Hickorysmoke was feeling far better. Good enough to hose an event. He had wanted to do this for a while, but the entire problem with the otters was just proof that Thunderclan needed more experience. More ways to battle. So what did Hickorysmoke want to do? He wanted to tecah how to do extensive battle training. Fighting from the trees, from the water, from what felt like the air itself. That's what they should do.

The brown ombre tom leapt up onto a large rock, the large, lean tom's long tail flicked.

"All warriors and apprentices! Predator and Advanced Combat! We'll be sparring, swimming and learning how to Ambush from the trees! Apprentices, this will count as training!" He called out, ears perked.

Hornetpaw's ears flickered, as a cat made an announcement. Predator and advanced combat, huh? With that, she could be as cool as Dad. Bring it! She sauntered over, then sat with her tail neatly curled round her paws. This would be interesting. She did wonder is any of the other apprentices were especially skilled. If she noticed someone acting super cool, she'd be sure to befriend them.

At Hickorysmoke’s call, Silverleopard found her white-tipped paws carrying her over to him.

“Want some help?” The bengal called up to him, her ice-blue eyes glittering. “I don’t mind. You’re going to need more than one chaperone, you know. You can’t do it all yourself.”

His wounds were what she was referring to. Hickorysmoke had been injured in the fight with the otters, and since he was planning an event—a battle event, at that, which could potentially reopen his wounds if he jostled around too much (every warrior knew this)—Silverleopard figured to offer him some help.

The large, ombre tom's sharp gaze turned towards Silverleopard, a small smile forming at the thought of her being here, which was quickly pushed far, far down. "I'd appreciate the help actually, it's been a bit since the wounds healed but I'd rather not take too many chances yaknow?" he nodded, ear flicking as he dipped his head gratefully to the elegant molly. Stars above she always was beautiful.

Nope! Hickory get that thought outta here you crazy tom! He thought to himself, returning to waiting for more members of thunderclan.

Curled ears twitching, Silverleopard settled down at Hickorysmoke’s side and wrapped her tail neatly around her paws.

“Yeah. The last thing ThunderClan needs is their warriors reopening their wounds,” she commented quietly, giving the brown tom’s shoulder a gentle head-butt. “And I’m sure that Treetiger and Dragonflypaw wouldn’t be too happy.”

Neither would Spiderstar or Flintclaw, Silverleopard thought. Her eyes narrowed down to slits.
