Feeling her mother's tail wrapped around her affectionately, Lightningkit's purring renewed, a cheerful, closed eyed smile gracing her young features. So, perhaps her mother had been worried, but if she could help with just her presence to make her day better, she would gladly do so. No one was going to make Gingerheart suffer throughout the day! Much less mouse brained toms who couldn't stick around for family. Good riddance, as far as she was concerned. Unless they returned. Then she would give them an earful of a reprimand so they knew how badly they had messed up before welcoming them with open paws. Except for him. He could stay lost for all she cared.
At the mention of her not being in the nest and the potential for Lightningkit to have been scared, the calico's cheeks puffed up defiantly but she did not respond. Mostly because it had been true and she had gotten scared. She would be surprised if the nightmares hadn't started the second her mother had left their nest. But she didn't have to go ahead and say it! Instead she settled for playfully sticking out her tongue at the russet queen. Much as she tried, Lightningkit had never been able to stay angry with her mother. How could you be angry at someone who was obviously only lovingly worried?
Gingerheart's agreement with her original idea instantly perking up her large ears, the abyssinian mix's eyes gleamed with the potential for a new adventure. Going out into the moors. On leaf-bare! It sounded like something new would be lurking on every corner... not like she had been out before, but you know... leaf-bare! Her dreams were quickly crushed, however, as her mother tore down that particular suggestion, her hopeful gaze quickly turning into a deadpanned expression. Oh she did love her mother dearly, but surely there was some room for... flexibility as far as the rules went. Certainly yes, she couldn't go out alone, but maybe if she went out with a certain yellow eyed queen on a very, very important retrieval quest. Not a patrol of course, she wasn't an apprentice, but...
"Awww, come on momma! I'm four moons old! I'm going to be an apprentice soon. Can't I get a quick peek out at the moors? It won't be two rabbit hops away from the entrance! Yeah... not even three fox lengths away! No?" an attempt at an earnest, innocent smile followed these words as she tried to convince her Gingerheart to change her mind. Surely it would be fine if they didn't go any further than the Training Moors, right?

The large calico looked into space as she hummed to herself. Then appeared another friendly giant, though smaller of a few mouse-tails below Lavenderrock. The medicine cat soon stomped on the ground. The calico stomped back as if they were friends using a secret code for enormous cats. She waved her long fluffy tail back. “‘Sup, dude! What chu need?”
Lavenderrock padded after Cowpaw, spotting Glowpaw. She greeted the short apprentice with a wide toothy smile. Her lips curled back as the warrior listened to Cowpaw. “Mushrooms…in caves…in snows…Glowie bad…Got it! Let’s go Glowpaw!” And there she goes, stomping with her four big limbs out into the windy outside of the camp.

During most or few roleplays, I will do a flashback that was conjured in my characters' thoughts. Please do not respond to the flashback unless you have the power to read minds or smth.
Flutteringkit was not going to lie. Everything was getting on her nerves, and all the little she-kit could do was sit there with a foul expression on her otherwise pretty face as her mood soured even more and more. She didn't WANT to learn about herbs! Or, at least, her mind didn't want to learn about these dumb little insignificant green stuff, but as Cowpaw went on, droning about herbs, Flutteringkit couldn't control the way her body unconsciously leaned towards the items he'd brought out, even exceeding to the point that a single of her paws lifted as if to reach for the poppy flower and its seeds, before she'd jerked back again, yellow eyes blazing with anger. Her anger wasn't justified, perhaps not to the naked eye, and sometimes even Flutteringkit did not understand why she was so angry, but she felt it nonetheless. Constantly felt the heat of rage burn behind her eyes, constantly felt the blazing fire of black rage dwelling in her heart.
And just out of spite, to truly show Cowpaw she didn't care for his lesson, because that was originally what she had been here to do but she'd gotten distracted by.. learning (who had known learning was... something so new?), Flutteringkit lowered herself to the earth and curled up into a tight ball right there, shutting her golden hues to the world. Cowpaw could go on talking about his dumb plants. All Flutteringkit had to do was pretend not to listen, because she had come here to ruin someone's day, after all. Why should she be the only one to suffer? It wasn't fair!

AppleStream padded into windclan territory. She had been gone quite a while but that was only because she had gotten kidnapped by twolegs who had dogs. Luckily, she was able to get away without any extreme injuries. Just a couple for scratches and some minor scars. "Hello?" She called.

Violetcloud was sleeping, then she woke up in a wincing strike of pain. She rolled up on her shoulder and yowled again. She tried her best to crawl into the medicine den, but she stopped mid-way. She felt as if she was dying. Her breathing was heavy. She closed her eyes and had her first kit. (Stormkit) She quickly licked The kit (Stormkit) before having her second kit, (Creaturekit). She was now calm knowing what was happening, and not some fox was tearing up her insides. Then she had her final kit. (Willowkit)
She licked them all. Smiling at her little bundles of joy.
**Creaturekit**
Cold. Cold. Bright. Cold. Something tightened inside of the small kit, everything tightened within him. What was this sensation? Everything was so new and open, far away. And then familiarity. The scent was warm against the freezing chill nipping at his pelt. Mom. It couldn’t be anything else, it was all he knew and the familiarity seemed to loosen whatever had gripped his insides. He worked on unsteady, unfamiliar limbs as he instinctively struggled toward mom. Bundles got in his way, flailing limbs, now familiar as they poked and kicked him, tangled him on his journey. His siblings. The scent of mom through the pressing bodies of his siblings, everything was growing so much more comforting. He searched the pelt of mom, urged on by the scent of milk until he was able to latch on. The warmth spread through him and he calmed. The largeness of the world outside of him no longer felt so dark and imposing. His world narrowed back to what he knew and the calmness settled his clenching nerves.

Tinykit lifted his head from the spot where he sat by the nursery entrance. the loss of two fine cats was a terrible thing "Starclan please guide those two as they travel to you to be among the stars. The Tomkit fliccked his ears at the apprentices howl of grief "oh scalepaw... She was your Mother and a sweet she-cat, i'm sure she'll be looking out for you among the stars, helping you along your path in life. do not forget, No matter where the two of you are... your hearts will be forever linked by your bond, and with that link she'll always be apart of you. remember the good times as well, all the little things that she did that were special for you, and the big things as well. may starclan give you comfort in your grief"

Then turning his icy blue foggy eyes towards the sounds of the clan as the meeting dismissed.
Violetcloud was licking all her kits. Keeping them close and warm away from the cold and snow. She wrapped her tail around them. "I guess i should name you guys." She mumbled. She looked at the biggest kit, (The first one, Stormkit) " My biggest tom, I'll name you Stormkit. " She changed her gaze to another kit. "You, my lovely She cat, Willowkit" Then finally, she looked at
the last kit. "And you my dear must be Creaturekit" She looked at all of her Wonderfully named kits. She gently licked each one of them. "You will all grow up to be great warriors or medicine cats or rouges or whatever you want to be!"[/SIZE][/COLOR][/FONT]
