'A very simple man, there's not much to Roe at all. His daily activities and thoughts are entirely dictated by others, so much so that it's actually quite remarkable he's made it this far, let alone has an opinion on the pirates of The Emerald Tide at all. He's lucky that the owner of the Rusty Anchor is always pointing him in the right directions, even if that's a daily battle they have to fight... which Roe is, and always will be, blissfully oblivious to.'
