If Primroseadder were to be frank, she was getting tired of sitting in the nursery day after day. She wanted to get back to her warrior duties, to stretch her legs. But she couldn’t do that until her kits were apprenticed.
Did the queen regret having them? StarClan, no! But it was tiring, handling four (Stormkit went missing) kits all day every day.

Mosslight bounced into the nursery, hopping over scuffling and playing kits. She looked up, skidding to a halt near Primroseadder. Even though it had been moons since her warrior ceremony, she still had the old energy she had as an apprentice, and it seemed almost like nothing had changed.
"Hi!" she said happily, sitting down with a soft 'plump'.

Primroseadder looked up when the sound of a soft, familiar voice caught in her ears. The queen looked up to see her former apprentice—Mosslight—looking at her through he own green eyes.
“Mosslight! What a delightful surprise,” Primroseadder exclaimed, lifting her tail. “Come here ‘n talk ta me.”

Mosslight scooched closer, a big smile on her face. She hadn't visited Prim in a while- she had been so busy with her warrior duties!!
