Sheepkit blinked blearily at the sound of her sister and mother, letting out a tiny, curious squeak.

Smokefern's single ear twitched as she heard a squeak. There were a lot of those around here, but as she turned, she saw her other daughter awake. The mossball bumped against her leg, and she decided to roll it gently towards Sheepkit. "Care to join us?" Smokefern asked with a purr.

Sheepkit blinked at her mother, then turned to the mossball. She wasn't certain at first, but as the mossball rolled closer, she instinctively pounced on it. Tail waving in the air in delight. Sheepkit leapt/bounced backwards and batted the mossball towards Dawnkit with an excited squeak. Toppling over to the side as she swung her forearm out.

Dawnkit jumped excitedly when Sheepkit batted the mossball towards her, catching it and rolling over, after jumping a bit too excitedly. The long, fluffy she-kit jumped back up, batting it towards her mother.

A spike of anxiety briefly coursed through Smokefern as Daykit jumped. The young kit landed fine, much to her relief. Kits could handle a lot, but also didn't always think ahead. Well, one could say the same about adults as well. These were her kits, however, so she couldn't help the momentary worry. Smokefern scooped the ball up as it came close, and tossed it in a short arc towards Sheepkit, aiming to have drop in front of her.
