Caduceus Place [Open to Patients/Family]

A few days' journey away from the clans, nestled in a quiet area away from the bustle of Twolegplace, lies a peaceful public park.
The serene green space is surrounded by small apartment complexes, their buildings now scarred and blackened by recent fires.

The park however remains untouched, a haven with lush trees, flowering bushes, and natural gardens. A calm stream winds through the landscape, its gentle flow crossing under a small wooden bridge that adds to the park’s charm.

Beneath this bridge, in a cozy nook, lives the resident healer and his family. Displaced by the fire that destroyed their home not long ago, they’ve made shelter in the space, using blankets scavenged from Twolegs to keep warm and dry. The shelter is surprisingly spacious, able to accommodate more cats than its usual residents.


Nathaniel, the resident healer, has even dug out a small herb store, carefully tended to and heavily guarded.
As a former medicine cat, Nathaniel offers his healing freely to all who come in peace, often with the help of his daughter.

He asks for nothing in return, though he does appreciate any offerings to his herb store from those he has taught. Prey brought by those able to hunt is also welcome, though Nathaniel is more than capable of hunting for himself.

So welcome to the park, take a load off in the den nestled under the wooden bridge over the stream, and if you need help? Just ask.

She didnt get better. Stars it hurt like nothing else, like this constant stabbing pain in his chest that hit at random moments when he saw the new state of his daughters eyes but Snowdrop just didnt get better.

Nathaniel was good, very good, but even he had to admit defeat at some point, the damage done had been too much. Snowdrop was blind now and forever and there was no healing that. She just had to learn to live in a newer darker reality.


It was a mild winter day when Nathaniel cleared her to start learning to do.... well everything again, all wounds totally healed and the family well settled in to living in what was once only the clinic. Their twolegs hadnt returned to living in the newly rebuilding apartments after the fire, though had visited and been estatic to see the cats, leaving the group to stay in the park after refusing to be caught and put into their owners car to go with them. Nathaniel had grown to love his twolegs, but he still had standards after all.

So they'd remained here, comfortable in their warm den under the bridge, in the now snow blanketed park. The snowy park that Snowdrop was to learn in, released from the den under supervision from her father, who was now nosing out into the brisk air worriedly.


"Remember what I told you darling? Your nose, ears and whiskers are your biggest asset now. Listen for the noises, can you tell what direction the river is in? If the area is open by how noise echos?
What do you smell and what does that tell you about the area? Feel the ground with your whiskers for bumps you could trip on.
