Yes, Fleapaw was being annoying. Was that anything new? He was carving attention and was going to bother his old man! So she stalked after his father the best to his abilities and did what he usually did to other, jumped and bit their tails. Not any destroy your tail bite but playful, you can feel the teeth but if you cry you are just being a baby brat, sorta 'bite'.

Of course this was all in an attempt, it wasn't like he was really trained in all of this, other than the other time he attacked his dad, and that other other time he attacked his dad! "The elders den is calling for you dad!" He would squeak out like a brat whether or not he actually landed a tail attack.

@Starfall not sure if that one fightspider throat event would count for battle training as I did only two posts lol

The calico did nothing more than twitch his ear as he felt little teeth clamp down on his tail. The most the apprentice was getting was nothing more than fluff, anyways. Barely even able to graze skin.

Nonchalantly he turned to look over his shoulder. Brows quirking at Fleapaw's statement. Yeah. Geeze. He was getting old, wasn't he? Heart still stuttering at the word 'dad'. Before it felt wrong. Like someone was attempting to get his attention, by calling him the wrong name.

It's something he instinctively turned his head towards. Maybe it was the sickness outbreak. Or maybe he truly was just going soft hearted. But when the title was yelled aloud, he absolutely expected one of those brats to be behind it.

Spiderthroat's shoulders sagged, and he looked out towards in front once more. "Maybe it is time I retire." he said in an emotionless voice. A jab. An attempt. He could play those games too.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.................oooooooo......." Fleapaw screamed as loudly as he could, looking as if his little heart was stabbed. Words had consequences???? Impossible. Also his throat was going to hurt again in the next few moments but the kid seemed to hardly learn to not shout.

"I'm kidding dad, you are super cool awesome wow!" He then paused as he tried to think of what else to say to try and make up for his transgressions but fell short. Oh well! Maybe dad was playing game too come to think about it. Oh silly is he! "Before you go retire, can you take me to see the borders, and then uh, other training!" He purred in excitement thinking about all that he could do.
