☘︎ Ever since her resurrection, Pebblesplash has had a hard time breathing. It made every day activities rather difficult, as she suffered from shortness of breath rather often. This… illness of such made leaf-bare unbearable to live through, and thus, she was stepping back. Knowing that she couldn’t do much, she was going to talk to the medicine cat to discuss options, and ask for some education so she could be of some assistance in camp. She wanted to learn about what herbs could help her, and perfect her wound care on other cats. She had only ever had to patch up some other cat once, and most of the time, wound care was done on herself, but if she knew how to properly clean a wound, she’d be of more assistance. Knowing Berryshine didn’t have an apprentice, Pebblesplash thought it would be helpful if she understood basic healing while berryshine could handle more difficult tasks until she found an apprentice. At least then, Pebblesplash would have a small purpose.

☘︎ She’d been doing little things around camp, such as cleaning debris and changing nests. There was only so much one cat could do without becoming stressed or bored. Pebblesplash was definitely bored, but her boredom was starting to stress her out. The pretty torbie makes her way to the medicine den, peaking inside shyly to look for RiverClans medicine cat. She usually was never this nervous, however, this conversation about her condition was rather serious, and if Berryshine couldn’t find a way to help her, Pebblesplash would need to retire. She loved doing warrior things. Patrolling, hunting and teaching were all things she genuinely enjoyed doing. It would suck if she could never do her favorite thing ever again. She silently gulps down her nerves, choking at the first initial call… “B…” Pebblesplash sighs, “Berryshine? Are you busy? It’s Pebblesplash… have a few things I would love to discuss, one of which is rather important and concerning,” she waits for her invite in.

Berryshine paused from clearing out a used nest from one of her last patients, ears perking up. Pebblesplash; she recognized the warrior, despite not having many interactions with her. Still, the she-cat sounded a bit shaky and uncertain, which made a twinge of unease go off in the healer's gut. Something was wrong, even if it didn't include obvious injuries and blood.

"O-Of course, come on in!" Berry called, turning to face where the warrior would enter. She sat and wrapped her skinny tail around her paws, head cocking in curiosity and concern as the multi-colored she-cat spoke. "Please, g-get yourself comfortable... what is it?" She asked gently, hoping to ease any nerves that Pebblesplash may have; but there was only so much a kind demeanor could do against inner turmoil. Berryshine knew that all too well.
