Hello hello! What a fun little family to get into!
I must admit I am fairly new, so not entirely adjusted to the application process, so please do let me know if information is missing. I've also got a roleplay sample here to demonstrate my consistent style and length.
I've also come up with a couple of different options for his name! I am happy to adjust if you have something more specific in mind! Especially depending on the available designs, I can adapt his name to suit the appearance.
"I'm not copying you, bat brain!" Fawnkit sputtered, very obviously puffing out his little chest and walking with the newly adopted swagger of a much older cat.
Eager - Daring - Brazen
You think you've met someone with "Little Brother" syndrome? Gosh, were you ever wrong. This little rambunctious gentleman will follow right at your heels, watching your every move, studying you. All he wants? To be big, just like his family, siblings, aunts and uncles. Hunting, climbing, stalking, or just cleaning out the fresh kill pile, not a single thing gets by him. With a tendency to just insert himself into business, he takes his (unofficial self-appointed) role of helper quite seriously. He might get under your paws a little more than he's helping, but goodness forbid you tell him he's doing it wrong.
"Yeah, duh, wasn't that move obvious? It's like you are afraid to hit me!" Fawpaw snickered out, tipping his head to his sparring partner. "Come on- give me something good! Give me your all."
Persistent - Perfectionist - Adventurer
Unlike his name suggests, Fawn is full of boisterous and outward energy; whatever he wants to say must be heard by everyone in the immediate area! Doesn't matter who it is; little Fawn is a chatterbox, almost like his whole goal is to have your ears fall off. At times, he can be bratty, snarky and bullheaded. He's smart but struggles to say it in such a way that isn't sarcastic. If allowed, little Tom's tongue can get quite far ahead of him, but that won't stop him from relying on his family to bail him out... even if he deserves whatever is coming for him.
"err.. yeah, you could probably make that jump? Maybe I should go first.. and I mean, if you can't make it? Maybe.. go home or something. I don't really wanna sit around and watch you try all day," Fawnflurry quipped, pulling his eyebrows back in "forced" sympathy.
Eager - Argumentative - Proud
Underneath all that brazen kit energy, young teenage angst and new warrior pride, there was always an eager kitten who wanted to know everything about the world. He creates idols and is desperate to meet and, hopefully, one day surpass them, while he won't tell you so. He wanted to be just as good as everyone else, so if you see him deflecting a failure onto you? (Which he will TOTALLY take it out on you!) Cut him some slack. Or don't, he is a little bit of a jerk. At his core, he is an adventurer with curious eyes, a brave spirit, and lots of energy. He just needs to find the right outlet first!
"We'll do it together, just take the first step, lean on me" Fawnflurry hummed
Brave - Encouraging - Mentor
As he matures, Fawn will develop the skills of an includer and fantastic mentor. The idols he saw in his youth will contribute to the formation of his personality, whether he leans into his snarky pride, follows him, or grows out of it. As a perfectionist, he will value teaching and passing down learned skills to the next generation. His adventurous and brazen nature will lead him on some shaky paths that form him into the courageous warrior he always dreamt of being.

A shy tom who tends to try and hide behind his own fur. Short, thin. Many believed he wouldn't grow into his legs, grow into anything taller than a little ladybug. Hiding behind his siblings, a middle child. Very rarely speaking up when needed. Very rarely talking unless spoken to. Shy , nervous , kind and sweet.
Where did my parent's go?
But it changes. The ladybug sheds it's exoskeleton. Morphs into that of a moth. Wings dipped in inky black, demeanor changes. Those he hid behind are instead front and foremost of his anger. His wrath. Battling those who dare try and spar with him, holding back no punches. He no longer cares about those around him. He's gently caring for an old cicada, dead, collecting dust, in his heart. Abrasive, cold, uncaring.
m-a-m-a b-o-y Mama's Boy. Mama's boy.
He's beaten, bested at his own game. The sparring comes to an end. His limbs are sore. Face is bruised. And he realizes, what he was doing, why he wasn't any better than anyone. Why he wasn't special. It's because he didn't need to be. All the dreams he had of him, and his family were still there, just shifted. Different. But they were still his family. It broke him. Once again, the moth sheds his exoskeleton. Into that of a Dragonfly. Transparent wings, speed outmatching all those around him. This time he won't use it to bully, to prove he's best. This time he'll use it to care, to protect. For the first time in seasons, his smile is back. Just as soft, and gentle as when he was first a ladybug. He's sweet, and caring, outspoken and proactive.

When your hope is slowly dying
And your future's lost its rights
Raise up your bat and face the fright
Let's knock 'em dead into the night
Come follow me into the dark
Magpie is a relatively scrawny molly with a tousled black coat. While she's mainly black, her fur - mostly her face - is dappled with darker shades. She often carries herself lazily, mostly due to her drowsy nature, and finds that things often get caught within her tufts of fur as it grows to be shaggy. The top of her neck has a plume of fur that sticks up despite most of her fur being weighed down, and at times she'll attempt to decorate it with petals or whatever she finds charming. Her eyes are a strange shade of amber, nearing a peachy sort of orange. Though subtle, her left eye is slightly paler than her right.
Short desc. Scrawny black molly with orange eyes
. ☁︎ .
Magpie knows misfortune well. She swears upon the theory that it simply seeks her out. After her mother's death, she sulks and isolates herself. She often takes every little bad thing and hones in on it. However, just as this feeds into pessimism, it also allows her to hyperfocus good things in her life somewhat unintentionally.
She's not yet ready to blossom, not yet ready to flourish and thrive. So she stays in her head, lingers and soaks in her thoughts. She dreams of a better life, so much so that she loses track of her own. Dreaming of better circumstances isn't overall a bad thing, but she has no moderation for her expectations. She's pessimistic and unwilling in relation to the world outside of her unrealistic ideas. Though at the same time, her hope in the form of daydreaming could certainly have her categorized as optimistic. Magpie fixates on a "perfect" world for herself and loved ones. When she isn't, she may let her mind wander often in general - paying no mind to do her duties when she could instead imagine the act and how good she'd be at it.
Magpie's strength is in her analytical nature and quick thinking, but she's so lost in her own head that she often doesn't utilize it. After all, how could someone so absentminded pay attention to their surroundings? The molly can pick up on other's emotions rather easily as well as come to solutions or conclusions, though she'll often have to actually have others point it out for her.
Magpie's habit of daydreaming isn't entirely bad, simply because it gives her quite a bit of practice in thinking things over and keeping a relatively tight grasp on her emotions. She's dismissive to insults unless it's from someone close to her, keeping a more relaxed and composed nature. She's generally neutral towards others, though she's prone to making bold assumptions when determining a cat's persona which may drive her interactions.
She does, however, have a large issue with trust and loyalty. She idealizes others in her mind most of the time so when her trust is broken, she'll easily form and hold a grudge, again, based off her own assumptions that will come after.
