~~~ she managed to escape the nursery, but getting to the medicine cat den was no easy task, she kept her nose to the ground as she tried to find her old- now stale scent, she followed it into a wall- "ow-" she huffed and tried to find a non wall- only running into another and another and- she got into the den "berryshine?" she called out and then proceeded to trip over her own paws and over onto...something soft- probably a nest...with sick cat germs- ewww. she backed up and just went still- no more walking- dear starclan- she cant keep up the wall bumping. ~~~

Berryshine had been cleaning around the den when a little, squeaky voice followed by a bump reached her ears. Turning around, her eyes widened a bit to see Frostkit stumbling around, almost aimlessly; the poor thing was still getting used to navigating life without sight, she knew.

"O-Oh, dear... be careful, young one," she meowed softly, hurrying over to help Frostkit sit up and settle down. "Are you hurt f-from that fall? Please, sit down and rest a moment... w-what can I do for you?" The medicine cat spoke and acted gently, sounding concerned; it wasn't often that kits ventured from the nursery, and much less into the medicine den. Her den was often too full of weird smells and sick cats to appeal to the younger generation. Had Frostkit stumbled into here in need of help, or something else?

~~~ she huffs, ears angling to hear where berryshine is...by voice that is. "no, not h-hurt..." she meowed, lifting her paws to feel them. "are paws always so big...?" she asked after a moment...did she have big paws? "oh- sorry...I uh...I came by cuz I wanted to talk...bout something..." she sniffed the air "and maybe smell the t-tangy scent..its nice.." she wondered if warriors could learn herbs too... ~~~

Berryshine's gaze was soft as she looked down at the little kit, wondering if her paws were too big for her legs. She shook her head, gently touching her tail to Frostkit's shoulder. "O-Oh, no, dear... but y-you're growing up and into them, yeah? S-Soon your paws will be just the right size," she mused with a little smile.

Oh, she wanted to talk about something? Berryshine nodded, watching the blind kit sniff the pungent air; the array of sharp, new scents of split herbs could be overwhelming for newcomers. But Frostkit didn't seem to mind it as much as the average cat.

"O-Of course... always happy to have a visitor," the medicine cat purred. That much was true — as long as she wasn't slammed with patients, of course. "What is it you'd like t-to talk about, Frostkit? Oh, and... y-you're welcome to sniff all you like," she added with a chuckle.

~~~ her nose twitched "thats good..i wanna walk right and stop falling over...its embarrassing" she gently huffed as she hummed. "oh- i wanted to know...if a there was a...uhm...rank that isnt a warrior...i dont wanna be a warrior but i also know i cant be a medicine cat...i wanna stay in camp..and help...someway." she sighed...was that even a thing? ~~~
