Quill was about to turn and run out of the territory and back to his child, but looks like his child came to him first Heya, rooster sorry i ran off like that he meowed giving them a lick on the head. Quills dark blue eyes turned to the white tom, thunderclan the hell was a clan? Ehh hed probably learn soon enough. Once the white tom talked more about the clan it got the tom thinking, food, water, beds, a safe place it all sounded nice, nice enough to not worry all that much about not eating one night when food is scarce, not having to sleep in some old twoleg place, would be nice for rooster and their development. Quill gave his kit a look If I join, rooster has to come too, i aint leaving my kit alone in the forest. he woudnt be mad if rooster wasnt allowed in he would just go find a new place to stay, If rooster didnt want to join quill woudnt join, if rooster wanted to go and was allowed in he would join. So now he waited for what rooster wanted, and what the white tom said. @BEAR. @Starfall @/others

Acornfall let out a snarl as the fox ran off, raking his claws through the air as though he was getting the final word with it. He let out a sigh of relief when it looked like everyone was okay for the most part. Glancing at Pineblossom when Spiderboss gave his signal, letting her know that he could help if needed. But he stepped forward when Spiderstar did, standing near his leader but a little back. He gave the kits a hard stare when Spiderstar mentioned them knowing better, but didn't linger. He was sure being glared at by a one-eyed warrior as big as him was scary enough as it is for such a young being.

But he was surprised when Spiderstar offered these cats membership just like that. Despite his surprise though, he kept it from his face. If that's what Spiderstar thought was best, he'd back up his leader. Truthfully, the clan could always use cats who were skilled and willing to protect the weak. It spoke to their character how they fought for kits that weren't their own. When Quill spoke up, his eyes rounded with sympathy. Acornfall couldn't imagine...he'd never choose to be separated from his kits. But it wasn't his call, so he glanced at Spiderstar, staying silent. Patiently waiting for his leader's decision. Acornfall may be loud and boisterous, but he knew when to bite his tongue.

Omen exhaled a breath she didn't even realize she was holding when the fox finally took off. She took a glance back at the kits before turning her attention to the cats that joined the fight. One of them spoke up and a few words caught her attention. Thunderclan being the main thing. Whatever this Thunderclan was, these cats, and those kits were likely from it. She looked to Quill, his reasoning made sense. Than she looked around at the others, curious what they thought.

A group like their own, but tighter knit it sounded like, maybe a couple of other cats more than this group, that is what she assumed at least. It was a smart choice to make, and not just because it may be a healing opportunity, but because survival out here alone wasn't for everyone. Maybe she could be the group that could survive out here, but preference wise? This Thunderclan seemed like a better option.

Splinter exhaled as the fox raced away, the huge cat looked over at the leader or something. It never understood that kinda thing. He was intrigued. They padded after the leader cat.

Pineblossom watched at the fox tucked tail and scampered off, hissing in its direction, a threat, rather a dare, to come back again. The queen turned, licking the blood from her maw and her paws. Despite her easy willingness to tear into a threat, she needed to stay clean after the fact. Her claws were coated in the foxs blood. It sure didn't taste good but it wouldn't feel good on her pelt either.

Her emerald gaze shifted to Spiderthroat as the tom glanced at her, nodding towards the kits. She nodded, and made her way towards the three shaking scraps of fur. Two of which couldn't have been far from apprentices. Well, now that would change. She gave a gracious look to the queen guarding them, whispering, "I'll take them from here,". The queen's voice remained calm and oddly sweet around the loners, but the steely look in her eyes locked onto the kits with a mix of disapproval and sadness.

She glanced at Acornfall from across the clearing as the tom stepped forward, and she gave him a grateful look in return, shaking her head. She glanced at the loners then back at the warrior, almost as if telling him, "stay with Spiderthroat, just in case,". The queen bent down to sniff at Weepingkit and Juniperkit's injuries. The queen bent down, nodding to Foxkit to push Juniperkit up onto Pineblossom's back. Once she was securely on, the queen looked at the two toms, and gave them a quick nod towards the direction of camp, walking away from the scene.

Weepingkit was relieved when the warriors showed up, but at the same time, he felt empty. Even the pain in his missing ear was gone. Hollow. His shining yellow gaze lifted to meet Spiderthroat's for a moment, lowering almost instantly when the tom addressed them. He wouldn't speak. He wouldn't dare. He didn't want to. That was the oddest part. Since when had he not wanted to talk?

His mom, Sunfall, missing and presumably dead. His father, never even met him. His brother, missing as well. Everything the little tom had known, was gone. His foolish attempt to come find Sunfall at the very least, ended with a missing ear and a sure to be delayed ceremony. The tom kept silent as Pineblossom approached them, and as they headed back to camp, he didn't utter a word.

"Hello! My name is Juniper! And uh.. I'm lost. Whoops."

Juniperkit was both relieved and scared that Spiderstar and his patrol had found them. She was grateful to the outsiders for saving them, and was very glad the fox was gone, but she knew that she had just cost herself her apprenticeship. Oh stars. Listening to the instructions, she sniffed, bright green eyes wide, and forced herself to stop crying. She would be fine! Yes, Pineblossom was here. The beautiful silver and white tabby she-kit limped over to the brown queen, and climbed up onto her back, with the help of Weeping and Fox. "Thanks guys. We'll be fine now." She whispered to them.

She sounded hollow, even to her own ears.

The fox kept flashing in front of her face, over and over and over again. The slavering jaws, the sharp teeth, the dark eyes. That was evil- She had nearly died. The kit curled in on herself atop the queen's back, silent, normally vibrant green eyes glazed and blank. Her shoulder was dripping blood all over Pine's back, and it was throbbing like crazy. She stayed like that. Blank and unresponsive, the horrifying fox's face flashing over and over in her mind.

She would only become responsive again when the reached the Medicine Cats' Den.
