CricketKit was getting confused from all the yelling and running around going on in the nursery. He loved his family, and was vaguely aware he was just as loud and chaotic half the time but his roleplayer had been sick for the kast few days and hasnt been active so now Cricket can deal with Berrys confusion.

eventually making it over. "M.. Mills saw duh.. th.. duh fall! is.. you okay?"
She exclaimed, short tail lashing back and fourth. "Wha.. What did.. What did you see??"
She asked, curious.

Fireflykit slowly turned to look over to the kit that approached her, how old could this kit be? Was she even a moon old yet? Quickly checking the entrance to the den again, she lowered her voice to make sure the eagle couldn't hear her, could eagles even hear? "It is a eagle! Big mean bird, takes kit like us and eats them!! Just the other day there was this HUGE spider, if it got any bigger it could've eaten us all for lunch and still wanted more." She explained her harrowing experience with a shudder, her eyes back on the den opening before she added. "If you can't run, you are lost! Sometimes running won't even save you."

She said cheerfully, "Is you serious??"
She asked, "Mills.. Mill's no wanna be EATEN!"
She said dramatically, actually very intrigued.
A BIG BIRD? That ATE KITS?

Well, to her at least.
Though her legs were wobbly, Millipede managed to walk a teensy bit closer to the entrance.

before going back into the nursery.
She stumbled, falling backwards, but quickly got back up on those shaky paws of hers.

"That is how I felt when I first heard about them! Now I know the best thing to do. Run. I heard eagles circle you before they come down to grab you, so if you just pay attention to the shadows above you, you'll be fine. That is why I'm still alive!" Fireflykit puffed out her chest proudly as if most of the things she had run from hadn't been harmless, but so what, at least she could say she was fast now! "And don't underestimate the spiders! They might seem tiny but best belive they will wait to attack you! Nothing with that many legs has good intentions."

"Well the thing is, I didn't really forget. I was waiting for my mentor but she never showed up so I didn't get to do the patrol. I asked another cat to do it but they were busy." Heatherkit sighed. "Now I need to remember to do all my apprentice duties before 6 moons are up so I can get promoted again."

That was a great question? How many legs did a spider have? "Eight... ten... twenty? FOURTY!! They have enough legs to be horrifying." Finally the adrenaline from her 'eagle attack' was wearing down, her fur flattening once more, well for as long as it could before the next thing had her screaming or crying, or running, or just all three at once. Instead she decided it was probably time to ask about whatever this millipede creature was, and if it had more legs than a spider? Starclan take her now. "What is a millipede? Do you think it looks like a spider? OR worse, it's more dangerous!!" And there goes that fur fluffing up again, but to her this was important! A possible new insect that was more dangerous that those evil crawly spiders?? What if they had to evacuate camp because of this mysterious creature, evacuating camp meant no safety of the nursery, no nursery safety meant higher chances of being snatched by eagles. Someone catch her, she was going to faint.
