Dawnstar started as soon as she arrived, and Bumblestar had never felt and likely would never feel more grateful for the ShadowClan leader than she was right now. She was tired and growing increasingly agitated the longer she had to sit here. She hardly even paid any attention, ears only flipping up in interest with the announcement of Rookfire's demotion. That seemed short-lived; hadn't he just been announced as Mossfreckle's apprentice?

Whatever. As long as it didn't bother her, she didn't really care. She rolled over onto her back as Stormstar began her own announcements. Exiles were really the only thing to take note of... at least, until Larkwing's name was brought up. Bumblestar rolled back over, eyes narrowed and upper lip already lifting in response to the look sent her way.

"Sounds to me like the 'paw was left well enough alone," she snapped. "And we’ve got every right to drive out RiverClan warriors on our territory as we see fit. You’re lucky she wasn’t killed, given the crap she pulled with us when she was in your spot. Far as I'm concerned, that's mercy." Hell, right now she'd give anything to see Larkwing's guts staining the snow that would soon blanket the forest. "You wanna gripe at me about patience? Save it for when it's actually an apprentice who gets hurt. We'll continue breakin' the legs of idiot fish who push their luck by steppin' over boundaries they should already know to avoid." And maybe the next trespasser or two would end up in the river with their throat slit - a proper welcome home gift for RiverClan's newest leader.

With a growl, Bumblestar stood to her paws and moved to the front of the stones. "ThunderClan is strong," she barked. "Prey runs well. Fireflypaw, Wasppaw, Beetlepaw, Mintpaw, 'n Butterflypaw have all begun their training, 'n they're shaping up already into fine warriors. Larkswoop had a litter of four kits, 'n then was exiled for strikin' one of 'em. You happen across her on your border, I'd recommend drivin' her off; she's not worth your time."

For a brief moment, she considered announcing Spring's return, and in accordance, her betrayal. She decided not to - she'd do that at the next Gathering once everything was said and done with that whole mess. "That's all from ThunderClan."
