were stranded back to the pond.” Splashfury reported and gave her apprentice the approval to talk if he wishes to like she always does.

Coastpaw padded in with Splashfury, dropping the three unknown flowers that he had picked (feverfew). "There were more of these near the left side of the pond, but I made sure not to pick it all so it wouldn't die. If Fawnsqueak needs anymore, you can tell him where to find it." He added with a smile.

Fenpaw padded into camp after his very unsuccessful hunting trip and went to seek out Lionstar instantly to report despite his embarrassment at the trip being a failure. Spotting the golden leader and approaching, Fenpaw waited politely for his turn to speak. "Um, I couldn't find Sparrowfrost when you assigned us to hunt so I went out on my own... And you looked busy then, so I didn't want to bother you and ask..." He had figured he might at least try despite the other cat's absence, even though he might get in trouble for leaving camp without company. "I wasn't really successful, clearly." Gesturing to his empty paws, even though he had probably spent an entire hour or two trying to get something to bring back to show for himself. He absentmindedly wiped at the dried blood on his nose from his accident with the tree. "I'm sorry." He found it best to apologize, just in case Lionstar would be angry with him.

"Uh... Rabbitpaw?" he echoed after several minutes of nothing. Shadedspire has figured he’d let the apprentice come to him, and if Rabbitpaw was a little late, that was alright. But this was bordering on carelessness, or something else... "Lionstar, I don’t think Rabbitpaw’s here. In fact," he began to get nervous. "I don’t know where he is." While Shadedspire was his mentor, Rabbitpaw ultimately made his own decisions. And he hadn’t seen his apprentice go out. Now he was beginning to worry. "Do you, um, still want me to go to Lionsbeach?"
