I can offer Ravenglow as a mentor! She has a similarly stocky, more broad-shouldered build so there’s compatibility in that. But also Glade would also remind Rae of her sister Rainwish. Rain is the more gentle and emotional of the twins. I can see Rae feeling protective over Glade because of this. Rae also has her own insecurities (namely related to her body) so I think they’re be interesting there.

As a mentor, Ravenglow was trained to find your strengths and build on them. And this is something she’d pass onto her students. She would encourage Glade to learn from different sources too, namely to explore herself and find what she excels at to hone that. And also to find what she struggles with so they can work on that too and make it functional.

I also think they’d make great friends!
