Why Should This Character Be Featured?: Oh my goodness I
love Squirrel. She's such a joy to read, with her happy but rather complicated outlook on life, and depth of feelings. She's got a real vibe about her, one you can't help being attracted to, and I love the way she easily wins over almost any heart. Squirrelpaw has Bipolar Disorder, and though the two changes are subtle, they're there, and Sage writes them so beautifully. Everything about her is natural, even the way her mentality ages with her character, and this is captured in every post made with this joy.
She's such a silly, with big dramatic phases, and some really in-depth moments, where you can really see behind the sort of mask that she wears. Her feelings are actually surprisingly deep, and Sage writes this out so amazingly, it seems totally natural. Like I said before about her Bipolar Disorder, the way it's written is so subtle, so natural, and it really keeps me -and my character, her mentor!- on our toes. I look forward to reading every post written with this darling of an apprentice, and I couldn't see her written anymore naturally than she is now. I would love to see Squirrelpaw get Character Of The Month, I really think she deserves it. <3
