''Scared out a few, you mean?'' Berrystorm's lithe, dilute tortoiseshell form was making her way over to where the Fury stood with the WindClan Deputy, two mice dangling from her jaws by their tails. Her green eyes shone brightly, but the light in them died as she set her catches on the prey pile and spoke to Crowtooth.

''Deadmoon got there a little late, but I suppose that everything's fine since she ended up getting there. Lightningpaw and I only left her because it was getting too cold to keep on waiting. I hope you both understand that,'' Berrystorm tipped her head to the side before continuing. ''Lightningpaw also never made a catch, but he did his fair share in marking the border.''

Fleetpaw was mortified when his error caught Dustbunny off guard like that. Stupid furball! Who does that?! He bowed his head and crouched down all at the same time, nodding furiously after he rose to his paws. “Y-Yes m-ma’am, Dustbunny! I-I’m so s-sorry!” He turned as Vinesmoke reappeared and announced they were headed back, frowning slightly. He didn’t catch nearly enough to make up for his blunder. But who was he to protest? The skinny tom only nodded in acceptance, picking up his meager catch of one singular mouse and following Dustbunny closely as she returned. At least the mouse was plump?

He followed Dustbunny to the fresh kill before joining her and Vinesmoke. Head hung in shame at his meager offerings.

With Maggotpaw trailing behind, Rabbitfoot dropped his blackbird at Crowtooth's paws. "We couldn't find much other than this..." Hge mewed regretfully. "There's a weird, loud noise that seems to be scaring all the prey away." The bengal complained with a loud sniff of contempt. "Sounds like monsters."

It swats idly at Rabbitfoot's tail as it continues: "And I bet they sniffed us out and they're coming to eat us all right now. So I'm going to sleep with the elders tonight, that way I can pick them all up and run to safety when the monsters sneak in and start eating Rabbitfoot and everybody."
