Ugh. He was already getting bugged, great. Rainstreak's one blue eye glancing over to Carppaw as they proceeded to talk and ask the warrior to forget everything they just said. Easy, since he didn't really care. "Rainstreak, ThunderClan," the tiny cat growled, flicking his one ear.
Then his former clan started coming in. The blue tabby shrunk down as he watched his former clanmates flooding into the gathering. Rainstreak's eye followed Owlstar as she made her way up the Seastones with the other leaders, hoping she wouldn't spot him. Unlikely, but still possible.
The thunderclanner took some deep breaths, bracing himself for any interactions with RiverClan that might happen during the gathering. For now, the warrior turned his attention to the leaders, waiting for the announcements to begin.

Someone had recommended she attend a gathering, so here Spiderpaw was. She didn't like the idea of so many cats around her. She was nervous enough with her own clanmates! Though, she had to admit that it was starting to move out of the forefront of her mind every day. Still, the anxious apprentice definitely wasn't here to misbehave, especially not after the look that Owlstar gave the approaching Riverclan cats.
She had made it here, though. That was an accomplishment, right? The blue-grey tabby made her way through her clanmates, nose twitching as the scent of all four clans filled her nose. She sat somewhere near the back, giving herself some space from the others. Somewhere nearby was what looked like a very anxious Thunderclan apprentice and a warrior being... comforting? She tilted her head lightly as she observed the pair. It seemed pretty sweet.
But she didn't want to stare, so her eyes returned to the larger crowd around. Staying up to date on all of the clans did seem important, and maybe getting this first hand information was better than having someone fill her in later, but why did it have to be so many cats? It seemed like it would be a lot nicer of an event if there weren't so many. The scents alone were overwhelming. Hopefully she would be able to hear fine from back here, because she really didn't want to get too close to the large groups that had formed throughout the Seastones.

Dragonflypaw watched as Windclan arrived, and then Riverclan, bringing with them the scents of heather and fish. They weren't pleasant, but Shadowclan took the cake when it came to horrible scents- It took a lot of self-control for the apprentice to not wrinkle her nose when she passed some loud ones. Then there was the ruckus on the Deputies' Perch. She frankly wasn't sure why the loud ones were allowed up there in the first place, and was quite glad when they were chucked over the edge. Flintclaw seemed to be settling in well, at least. With an elegant twitch of her tail, Dragonfly straightened slightly, head high and yellow eyes twinkling with a dark light as she looked down upon the gathered clans. It seemed many were surprised at Thunderclan's change of ranks. Good. They would be attentive tonight.
For her first Gathering, it was rather exciting.
The dark russet and brown she-cat followed Riverclan's arrival with sharp golden eyes, stare rather blank, but elegant and not outright hostile. The Medicine Cat seemed very on edge, Dragonfly noted, especially when she passed Sleepysunrise. Her name was Berry-something, she was pretty sure. Maybe she'd see if Treetiger knew anything. Doubtful though, considering where she was sitting. The medic looked confused, if not downright startled, when she passed Dragonflypaw, to which the apprentice responded with a mildly interested glance. She wasn't one for socializing. Not that much, anyway.
Dragonflypaw could feel her mentor's soulless gaze, like a physical force, a brand. She flicked her ear and tilted her head, picking out Treetiger in the crowd with ease. There she was. Dragonflypaw met her stare with an equally soulless one of her own, but only for a few seconds, then she turned her head back away. Ah wait, someone was speaking to her. The cream speckled apprentice turned her head, sunrise coloured eyes glimmering. Turns out her name was Berryshine. Well. Dragonfly was partly correct. At her next words, she thought, 'Well, obviously. You wouldn't be sitting here if you weren't Medicine Cat.' With a twitch of her tail, the Medicine Cat Apprentice said regally, "I'm flattered. But no, I am not the Medicine Cat, but her apprentice." There was a slight pause, before she said, "My name is Dragonflypaw."
At Berryshine's next question, Dragonflypaw's gaze immediately soured with anger, before she regained control over her features and slid on a mask of cool indifference. "He is a betrayer and a neglect-er. Fadingpaw is his new name, and he is no longer Medicine Cat." This was said with steel in her voice, but then she lapsed back into calm elegance once again, lifting her head regally. "How is Riverclan?" That was what people asked right? Dragonflypaw was doing her best, but was still flailing in water deeper than she was used to handling.

Salamanderpaw's gaze snaps abruptly onto Pikepaw, marble-round and focused. What's up, what's the prob—? Oh. Ohhhhhahahhah yes!!! Her bad for the split-second apprehension, the mild concern that this younger 'paw might need help or something. He's just noticed the ear, is all. Of course he's noticed the ear. Salamanderpaw couldn't keep a goofy grin down if her life depended on it, puffing up with pride again, so pleased with herself. She takes a second to fix her posture; it's probably not heroic-looking enough until she squares her shoulders just right.
"Oh. Oh, yes. Yes....I did have another ear, Pikepaw. I did." She nods somberly. Consider the scenery chewed to bits. Now that the abject horror of physical violence is a fuzzy memory, all that's left is the fact that this is the coolest thing that's ever happened to her (with all the time spent training with Caveclaw as a cherished runner-up) so Salamanderpaw's going to milk it dry and then some. She puts on what is meant to be a very brave and introspective look, but mostly she just looks like a big smug furball.
"It was the otters, you see—" Salamanderpaw cuts herself off with a sudden sharp glance about the place, then to pat a broad paw on the sand. "Here, sit, you're tiny and I don't want some loser to run up and steal you away. Anyways, the otters. You heard about the otters?"
Whiterabbit's quick to reach a pale paw out from her makeshift sandnest, grasping wildly to try and pin down Ploversnap's tail so that it's clear she's really caught her. The fiendish grin is immediate, banishing the sleepy look that'd been pulling Whiterabbit's whiskers low just a moment ago.
"You're lucky; I won't eat fish, always found them kinda creepy. But everything's a little less creepy if it has a name, so, tell me yours before I burst into tears." She prompts cheerfully, pushing hersef upright out of her lof to sit and peer at Ploversnap.
It was through sheer willpower and gritted teeth that Violetfreckle made it to this Gathering. Bumblebreak's numerous stops seemed to help Vi more than they did her, honestly. Even if she was getting better—the wounds had finally closed after spirits know how long, so she no longer bled, at least—it was still embarrassingly difficult to make it. She was limping noticeably; her back leg still didn't feel quite right. There was a bit of an odd numb feeling when she focused on it too much. But, "Yeah. I'm alright." As they settled, she let out a breath and briefly, gently bumped her forehead against Bumblebreak's cheek.
And then, there was Mudhound. An absolutely fascinating cat, truly. Vi didn't quite know how else to describe... whatever the actual hell they were doing right now. It certainly achieved what they wanted, which was draw attention from Bumblebreak, but also, it invited more stares than an ex-leader sitting in the crowd. The tabby let out a small huff at the thought. As much as she wanted to give the Hornet a little smack with her (sheathed) paw, she just let it be. Mostly, because she had to. Getting up was going to be awful and Vi was not about to do that before she absolutely had to. And also partially, because she knew Muddy's intentions were good. And it wasn't going to harm anything. Hopefully.

She didn't forget! She COULDN'T forget! She had to tell that little Ashpaw guy all about her warrior name! Had to show off that she wasn't a liar and actually got her name! She promised! She couldn't break a promise!!! NEVER!
Littlebug padded eagerly alongside her group, coming into the clearing and immediately bounding towards the ShadowClan crowd. Along the way, she passed by Vinesmoke, who seemingly took up a spot at the edge of the gathered cats. Oh well! If he didn't want to mingle, she'd mingle enough for the both of them! Of course, she wouldn't bound by without giving him a grin, a light of determination in her eyes. She was obviously up to no good.
When the ShadowClan guy came into view, her forepaw raised, waving eagerly in his direction, hoping to draw him over.
It only took a glare for the Commander to be on his paws and moving towards the Deputy's rock. He wasn't completely sure what happened, but Mistlewhisker was pissed. Beyond that, just from the way her outward stance and harsh threat to the WindClan deputy sounded. As the apprentices were passed down, he'd growl lowly, avoiding bites and swats from Houndpaw before the apprentice escaped them both and leapt to the Medicine Cat ledge. Hawkbite would glare in his direction, he'd deal with that in a moment.
His attention was brought to his own apprentice, Weepingpaw, and he shot him a warning glare. "Weepingpaw, I swear if you pull something like Houndpaw did, you'll be confined to the Elders den defleaing them for a moon!" He hoped his (mostly) empty threat was enough to scare him down. Hawkbite would stand on his back legs and help the already larger apprentice down onto the ground. He didn't realize how large the dawnspawn had gotten. Hawkbite was just a tiny guy and they were... well... getting close to Mistlewhisker's size at this point. "I got it, gorgeous," Hawkbite shot at Mistlewhisker, ducking if she swung at him. It was an innocent attempt to fluster her and momentarily take her mind off the situation.
Then, Hawkbite would round in Houndpaw's direction, stomping over with Weepingpaw (hopefully) in tow. "HOUNDPAW!!" He yelled, not caring if it started a scene. Perhaps public humiliation was what this apprentice needed. "You'll also be spending a moon sleeping in the Elders Den and defleaing them if you don't get down right now!" The Commanders voice was harsher with Houndpaw. They already had a history... since the day Houndpaw was caught trying to steal his rock. Hawkbite hadn't been a fan of this one since he was a kit and it showed in the change of attitude between Weepingpaw and their sibling.
A warning glare would shoot between Sleepysunrise, Bleedingpaw, and Houndpaw. He wouldn't tolerate anyone defending Houndpaw here. They either hand him over, or he'd let them face Dawnstar's wrath.

Okay, the trek out to the Seastones wasn't the easiest thing Ashpaw had ever done. The sand made it fairly difficult to limp along, so he had just opted to go three-legged for a little while until he could stop walking. His forepaw, and the wrist associated, ached quite a bit. It wasn't nearly as bad as the day he had been injured in the first place, thankfully, but it was not comfortable, either.
However, he wouldn't dare miss this gathering! Littlepaw would be here, and she would probably have a new warrior name! The grey apprentice was excited for the windclan friend he had made during the last gathering. AND he had so much to tell her! Like the enforcer challenge, the tree-climbing class, and the hole he and Houndpaw had dug! Okay, maybe not the last one... at least, not at this gathering. (nothing to do with that rp not being complete yet or anything)
Speaking of Houndpaw, Ashpaw's eyes found the chaos happening on the deputy and medicine cat stones. He almost wanted to laugh at how silly it was, but he stifled the chuckle quickly. He did not want to add more to the list of dumb decisions he had been making. Though, the young apprentice couldn't help but wonder how the gathering looked from those high rank stones. Maybe with a couple of stealth lessons, he could hide away up there and check it out... or, maybe he could check them out after the gathering, but before all of shadowclan left...
Ah, curiosity. Probably Ashpaw's worst enemy.
Motion caught his eyes and he turned his head to see the Windclan cat waving him over. Ashpaw hopped to his paws and hobbled over quickly, tail dancing behind him excitedly. "Hey! There you are!" He mewed. "Did you get your warrior name? What is it! You gotta tell me! And what's been going on with Windclan? Have you guys taken care of those two-leg traps?" He asked, happy to sit and enjoy a conversation with her.

Vinesmoke stood near the edge of the clearing, keeping an eye on the gathering. His black fur was smooth and neat, his blue eyes calm as he watched the different clans arrive. He didn’t plan on talking much—until he saw Littlebug. She was easy to spot, walking with energy and purpose, heading straight toward the ShadowClan cats. She looked happy, maybe even proud, and when she passed by him, she gave him a wide grin. Her eyes were bright, and her pawsteps were quick. She looked excited. Vinesmoke watched her as she passed, then stepped slightly closer so she could hear him over the noise. “Who’s that?” His voice was slightly low but clear, eyes narrowing slightly as he followed her paw lifting in a wave toward the ShadowClan apprentice. “The one you’re waving to—what’s his name?” But before his question could be answered the other cat was here it seemed in an instance. Now Vinesmoke Didnt have anything against this apprentice just he was hoping to be able to chat alone..oh well. “Hello..im Vinesmoke and you are?” He didn’t like all the questions about how the twoleg situation but he decided to keep his mouth shut he would keep the niceties on he knew littlebug was a social butterfly.And he was caught up on her like a bee to a flower
