Fallenkit yawned, exiting the nursery. What a day it had been! The sun beat down on her snowy, white pelt. She flopped down from a rock, staggering to find her balance. When she did, she looked up. Maplekit was there! Fallenkit pasted on a lopsided grin, her blue and green eyes both shining.

Fallenkit trotted over to the prey pile, coming back with a juicy mouse. Hiya! She purred, lying down next to her and placing the mouse gently between them.

Fallenkit nodded. I can even see my warrior name! Fallenfalls! She joked, taking a small bite from the mouse.

"Ha!" She mewed playfully. She took a tiny bite of the mouse. " I wonder what my warrior name would be." She swished her tail side by side while looking at the scenery around them. @Crown_Sage

Fallenkit gazed at Maplekit thoughtfully. Maybe...hmmm. Her two different colored eyes glanced across the clearing. Mapleleaf! Fallenkit exclaimed, looking at a leaf pile.

Vinepaw stretched his front paws and tried to appear more at ease, though a hint of strain lingered in his posture. “It’s really great to hear that you’re getting along well with Dapplebreeze,” he said, his voice warming up a bit. “Getting used to a new mentor can be challenging”

He glanced around the camp, then back at Birchpaw. “If you ever feel like training together or just hanging out, I’d be more than happy to join you. Sometimes it helps to have a bit of company, and I could use a distraction myself. We could catch up on things or just talk. Anything to take my mind off of stuff.”

Maggotkit blows an absent-minded raspberry, imagining what it must be like to have a tongue, but to not have it work. That means you can't taste blood or grass, and Maggotkit likes tasting grass when it finds some to chew on. Even if it always ends up getting sick after.

"How do you hunt and fight? Can you fight someone right now??" Maggotkit presses, raising a paw as if it's about to swing at Houndhop and thus declare that it will be the one to fight him...and then evidently thinking better of it. Maggotkit doesn't really care for fighting or for hunting, but since Houndhop is its new little fixation, it wants to know everything about him. He's like a story-hero, basically, and that's Maggotkit's jam.
