So as many of you know, I'm just now starting to get back into the site after a couple of years away. Normally I'm pretty good at carving out my niche within the site and finding people to roleplay with. Maybe its my age, maybe its because I'm on winter break and foolishly thinking I have too much time to roleplay when its only temporary. However, I think that I have room to engage in more roleplays than I am currently! That is why I set up this everything finder for all my characters! I'll keep this updated to the best of my ability for each individual character as things happen.
Although you can find a link to my character profiles Here, I am currently on vacation on a travel laptop that does not have my wix password saved, meaning I can't edit them and they are a bit outdated. So instead, I'll give my best description for each of the characters as I cover them, as well as what I'm specifically looking to find for each character.
My main gal Junipersong means a whole lot to me and is the one I am most interested in developing and finding new relations and plots for. She was raised in Riverclan, but after some drama, left the clan to live a solitary life while she worked through some feelings. Now, she is back, always having been a clan cat at heart, rejoining and seeking to prove herself!
Junipersong is a Maine Coon, and a big one at that. This means she towers over most other cats, easily twice the size of any cat that isn't a Maine Coon themselves. She is covered in scars, and on first glance, she looks like a hulking brute that you wouldn't want to mess with. First impressions can rarely be trusted though, because she is also the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet! I designed her specifically with the intent of being a gentle giant. She is not perfect, though. She struggled with being edgy as an apprentice, and a core theme of her character is a famous quote from Paarthurnax in Skyrim "Which is better, to be born good, or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?"
Even though her "evil nature" is not quite as present anymore, she still has moments of weakness. Regarding other weaknesses, her size is not solely a boon. She is clumsy, struggling with any and all land hunting or stealth. She also is not great at fighting in a traditional sense, with teeth and claws. Not coordinated enough for precise attacks.
Instead, she uses her size as a strength where she can. With her constitution turned up to 11, one of her most defining traits is her lack of self preservation. She acts like an actual tank. She will jump in front of attacks to save others, preferring that she takes damage herself. In the past, she has straight up let a coyote maul her in order to buy time for someone else to get away. When she does actually need to fight, she resorts to concussive blows by bowling herself into enemies, using her whole body to deliver bludgeoning force! Her most effective method of hunting is by fighting crabs, letting them pinch her because then they remain stationary for her or someone else to finish them off. Being harmed is just part of daily life for her, and with her active purrks, she has the fortitude to withstand it and bounce back!
Personality wise, she is modeled to be somewhere in-between a mother-figure and a therapist. Warm, welcoming, patient, wise, soothing, and nurturing. She seems to have a boundless amount of love to share with the world around her. She cares for all others, imparts wisdom regularly, and listens actively to what others are saying.
I could write a dozen more paragraphs about her, but then we would be here all day, so I'll end it here.
For Junipersong, I'm looking for the following things:
Junipersong had a love interest a long time ago. She was very close with one of the old RC leaders, but alas, he died to the RC leader curse. His death is what made her leave Riverclan initially, and since then she has had 2 years to work over her feelings, and I think she is ready for something new.
Junipersong is pan, though leans a bit more towards the masculine side regarding her partner preference. She particularly likes big toms that can match her size, though it's not at all necessary.
This is going to sound horrible, but she is also a sucker for toxic relationships. Being someone who enjoys taking a beating and likes to work with others to help them improve themselves, she will absolutely fall head over heels for a cat that treats her like trash. This is not required though and might be a bit too heavy of a topic even for something like the warrior cats series. Even so, hot-headed cats work great with her, as she can act as a foil for them. Calming them down when they get riled up!
Alternatively, instead of being opposites in personality, I think it might be interesting to have a romantic interest that is opposite in body type and skills. Someone who is small, quick, and cunning. Someone who excels at land hunting and being nimble, but maybe is a bit vulnerable in combat due to being a frail target. Having a cat that she can form a perfect tag team with is a very interesting dynamic!
I'm mostly interested in having a romantic interest that is also from Riverclan, but if a cat checks enough boxes and you can make a good case/come up with a good plot for a cross-clan romance, I'd be down for it!
I would also love some close friends for Junipersong! Or even some friends in general! The requirements for this are a lot less strict. With gatherings, these could even be cats from other clans! Junipersong makes friends quite easily with her cheerful and positive demeanor. Anyone who wants some big mama energy in their life, feel free to apply! If you aren't from Riverclan, make sure to note in your application that this would be an encounter that happens at the next gathering!
Junipersong currently has no apprentice, having just rejoined the clan. I would be interested in finding her an apprentice, whether that be for a freshly made apprentice, or for an apprentice whose current mentor is largely inactive and would like a swap.
In addition to being a mentor, Junipersong is willing to train apprentices that are not her own! Though, she is only comfortable in training things that she feels confident in doing herself. The list of things she is willing to train for apprentices that are not her own is as follows: Water hunting, Basic battle training, Swimming (Basic and advanced), and Water Combat.
Junipersong has always wanted to be a queen, but being trans, has never had that opportunity. That being said, once she gains more trust within the clan, I would like for her to start helping out around the Nursery! I don't think she would ever be more than a helping hand, but if there are ever opportunities for her to do things with kits or give the queens in the nursery a break, she would be absolutely elated to lend a paw!
The last thing I'm interested in finding for Junipersong is some sort of big plot for her to get involved in! Whether this is an ongoing plot that needs another cat to keep it going, or something completely fresh that we come up with together, I'm entirely interested! I will probably only have time for one major plot per cat at a time, though. But smaller plots are also welcome!
Needlepaw is my spicy, arrogant, fiesty apprentice, currently on a path towards bullying and/or manipulating half of Shadowclan!
As a kit, Needlepaw had always been a bit arrogant and narcissistic. However, shortly after she was named an apprentice, Needlepaw's mother died. The last words her mother spoke to her were not of love, they were instructions, telling her to follow the warrior code. Needlepaw took it to heart, but not in the way her mother wanted. The lack of love and affection she had received in her life, the anger she felt towards the world for taking away the one person she cared about, it twisted her perception of the code and of clan life. She vowed to always follow the code, but with a twist. She would operate within the confines of the code to enact as much suffering and torment as she could.
Needlepaw is the embodiment of Lawful Evil. Currently, her plan is to stay an apprentice as long as possible. Why? There are several parts of the warrior code that specifically reference warriors, not apprentices. This means, if taken literally, she does not have to follow those rules in the code whatsoever. Its these same rules that she ignores that encourage warriors to do good, such as helping others in danger whenever its within reason.
So, she has put on a charade. She constantly asks for refreshers on training, to pretend like she isn't ready for her final test to become a warrior. This is also so that I, out of character, can reach the training requirements for her, as even though she was made as a senior apprentice, I still need to complete all the training requirements.
Whenever she finds a cat that she thinks she can harass and bully, whether that is because they are weak of will, unlikely to or bad at defending themselves, or someone that she can blackmail, she will do everything she can to torment them. Never crossing any lines that might get her reprimanded, like causing physical harm. But psychologically, there are no lines that she won't cross.
For Needlepaw, I'm looking for the following things:
Needlepaw always needs targets that she can pick on! Primarily, this would be other cats in Shadowclan, but I'm not opposed to picking on cats at the gatherings, either! Needlepaw is smart, however, your cat must have some visible or known weakness that she can psychologically exploit.
Its come up a few times amongst others OOC that they might want to make cats to form a posse of bullies in Shadowclan, and I absolutely love the idea! If your cat is a bit on the edgier side, or believes in the philosophy of "If you can't beat them, join them" and would prefer to avoid Needlepaw's ire by joining her, I think creating a group of menaces in the clan would be an awesome plot to pursue! Just know that Needlepaw will be the leader of such a group, so your cat would have to be fine with that.
Needlepaw needs training! As mentioned in her backstory, OOC I need to complete training roleplays with her, even though in-character she is already a highly trained and very competent apprentice. So don't be surprised when in-roleplay during training, she acts like she already knows everything! So far she has completed: Basic Stealth Training, Tour of the territory, basic hunting.

This will be pretty universal across all my characters that aren't already involved in a plot! Former Windclan, now Atari | He/Him (Male) | 13 moons | Apprentice(?) | Impostor Syndrome
Lightning was the first warriors OC I ever created. There have been a few iterations of him throughout the years. His earlier iterations had kinda poor writing and I cringe thinking about them, but I like to think he has become a more well-written character over time. His main premise revolves around his power card, granting him special lightning powers!
Lightning had always been destined to fail, he felt. He was the smallest and weakest amongst his litter, He struggled to stand out, barely had a voice, rarely spoke unless was spoken to, and largely felt invisible within his own home. Even when he became an apprentice, he couldn't keep up. Everyone began exceeding him in every way. He truly felt like he was no one, not worthy of the prey he ate to keep himself alive.
He hated this feeling, and wanted it to go away. He started training endlessly. He would train alone whenever his mentor wasn't available, practicing battle moves on inanimate targets until his body was broken, bleeding, aching. He would hunt for hours on end, desperate to catch something, anything, to provide. Often skipping sleep to keep at it, his body wearing away, everything hurt, and yet he persevered through the pain. Even then, he felt like he was falling behind.
One night, out late on his own, a thunderstorm stirred up. Still, he did not relent, intent to prove himself, he kept at his battle practice. As the wind tore against his pelt, the rain falling like icy daggers, nothing stopped him. Nothing, except a bolt of lightning. Striking him directly, he collapsed to the ground. Many would have thought him dead, but despite the paralyzing, agonizing spasms that consumed every fiber of his being, he forced himself up. His heart restarting, his body absorbing the electricity, as his powers were granted to him. Seeing it as a gift from starclan, a gift he wanted to prove worthy of.
When he concentrates, he can cause lightning to strike himself to activate his powers. Once activated, his pelt sparks with electricity, and his eyes glow. His speed more than doubles, granting him an incredible advantage, though not without a cost. He can only hold the state for so long before his heart begins aching, typically around 5 minutes. Once his powered up state ends, he becomes paralyzed for an equal amount of time to how long he was powered up for.
This boon catapulted him forwards in his capabilities. It was far easier to hunt, to battle, to run across the moor of Windclan like this. Even so, he could not shake that feeling in the back of his head. Why him? Why was he chosen? Surely, this gift would be better on any other cat. He could never shake that thought gnawing away at his mind. It alienated him, until eventually he couldn't handle it anymore. Leaving his clan, he would rather die alone as a coward, than live to squander the gift he was given.
For Lightning, I'm looking for the following things:
Lightning is currently in an interesting situation. After running away from his clan, he almost died out in the wilderness before finding Ares, leader of the Atari. After a conversation, Lightning joined up with the Atari and now has begun training as an initiate.
I'd really love opportunities for Lightning to interact with others, especially Atari who wouldn't mind giving him some training! This is open to pretty much anyone though, whether that be other initiates who just want to make friends, people around the Atari camp who want interactions or help with things, or even cats outside the Atari (So long as there is proper reason for you meeting Lightning on Atari territory).
Being my oldest character, Lightning's art is also the oldest. You can probably tell from his header alone. I DESPERATELY need more art of my boi! Most urgently, something that I can use as a new header, but I'm not opposed to other art of him as well! I can pay in KK or real life money, so if you are an artist who has some slots open for commissions, feel free to reach out!

Why you are interested/Think your character would be a good fit: first off, im applying stonepaw for a friend and cat to train! specifically battle training. hear me out. stonepaw already has plans for a cat to give her a battle lesson, but i think it'd be interesting for juniper to give her one too- and more training never hurts! why? you described junipersong as a tank without self preservation, and even though stonepaw is small and chronically tired, that's how i plan for her to fight as well! she basically just throws all her energy into attacking, aggressively beats up her opponent, and then collapses. i assume juniper wouldn't exactly teach someone to be so rough with their body, so she probably wouldn't be encouraging it, im just amused they just have similar fighting styles. and hear me out, sparring. junipersong is a big cat. stonepaw hasn't even hit her growth spurt yet, she's apprentice sized. junipersong probably is just sparring with her as a lighthearted attempt for stonepaw to practice some moves, since im guessing she's also mindful of their experience/size difference, but stonepaw doesn't realize she's not meant to try. so she actually throws her whole self into it. if she gets frustrated enough with herself, since she'll likely feel inadequate because fighting is hard for her, she could even use her "hulk smash" purrk...
anyways. with the way you described junipersong, she does seem really sweet, and stonepaw basically stops functioning whenever a cat is nice to her. she's not used to it! so it'd be fun to see how they interact in that regard too.

As for the idea, do you think Sootpaw could follow another cat who is leading him in a group of shadowclan apprentices? Even if Sootpaw isn't the bullying type himself, maybe he would be okay sticking with Needlepaw and basically just supporting her as she harasses others? Because if he wouldn't be an easy target for bullying himself, I doubt Needlepaw would go for that. I would love to see an interaction between the two of them, though!

Second, I would absolutely love to do some training, in that case! I would like to note a distinction between how Junipersong fights and how you want Stonepaw to fight. When I call Junipersong a tank, I mean it in the sense that she is more focused on absorbing attacks as opposed to dealing them. When she does attack, its more about disruption than damage. With the way you describe it, Stonepaw sounds more like a berserker archetype. Now, there is a common theme there, being the lack of self preservation. The only difference is that Junipersong is defense focused, whereas Stonepaw would be offense focused.
Junipersong definitely wouldn't encourage that style of fighting to an apprentice though. I think it would be really fun for the two to interact, and I love your idea of Stonepaw going all out during training! Junipersong would never flat out admit it because she would sound crazy, but she really doesnt mind if someone wants to actually try and hurt her during battle training. Especially coming from an apprentice, she should be able to shrug it off with all her defensive purrks!
I'm curious what your "Hulk Smash" purrk is, though! Is it a custom one? I don't see it anywhere in the shop!

Oooooh, I actually quite like that idea! Riverclan has a gossip column, where cats can anonymously (or not so anonymously) spread gossip, whether truthful or not, about their fellow clanmates. It doesn't have to be that exactly, but I'd love having some sort of place that Needlepaw can go to in order to pick up dirt on her clanmates to use against them!
