Shadow Fishing [T]

Due to Dawnstar's preference for group training to avoid wasting her time and her roleplayer's general forgetfulness, it was Bunnypaw's latest request to do some fishing that prompted Dawnstar(and roleplayer) to recall that she had a few other requests from apprentices to learn how to fish. Why? It probably had to do with them wanting to learn the skill rather them actually liking to eat fish.

"Venompaw, Bunnypaw, Bramblepaw, you three still wanna fish?" She calls out while stepping out of her den and into the clearing. It was early enough in the morning that the sun's rays barely reached the leader's den. She had woken up too late to try fishing in the dark, a pity. Maybe she'll try that tonight.

Brams looked up from his grooming with lifted ears when he heard his name. Ah, fishing. The golden tabby tom rose to his paws and trotted over, dipping his head respectfully towards Dawnstar. "Yes, ma'am." He mewed coolly. His tone did not reflect excitement, though the twinkle of intrigue in his gaze betrayed him. Learning to fish would no doubt be a useful skill, especially in leaf-bare.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! TRAINING WITH THE LEADER! LETS GOOOOO! Bunnypaw was practically itching to move, to see the life of a fish drain from their eyes! Oh that was gonna be so cool! And then he could show papa owls and papa tusks and give them scales of pretty fish! The lean Apprentice hopped up, ears perked.

"Thank you for letting me come dawnstar! I forgot to tell you how grateful I am for you taking me in!"

Venompaw immediately bounced over at her mother's voice. Fishing? Yessss, please!! An oppurtunity to become more awesome! And to give more gifts! Plus she was excited to try fish, would they taste good? Hope so! "Yeah, Mammy! I wanna catch some water mice!!" An excited mrrow emerged from her throat. Fun time with Mammy and some other randos but mostly Mammy!
