Before Hawkbite could reply to the warrior he could now put a name on, a shrill interrupted the Gathering. Green eyes shifted towards a miniature Spiderthroat up by the deputies. The cat that nearly killed him seemed to have his paws filled with children now. His would follow the voice of Bumblestar and then to Dawnstar before looking back at Spiderthroat. Was everyone popping babies out these days?! Come to think of it, Twilightstar was even looking a little round. Say it wasn't so!
The Commanders ears pinned back breifly before he looked back at Floodsight. Apparently RiverClan was the more composed of the group today. Wild. "Prey's been fine. Apparently it's been fine everywhere with the amount of babies that seemed to have appeared in the clans," Hawkbite could only make the assumption based on Spiderthroat's kin, Dawnstar's -- even though the other clans didn't know about them -- and now Twilightstar seemed to be growing in size. "Think Bumblestar is going to pop out kittens next?" Hawkbite snorted at the thought.

In an instance, small furball had manage to squeak their way towards the Seastone. She couldn't see them very well, but there seemed to be at least two dancing about in the sand, trying desperately to get on top to...Spiderthroat? Wow, Floodsight didn't know he had it in him. Normally in camp, she would be in awe by the excited little ones, but today? At the Gathering? Outside the camp where they should not be? That made her cringe slightly at the mess ThunderClan was bringing. "What I think? I think they need to reevaluate their camp security if the kits can manage to sneak out."
She'd shook her head with slight disappointment before turning to Hawkbite. "I supposed sooner better than later. Leaf-bare is coming, and there's no saying how it'll treat the clans this year."

She looked Whisperinghive right in the eyes and said briskly, ”Seems my f-friend needs me.” and she walked towards a cat she had never interacted with before. “Hello.” she said meekly, trying to use her eyes to tell the cat to act like they were actually friends and they should be having a conversation and it wasn’t just how Red had escaped from a hostile WindClan tom.

Mintpaw bounced through the sea of cats, her fluffy pointed fur bouncing along with her feet and her excitement. She scanned the crowd hopefully, looking for a cat to anno—talk to. Ooh! She spotted the medicine cats chatting farther along and sped up. Mintpaw had always wondered what medicine cats were like. She’d never talked to Mossfreckle before. She though it might be fun to chat with the medicine cats!
Wasn’t there a few medicine cats her age? Maybe she could make some FRIENDS!!! The thought amplified her excitement even more. Ooh! WHAT IF I surprised them? That might be fun! her stomach churned. Or would they get mad, and would Mossfreckle scold me? she expected nothing less. She was no stranger to getting scolded. Can’t be that bad of an idea.
Mintpaw sneaked around behind the medicine cats, sneaking…sneaking… she could trick their eyes! Thank StarClan she’d been practicing, or she might get caught. When she had herself in an acceptable position, Mintpaw lowered herself to the ground—here I go!—and popped out into the medicine cats’ midst, shouting ”SURPRISE!” at the top of her tiny lungs.

Cloudsong sniffed. "Cloudsong." He muttered and frowned. "Shadowclan, right?" He asked, deciding to test the apprentice's manners. If they said he was stinky, Cloudsong would just leave. If they said he was Riverclan, Cloudsong will stay. Cloudsong was like that. Grumpy, rude, and always testing cats.
Nightpaw listened as the RiverClan elder said that his name was Cloudsong before asking Nightpaw if he was a ShadowClan cat. Nightpaw nodded his head in affirmation. "Yep, I'm from ShadowClan." He sniffed the air, the various scents made it a little difficult, but he tried to focus. "Are you…RiverClan…?" He was pretty sure Cloudsong was from RiverClan, but given how he'd never met a RiverClan cat before this, he just wanted to be sure.

Snakepaw was clearly amused by Brokenstream's immediate shock at her reveal. So right away she worked out that Brokenstream must know her brother then, and Duskleaf must’ve never told him about her. When the Lionheart did speak again, he confirmed what Snakepaw had been thinking, he was friends with Duskleaf. "I hope you aren't as disrespectful to him as you are to me." Once again, Snakepaw was doing it for the drama. She didn’t actually have anything against Brokenstream personally, he was just a somewhat familiar RiverClan cat she could annoy.
Once again he sounded more hostile as he told Snakepaw to tell him if she wanted him to say something to Duskleaf, otherwise leave. "Ehh no, I think I’ll stay right here." She said, getting comfortable where she was sitting. "Do tell him I wish him well though, heard he was sick so I just want him to know I'm not still angry at him for the last gathering." Then something else crossed her mind. "Oh, and before I forget…is our father, Reedclaw, still alive? I haven’t seen him in moons now, he didn’t show up at the border when we agreed and he didn’t show up at the gathering after. If you know anything, please do tell me. Otherwise, could ye ask Duskleaf for me?" By now, she was pretty sure Reedclaw was in StarClan, but if there was any hope at all that he was still alive, maybe even with RiverClan and just under watch to keep him away from the borders, then she wanted to know.
Then one of the two apprentices Brokenstream was with suddenly padded up to Snakepaw. Then declared that she…smelled like him? Albeit musky. Was that meant to be a compliment or an insult? Maybe even just a statement? Hm, more cats must know Duskleaf than she originally believed. Ah, this was Duskleaf’s apprentice sitting in front of her, obviously here with Brokenstream because Duskleaf probably trusted him as a friend since he was too ill to attend. "Secretly nice?" She repeated Riftpaw's question. "Hmm…well, I'm nice to cats who deserve it. I wouldn't say I'm a bad cat, just I treat cats exactly how they deserve. If they’re nice, then I'll be nice. If they’re not, then I'll treat them like the dung they are." Snakepaw didn’t see anything wrong with that, seemed pretty fair to her.

"We..." Bouncepaw wasn't experienced in lying, and as he hears the warriors about the fox, his eyes are unable to meet Wavebreaker's. They dart around nervously."We were lucky." He meows, "And don't worry, Bluestrike, I'm all better now. Good as new, thanks to Lightningstorm."
Bouncepaw only raises his eyes from the floor after the conversation is interrupted. He's not mad, on the contrary, he's thankful for the change of topic. Finally. Bouncepaw looks curiously at the sweet new apprentice who had just entered the fray. Another Riverclanner?
"Hello." He meows politely, "Nice to meet you. I'm Bouncepaw. You're Wavebreaker's daughter?" The last sentence is phrased as a question, not a statement. Bouncepaw lets it hang in the air for a few moments.
Burnedpaw was actually surprised that Wavebreaker had heard of his mentor and his mentor's mate, but he only showed this surprise with a blink. "He's around here somewhere." He answered, waving his tail around him to indicate the Gathering. He was about to say more, when yet another apprentice literally came crashing into the mix. He glanced at Bouncepaw and Cricketpaw, this was becoming a party now wasn't it?
Kitepaw was relieved her father acknowledged her warmly, and she didn't care if he embarrassed her. "H-Hey!" She protested when wrapped his forearm around and ruffled the fur on her head. But even as she protested, she was purring with delight. She loved little moments with her father like this, made her forget about how her family was falling apart. "I'm sorry, Papa." She mumbled timidly, but she made no attempt to leave the rock her father was perched on.
She only then noticed the rather large crowd her father was hanging out with, and felt an entirely new level of flustered. Kitepaw rushed herself down from the rock, fumbling and flailing as she landed in front of her father. She most likely kicked her father once or twice on the way down. "H-Hi everyone. M-My name is Kitepaw." She figured introducing herself was the least she could do right now. She nodded at Bouncepaw's question. "Y-Yes, I am."
Oh dear. Rainpaw hadn't meant to cause a misunderstanding. She shuffled her paws uneasily, shaking her head when Slugpaw asked if they were hurt. "N-No we're not physically hurt per say..." There was no tactful way to explain this anymore was there? "You've heard about...what happened between the clans right? Why RiverClan has been gone?" She didn't want to use words that made it sound like she was assigning blame. That would cause trouble, and at a Gathering that would be really bad.
She was relieved when Slugpaw said she wasn't upset. "Thank you." She purred. "I'm sorry if I got too serious there." She mewed bashfully, her tail waving to show her embarrassment. She then turned to Salamanderpaw and Shellpaw, her eyes pleading. Please...please don't be upset with me!

Willowtail of Riverclan is Tier 3 Beefed Up and Agatha Kitty ! Both active<3
A tall she-cat stood alone at the edge of the gathering. The massive meeting of cats was a bit noisy and chaotic for her liking, but tonight she had come along out of obligation as a mother. Her ears flicked with the sounds of many voices around her, but her green gaze stayed darting between two young cats within the crowd. Daffodilpaw had unsurprisingly taken off the moment the clan arrived. It seemed the young she-cat had already found someone equally as excited to be there. Gorseflower smiled to herself.
Bouncepaw had taken a bit longer than his sister to make himself comfortable, but the young tom eventually found a few other cats and seemed to be enjoying himself despite his initial anxiety.
Despite the yellow she-cat's serious demeanor, Gorseflower was bursting with both pride and relief. She remembered being an apprentice and how chaotic and loud her first gathering was. She remembered wanting to stand at the sidelines alone the whole time. It would be easy enough for someone to keep to themselves if they wanted to. Daffodil would never do that, but part of her worried for her son. He was always the more introverted one, but he was also sensible. She knew he wouldn't waste his first gathering being too scared to join in.
It was odd, watching her kits grow up so fast. Seeing them reach milestones made part of Gorseflower revert into a doting mother, hovering over her kits and never letting them out of her sight. But watching them grow into young warriors was so much more rewarding!
Content that she didn't have to watch her kits so closely, Gorseflower's body relaxed a bit, finally. Her skinny tail wrapped neatly around her paws as her emerald eyes watched the large crowd.

"Then I'll be sure to keep that in mind." And that was that. Mountaintalon observed her out of the corner of his eye with a half smile tugging at his mouth. She was open to it, she was into him - he could find a way to use this.
He shifted to drape his tail over her back as he shifted his attention up to the stones again. "I wonder if those kits will even cooperate. It makes all of us look bad when things like this happen."
