"I- no it's, um, it's alright," Leafmist murmured, flustered. No tom had ever really given her any special attention or shown any interest, and now that one had she wasn't quite sure how she felt. Intrigued, yes, and willing to see where it went, even though her and Wolffur hadn't really talked much before. But did she like him too? She wasn't sure. Perhaps... but I don't really know much about him... "I, er, just..." She trailed off awkwardly. "Why?" She suddenly blurted out, her fur heating up more.
"I.. I..." He was not too sure what to say, "Well... I feel like.... You are more beautiful then.... this creek.... I also think you are very nice.... You seem to care a lot.." He looked back at her, his eyes shining.

HwangHarin
December 10th, 2016, 07:39 PM
" I don't know." She said honestly. " I would love to be a medicine cat apprentice, but I never will become one..." She said wanting to cry, but held it back.

( I wanted to cry..)
Songkit placed her tail on Limekit's shoulder,"Maybe you will be. I mean not because you're blind. You seem like a nice cat. Even if you don't become a medicine cat apprentice you can learn how to hunt and climb like any other cat. Maybe even better than any cat!"

"Well, when you asked her what she wants to be...She knows she can't be a medicine cat apprentice, but she wants to be, she don't want to be a normal apprentice, because she don't like fighting." He said

Bram246
December 10th, 2016, 08:30 PM
Songkit twitched her ear,"Okay but medicine cats learn to right? She needs to defend herself. Even if she becomes the medicine cat apprentice she'll need to learn."

HwangHarin
December 10th, 2016, 08:51 PM
" She knows that, but she don't like how warriors fight, she don't like to cause problems, she likes to solve them. "He said

Bram246
December 10th, 2016, 08:57 PM
"So she rather talk than fight.", Songkit sighed,"Sorry to sound blunt but I hope that doesn't get her killed. Not every cat can be won by words.",she turned to the hole,"I'll help you both if I can or if you want me to help."

Auroraflame padded through the SkyClan territory. She thought she had seen Ebonypaw walk out here earlier and decided to see if she could find her. She had been asked by Grousestar to ask if she was going to come along on the journey. And it would be a great 'excuse', to just have a chat with the Medicine Cat. Auroraflame looked around, her icy hues scanning the territory but she couldn't sight the she cat anywhere. She opened her mouth, tasting the air. The light breeze blew her way so she could taste some scents. Auroraflame could taste the faint scents of Sagewhisker and Mapledash, from their recent encounters in the territory and she could also taste a fresher scent. One that belonged to a SkyClan cat. The deputy couldn't clarify the scent but she could tell it was a SkyClan cat of some sort.

Ebonypaw was currently perched on a low-growing branch of one of the shorter trees a short distance from the entrance to the Skyclan camp, enjoying the odd pattern of the fallen leaves and snow on the ground and on the branches of the tree that she was in. Pale on dark, a bit like the colors of her own fur, except that she thought of herself as slightly more... Organised in pattern than the dead leaves and frozen rain. On that note of thought the eight moon old apprentice lifted her paw and began to run her rough tongue along the short black fur of her paw to remove the clumps of white snow and frost that had become lodged between her toes and in his fur. She had never seen snow before, having been born in newleaf herself when the snow had left the ground and sky, but she had already made up her mind that she definitely loved the taste of snow. It was cool and sharp, tasteless like water but different in a way that she was still trying to explain to herself.

Auroraflame looked from left to right and down. She didn't really think of looking up as the thought never really crossed her mind that Ebonypaw might be perched up in a tree. While she was busy looking down she couldnt see that she was about to crash into a tree. And then she crashed into it. Since she had been walking at such a fast pace she had hit the tree a little hard. She looked up and saw the tree, a small look of annoyance crossed her face but it quickly flew away. The pure black she cat suddenly noticed a cat sitting in the tree. Ebonypaw. "Oh there you are!", Auroraflame exclaimed, quickly dipping her head in greeting. Too bad I had to find her the hard way, Auroraflame thought. "Grousestar wanted me to ask you if you were coming on the journey with us!", Auroraflame said rather excitedly. She realised she sounded a bit like a little kit about to go on an 'adventure'. But she was quite excited about the upcoming journey.

An young tom with black legs, tail, and face, with blue eyes, was walking to catch some prey, but, he found the scents of some cats, he found the Skyclan territory, the tom was near of the bushes, he looked confused for a moment, decided to walk a little more, then, he lay down and watched the other cats, while he was still close of the bushes, but he was visible, feeling the wind, he felt a bit sleepy, the tom yanwned, but stayed wakeful.

The tabby she cat stopped and looked around "Yeah that and we've got a few more mouths to feed, tho I've got to be honest I love leaf-bare, to me it's the most beautiful, more than newleaf." she purred, her silver coat making her hard to see in the soft, powdery snow.
The senior warrior stopped and lifted her maw, tasting the air. "I hope we don't make the journey to the other clans during leaf-bare...but if we must, then starclan help us." she sighed and dragged her paw against the snow, snowflakes stuck to her paw as she turned her silver gaze to sycamorebranch "What would you do if the other clans were better than skyclan? if they had a better leader, if they gave you the oppourtunity to become a high rank. would you leave?" she questioned, untold emotions danced in the she cats eyes as she just stared at her clanmate.

Ravenwhisker shook his head "It has nothing to do with Skyclan, it doesn't seem very important....and even if it was a hurt cat...would we accept it and bother healing a unknown cat?" Ravenwhisker knew there was a time when Skyclan accepted multiple unknown cats to join, but taking a risk to find a cat they proably wouldn't help- would be a waste. The kit frowned up at Whiskerfur. "Aren't kits not supposed to be in the territory? I thought I had to stay in camp?"

The skinny mouse lifted its head smelling the air....Ravenwhisker launched forward sweeping his claw on the scrawny mouse's neck he than put it in his mouth snapping the neck to make sure it was dead. He got up and shook his fur from the white snow that so easily coverd his black fluffy fur. He walked with the mouse hearing no sounds of prey near by, all he heard was the crunching of his paws hit the snow.

He saw a vole, but it was too late as it had already seen the warrior and ran off in alarm. "It was slightly plump too" He mutterd, a bit disappointed. He carried on once more to camp, hoping Songkit headed back as well, but he knew how much she loved exploring...

Ebonypaw stopped mid-lick of her ice covered paw as someone crashed into the tree that she was in, looking down and placing her paw beside her others on the branch. She had seen this cat before, and knew her to be the new deputy of the clan. She hadn't spoken to her before now though, and despite her general anti-social-ness she was a bit eager about meeting the deputy.
Ebonypaw tilted her head slightly as Auroraflame asked this.
"Now?" She asked the older she-cat. She wasn't sure why she was surprised or had asked that question, but for some reason it seemed like a valid question to the she-cat. She flicked the tip of her tail sub-consciously as she looked at the deputy, waiting for a response to her one-worded question.

Leafmist's eyes grew wide with shock- that was perhaps what she had least expected the tom to say. "I- Oh!" Her pelt grew hot in embarrassment. He really still feels that way about me? Back when they had first met by the creek, he had openly stated his feelings for Leamist, though the molly had figured that since their time together he would've changed his mind. While she was unsure of her feelings back then, she had grown to love Wolffur, and constantly scolded herself for blowing her chance all those days ago. There was no way she was going to blow her shot again. "Yes, of course!" A loud purr escaped her, and she leaned over to touch her nose to his.

After coming back to his clan and then shortly moving them, Grousestar felt like he could sleep all of his remaining lives away, he was truly, truly exhausted after that. But even still, here he was, padding out into the new territory, still trying to get used to it. It would take a while, after living in the mountainous area for so long and then moving to a place that was fairly different, new smells and sights and landmarks. But the brown tabby would get the hang of it, I mean of course he was, he was the leader of this clan after all.
There was a slight limp to his step, he was still trying to heal the rather large gash on his shoulder from the final battle, but it would heal and hopefully not scar, he didn't think so.
Eyes focused on the ground, he momentarily looked up to find that Gingerwish was also out here, in the territory, though he didn't know the reason.
"Greetings Gingerwish." The tom meowed as he approached with a subdued smile, walking a bit faster, or well, at least as fast as his wound would allow before pausing. "Mind if I join?" There was a chuckle to his voice as he realized that they had been in a predicament just like this before.

The silver warrior flicked her tail and began to pad forward, snow crunching beneath her paws as she silently made her way to the stream. Rainpebble sat herself down and looked up at the sky, her silver orbs danced with reminiscence "Maybe it's about time I became an Elder, I think I've fought all the battles that were thrown my way with all of my might...." She said softly to herself, her words dripped with longing as she remembered her earlier years as a warrior, the molly still hasn't lost the challenging glint in her eyes everytime she's belittled and challenged. She immediately loosened up once she saw who it was " Hello Grousestar, quite a chilly day to be going for a stroll isn't it?" she chirped turning her silver orbs back to the frozen river, smiling softly as she thought to herself, recollecting in her apprentice days."

{Actually Skyclan has already relocated to the area beside the Dusk Syndicate x3}

At his usual pace, the brown tabby set out of the camp, perhaps at an even brisker pace than usual due to the cold because he wasn't exactly too fond of it. His fur was rather short year-round so it didn't keep him very warm, but luckily enough he found out that if you kept moving and kept your blood flowing, you could keep reasonably warm, and besides, he would never let the cold get between him and his walks through the territory. He especially liked to travel around the territory since they moved to a new location after the liberation of the other clans, he needed to get used to it because if there were any cat that should know the territory of the clan, it should be the leader, and he was making quick work of memorizing what he could about the new land.
His brown paws crunched down the light layer of snow on the ground as he practically jogged out of camp, his tail streaming behind him and his ears perked up and alert, the usual smile placed on his muzzle, though it wasn't quite as large as it had been before the liberation. All of those cats fighting and dying.. It took a small toll on him, though given enough time he should bounce back and be as strong and as happy and cheery as ever.
Caught up in his thoughts, Grousestar didn't even think to check the scents and see if any cats were nearby, which was something he usually did, he sort of just padded along without even hardly looking where he was going, his gaze focused forward without actually seeing. He was thinking about the future of the clans, their interactions with these new cats, how he would lead Skyclan to be as strong as ever even though they may have suffered casualties while freeing those other clans from their dark rule.
but he was roused from these thoughts when he heard someone say his name, his pace slowing before stopping and his eyes blinking before focusing on Rainpebble. Immediately a warm smile of delight spread over his muzzle and he dipped his head.
"Oh, greetings Rainpebble! It is indeed chilly, but I would never let the cold prevent me from going on one of my daily strolls." Purred out the tom before he approached at a much slower pace than he had been walking previously.
"Though I could question the same thing to you." He mewed with a playful light in his eyes, knowing full well that the she-cat could handle the cold any day.

An awfully generous gesture, Bouldermouse wonders if she really does believe him, but he still at an impasse if he doesn't appeal to her. He nods and goes off to hunt. It's been a while since he's done this, but the toys his twolegs provided allowed him to keep his edge. He's just so hungry now that he's more sluggish than driven.

He does eventually catch a mouse unawares, the season playing to his advantage in that hunt. Padding his way back, he thinks maybe a caught prey would be convincing enough, if she remained where she had mewed she would.

Gingerwish was slightly startled by the familiar voice. She turned around to see Grousestar. "Oh, hi!" She mewed. "Of course you can join me." Gingerwish sat down on her haunches and wrapped her tail around her paws. Her paws stung because of the blisters. She winced in pain. "So how did you react when Mapledash told you about the other clans?"

Gingerwish sat down on her haunches and wrapped her tail around her paws. Her paws stung because of the blisters. She winced in pain. The leader couldn't help but utter a soft chuckle at seeing the she-cat become surprised at his sudden approach, gently flicking an ear and waiting to hear the words that would allow him to come sit beside her and have a nice chat, as he desired to do now that he knew that she as here.
And quite frankly, he didn't have to wait too long before he heard the words 'Of course you can join me', that smile of his remaining on his muzzle as he resumed his approach before slowly settling down beside the female warrior, a relaxed yawn escaping his maw.
His emerald hues glanced over just as Gingerwish had settled down, the tip of his tail flicking in thought as he saw her wince, he'll make a not to bring it up later in the conversation. But for now he simply listened to the question she had asked, tilting his head a bit with a curious smile.
I wonder what made her think of that question?
Nonetheless he cleared his throat and looked away, recalling the memory of what it was like, sitting in his den and hearing Mapledash tell him the idea that there were four other clans.

"Well.. the first thing I felt was uncertainty, but that should be the reaction of any Skyclan when they first hear about four new clans. I was uncertain whether he was telling the truth and also uncertain on what I should do with the information he had given me. But then.. I felt like I had a moment of clarity, like I knew he was telling the truth. I realized I had no reason not to trust him and so I decided to believe him. I.. Hope that answers your question."
He finished with a smile, looking back at Gingerwish now.
"You didn't get hurt too badly in the battles did you?" Grousestar questioned, now looking back at the she-cats paws, keeping in mind the fact that he saw her wince earlier.

Looking back, he faced his companion. "You comin'?" he asked the British Shorthair behind him. Hannibal.

Spirited Darkness

This was better than simply sitting in camp or taking a leisurely stroll through the Syndicate territory; there was a new clan in the forest, the clan that had liberated the four original clans of their leadership, a formidable clan indeed, but a clan with new fighting techniques, new scents and surely.. New tastes.
Nonetheless the dark tom stood a little ways away from Onyx as they stood amidst the new clan's territory, Hannibal much more quiet and subtle about his movements and actions than the other tom. He had even gone so far as to mask his scent. Hannibal was used to keeping low, because they were simply here to kill cats, he didn't need his scent being known by the other clan, especially since that clan had the power to take down all of those clans leaders as well as their deputies. He was sure in his abilities, but Hannibal was no idiot.
Flicking his ear at the sound of Onyx's voice, his fiery hues focused on the back of the other toms head before sweeping around the surrounding area, taking notes on how the territory looked, how it smelled, making small mental notes about areas that could be used to help memorize the area for future use. Pulling in the scents as the other Syndicate tom noted that there was a cat near, nodding his head slightly and unsheathing his claws, the thorn sharp talons glinting dully in the light.
"Of course I am."
Licking his lips, the tom tested the wind to check if they were upwind or downwind of whatever cat it was. Hannibal was one for stealth, he didn't out right kill cats, that brought too much attention and he didn't need that. If every cat knew his deeds, then they could easily gang up on him and end him, and obviously he did not wish for that to happen.

Ravenpaw looked around. They scented something out of place, though very, very faint. True, ever since the journey, everything smelled strange and new, but the black apprentice flicked their white ears listening intently, all the while tasting the air. Definitely strangers. They thought, moving closer to the border, a look of fierce determination on their face. White tail lashing, they stopped, waiting patiently to see who was approaching, their fur on end as they did so.If it's intruders, I chase 'em off, just like my mentor told me to do if this sort of thing happens. Their jaw was clenched in determination as the waited, shifting their weight uneasily despite trying their best to act brave. Sometimes, they just got scared and ran away from fights, but today, the young apprentice felt braver, more like they could accomplish anything if they set their mind to it, and that alone was enough to keep Ravenpaw from running off. The half wanted to go and find help, but what if the strangers got away? Or it made Ravenpaw look like a coward? Ravenpaw was determined to prove themself to SkyClan, and wasn't going to back down and get help this time. After a few long heartbeats, Ravenpaw thought they heard voices, and strained to hear, but was still no fully within earshot. They thought of their previous talk with Sunflowerkit, the small short legged molly with the slightly annoying personality, yet Ravenpaw didn't dislike them, they just needed to take a break from the overwhelming chatter, so, that was why they were out here, even though they were already pretty tired from hunting. Foolish move... he thought, and with a quick step, and even quicker lunge, he jumped in the direction of the other, claws unsheathed, aimed for their back.
They were upwind of the other cat, but with Onyx not masking his scent, the other cat could likely scent them because they were fairly close, which could easily take away the element of surprise that Hannibal usually liked to work with, causing the tip of his tail to flick back and forth in thought, his eyes focused in the direction he smelled the Skyclan cat. He heard them stop and as sure that they were likely just waiting for the two Syndicate cats to come walking up casually. How naive, it must be a young cat, an apprentice.
Analyzed the tom, not quite making a move, but rather thinking instead. They're not running to get help, perhaps they're trying to prove themselves, or perhaps its because they think highly of themselves after the battle, nonetheless, that puts them as an easy target, me and Onyx are very capable of taking whoever this cat is down without hardly even trying. Especially if they're just standing there.
As Onyx went to attack from behind, Hannibal lunged out of the underbrush right in front of the cat. He often liked to look in the face of those he was killing, watching the life fade from the eyes always intrigued him. As Onyx aimed for a hit on the back, Hannibal lashed out his right forepaw, aiming right for the jugular. It was one of his favorites to aim for because, if it landed, it would result in the gushing of the blood since it was a major artery.

Ravenpaw let out a hiss of surprise and pain as first the weight of a cat bowled into their back, claws cutting easily through the soft skin on their back, and they let out another yowl, then backed up as a second cat, whom they hadn't scented leaped out of the bushes. They unintentionally backed into the first cat, and Ravenpaw rared up. “Stop! You're both trespassing on SkyClan territory! ” They yowled, and then realized that these two probably both knew that. Then the second cat, who was bulkier than the first lashed out a paw, abd hit Ravenpaw right in the side of the neck. Almost instantly, Ravenpaw was badly bleeding, and the strength of the blow sent them staggering away, where therthery crashed against a tree abd stayed, painting and feeling lightheaded and dizzy, definitely not a pleasant feeling. Ravenpaw lashed their tail and lunged weakly for the first tom, slow and off balance, as their mentor had barely taught thertherm a thing about hunting, and the knew their chance were very, very low, they didn't care. They were not going to back down. The lashed out a paw, claws outstretched, aiming for the tom's legs, as they were quite a bit shorter than them, and could hardly reach their shoulders. But after they'd gone for that, Ravenpaw stumbled away, feeling dizzier and weaker, like their legs were about to give way. They thought of Sunflowerkit, who had tried to come with them, and they felt even happier that they hadn't given way and let the she-kit follow, as it would've probably ended the same as it seemed to be ending for Ravenpaw. In other words, not good, and probably deadly. Regrettably, they thought of how it was likely that they'd never get to sneak Sunflowerkit out of camp as they'd promised, and determination filled their gaze, and they raised their head, feeling confident that they would get to do that, for Sunflowerkit. If I die, I'll die fighting. And they stumbled again just as they thought that.
Their neck was now soaked in blood, and they knew that it would be moments before they collapsed.

Despite the apprentice having known that they were there, they were still somewhat able to attack with surprise, Hannibal more so than Onyx, but nonetheless the two Syndicate cats were upon the young tom, the oriental attacking from behind and scoring a strike along Ravenpaw's back, causing him to stumble forward just as the previously undetected Hannibal leaped forward out of his cover to slice a well shamed hit right across the base of the young-cat's throat, hitting the artery he was aiming for, drawing his paw back seconds before any blood good stain the sleek dark grey fur that covered it. At this point, it wouldn't be very long before the Skyclan cat would lose consciousness from excessive bloodloss, and knowing this, Hannibal sat back as the young cat stumbled a bit, attempting to retaliate against Onyx, which the black oriental quite easily evading, lunging back and then lunging forward, tackling the apprentice and pinning him, Hannibal watching in silence, specifically noting the amount of time that has passed since the wound had been inflicted. Most of the time, it took no more than 2 minutes for cats to bleed out and it seemed that Ravenpaw was simply following this pattern.
At the order to bury his bones, Hannibal focused his fiery gaze on Onyx, the tip of his tail flicking. Why does he think he needs to tell me this? Perhaps he's forgotten I do this quite often. Nonetheless, the tom remained quiet, waiting till Onyx walked off before standing and approaching Ravenpaw, his nose twitching as he pulled in the cats scent, watching him carefully for signs of life, curious to see if he was dead or not. If he wasn't dead now, he surely would be close to it. That's if the young cat hadn't lost consciousness, some cats remained conscious until their death, others didn't.

Ravenpaw let out a very faint growl, teeth bared in a snarl as they lay on the ground, completely helpless at this point, to weak to fight. They glared at the sleek, dark gray tom who stood over them, confused as to what the other one, who had called the gray one Hannibal, had said. Your meal. What die that mean? Ravenpaw realized, as it sure sound a lot like it, and Ravenpaw flattened their ears and glared at Hannibal, trying to get up, but falling back on to their side before they'd done much more than get both forepaws under their chest and pushed up, so it was fairly obvious that getting up would unfortunately [B]not[/I] be an option.
They hissed fainter still, then stopped, as it was a waste of their breath. They tensed, but needlessly, as there was no way any strikes they made would inflict any wounds, and they stopped that as well.
Ravenpaw was stuck, and their breath was getting fast and shallow, coming out in ragged gasps, each breath a pain. Ravenpaw did their best to keep conscious, but with each passing moment, it was becoming harder and harder to do that, though they managed to keep awake. They didn't want to pass out, as they tried to convince themselves that as long as they remained conscious, they had a small chance of survival.
Ravenpaw continued to glare angrily at the cat called Hannibal, though their gaze showed their pain and weakness, so there was little point in trying to look angry, though they kept doing it anyways.

Onyx had returned and watched the apprentice fade. that look, one Hannibal always receives... Onyx knew the look well. Northpath gave Hannibal the same glare. Ravenpaw continued to glare angrily at the cat called Hannibal, though their gaze showed their pain and weakness, so there was little point in trying to look angry, though they kept doing it anyways.

( Duskflight )
Onyx had returned and watched the apprentice fade. that look, one Hannibal always receives... Onyx knew the look well. Northpath gave Hannibal the same glare. In fact, all his victims did, like they thought they could end him with a simple look.Rolling his eyes, he stepped out and sighed. "[B]Too easy." He repeated. "Hurry, if you would, I found us a den." he said.
As the dying apprentice growled and glared, attempting to get up, Hannibal merely sat down, watching the young cat with vague interest. Some cats gave up in their finale moments, some cats fought till the very end, some cats pleaded with him and some cats merely sat there, almost sort of greeting death as he delivered it to them. It appeared this apprentice was a fighter. It didn't matter much in the end to him, this apprentice would die whether he was a fighter or whether he gave up. The look that these dying cats gave him always appeared to be the same, anger, anger that he took them from the world of a living before they were ready to leave, and every time, they stared into emotionless pits that issued not an ounce of pity or remorse, they almost even appeared to be mirrors, the empty gaze reflecting the looks other cats gave him. There would never be a cat in this world that would be able to get Hannibal to feel anything. Not love, not happiness, not anger, not pity.
Nonetheless, the tom continued to watch the dying Skyclan apprentice, though turned his head when he heard Onyx coming back, his ear flicking as he heard what the other tom said.
"Please do not hurry me Onyx. I don't appreciate it and I'm sure the den is not going anywhere."
Hannibal looked at the apprentice for a while longer before standing up, raising his right forepaw, claws unsheathed, pausing, and then bringing it crashing down at Ravenpaw's head with enough force to practically crack the skull if the apprentice didn't move while doing so, if the apprentice moved at all, the blow might not kill him instantly and just cause him a lot of pain.

Sinbad's plumed tail flicked, his flat nose sniffing the air for prey. The only thing he could smell, though, was the disgusting stench of Skyclan scent markers. He spits in frustration - his sense of smell was already bad enough, even without those stingy Skyclan cats clogging his senses.
Flakes of melting snow dot his face as he peers around the area, the white particles standing out against his dark fur. He tries instead to keep his ears at attention - those were a lot more useful than his smooshed in nose, after all. He could hear the unmistakable tinkle of a mouse's call, and froze up, ears sharp and straining to hear.
Locating the direction the noise's source was, he raised careful pawstep after careful pawstep, trying his best to muffle the sound of crunching snow. Soon, he knew exactly where the little creature was, hiding behind a leaf. He lowered to his stomach, haunches wiggling, and pounced.
The poor little creature let out a shrill shriek of terror before Sinbad crunched down on it's little neck, silencing it. He harrumped in accomplishment, rising to his paws with his new meal in tow.

Cougarleap lift her head in the air. She opened her maw to take in all the scents of the area. The scent of Loner touched her tongue. She licked her nose as she would try to get the foul scent out of her mind. However, it was already locked in.
She hunched up her shoulders and began to track where the scent was coming from. Her short fur brushed up against the bare bushes. Her greenish-golden eyes landed upon a large male attacking an animal she could not see. She crouched down ready to pounce. Why was he here? He shouldn't be here. She thought.

Sinbad eagerly began to search for a nice spot to eat the thing, but he could feel that something.... wasn't right.
Despite his poor sense of smell, he let the little creature drop to the snow. With the scent of prey no longer filling his nostrils, he could begin to scent another cat nearby. Very nearby.
Upon realizing this, he immediately perked up, his tail raising and his ears pricked and alert. He examined the area in front of him - no immediate sign of another feline. Just snow and foliage. He studied the tracks in the snow - all of them were his own, of course, but there was no sense in not checking.
He turned to look to his side when he saw her, out of the corner of his eye. A she-cat peering at him from behind some leaves.
There was a moment of surprise that touched his features before he let them wash away, a mask of naivety beginning to form.
"Oh!" he chirped in surprise. "Hello ma'am!" He called out to her, turning on his paws to face this new cat. He let something nervous and innocent seep into his words, putting on the believable act of a clueless loner.

He knew his scars would ruin his facade, so he was thankful his fur was so long and so thick. His tail swished amiably, and despite the cold wet snow sticking to his flank, he sat, an extra gesture of innocent intention. Sinbad chirped in surprise. "Oh, is it really? I had no idea this was Skyclan territory!" He looked around himself, as if searching for the markers that he missed. He sent a look her way, one that looked apologetic and concerned. His downtrodden expression lit up into something friendlier as he replied.
"You haven't seen me before because I'm a simple traveler! This area seemed lovely, so I decided to stop by and do a bit of looking around. I'm afraid this flat little thing-" He pawed at his nose, "Isn't much use, so that must be why I didn't smell the borders!" He offered.
Some of his story wasn't exactly a lie - Sinbad was a traveler. He went where he wanted when he pleased, but it wasn't because he wanted to explore. He had no thirst for adventure or sightseeing. And I could definitely smell those blasted border markers, he thought in disgust. "I'm just merely passing through and stopping for a meal. "
He curled his dark, plumed tail around the fat little mouse he had caught moments before, in both a protective and reminding gesture. Yes, he was telling her. I did take from your territory, and you're not getting this back. His expression remained mild all the same.

Sinbad had to fight back a smirk, but his muzzle twitched despite his best efforts. He played it cool though, disguising it as a fearful reaction, smooth and practiced. He knew exactly what he was doing, because he has done it dozens of times before.
"But miss!" He chirped frantically. "Thank you for letting me keep my meal, but I'm not toying with you, if that's what you think!" He let false concern and nervousness seep into his mew, his tail curling close to his body, sending this she-cat a physical, silent message that he was being complacent, that she was in charge.
"I'll leave if that is what you really want, but I swear I'm no threat. I wouldn't kill a flea, even if it was giving me an awful itch."
Just wait, he thought to himself, satisfaction making his chest warm, when you turn your back, silly girl.

Sinbad felt frustration bubble up in his stomach, but he swallowed it. His loss of composure lasted only a moment, his face flickering before returning to it's docile mask.
Sinbad jumped to his paws in surprise, but then, as if realizing his outburst, relaxed once more. Every move was familiar, and every move was planned.

Sinbad cackled, a speck of Cougarleap's blood ringing the corner of his mouth. He licked it away and glared at the cat under him, eyes wild with the thrill of fighting.
"Really? Ye just gonna give up like that? C'mon, I expected more from a cat who runs her mouth so much," He laughed.
He expected her to continue to fight, especially in this moment of inattentiveness on his part - but she remained still, apparently waiting for death.
He knew it was a farce - cats who wanted death weren't near as fiesty as this one, at least, that's what he told himself. So what does that make him?

He snarls wetly and bites into her ear, fed up with this nonsense. He yanks carelessly and bounds off of the cat, spitting skin and blood into the snow.

"Too easy." He repeated. "Hurry, if you would, I found us a den." he said.
Ravenpaw continued to growl, though it became weaker and fainter with every passing second, and at last, they had to stop. Ravenpaw turned their head, giving the cat, Onyx the exact same glare they'd given Hannibal. The flattened their white ears, curling back their lips in their best snarl, then a flash of movement from Hannibal caught their eye and they turned their head, but too slow. The dark gray tom drove his paw down, claws outstretched and instantly, pain exploded in Ravenpaw's head, though it only lasted for a fraction of a second, it felt like moons as the agonizing pain seared through their entire body and everything went black. Ravenpaw's eyes rolled up in their head, then closed as the life left the small, young apprentice. They lay utterly still, not ever to move again. Blood still soaking their fur, but no longer flowing.

It took longer than expected for the she-cat to find her way here, but now that she was she found herself just standing at the border, staring into the foreign territory that was recently claimed. Truthfully, she almost wanted to turn back, go back to ShadowClan and forget all about this. Pretend everything was okay, and live out her life in her clan. But if she thought about it, ShadowClan wasn't her clan. She wasn't born there, after all. No clan was hers, as it wasn't her birthright. So technically, shouldn't she be able to change clans? But didn't that make her disloyal? Shaking her head, she sat down and stared into the foreign lands of SkyClan, wondering what to do. She couldn't just walk into their territory and to camp, that was invading. Though, she wanted to talk to Grousestar, and she couldn't do that just sitting there.
Mouse-brain, why did you do this? Grousestar doesn't have time for a cat like you. Flattening her ears, she stood and started pacing, her tail lashing back and forth. Her ears were flat as she stared forward, glaring at times and resisting the urge to cry at others. Life is so unfair. I had to kill my best friend. It destroyed me. I gave up my mate because I was afraid of committing to any cat. My kits never got to know how much I really love them. Why me? StarClan, what path have you given me? She stopped pacing and fell into a seated position, hunching over and staring at the ground, breathing heavier.
"Why me?" She whispered softly, suddenly mesmerized with a strong strand of grass, staring at it. As she examined the thing so deeply, she found herself calming, and when she finally looked up, everything was alright. That only lasted a moment, and she got to her paws and started pacing once more. She couldn't sit still. Sitting still wasn't safe, it would just bring bring some kind of pain. Maybe someone who allied with Blazingnight would find her and kill her. Or her thoughts would drive her so insane she'd do the honors. Perhaps a tree would fall on her. Anything was possible, and she couldn't stop moving.
Suddenly she had stopped again, and she was shaking. Her breath had quickened even more, and she fell into a crouched position, staring into SkyClan's territory. There wasn't anything she could do to calm herself, she was shaking and found herself nearing the inability to breathe, causing her thoughts to become even more outrageous. All she desired was a freedom from the mess she was in. But that would never happen. How could it, when she was a traitor and a murderer? How could anyone respect her, think her a hero? All she did was kill her best friend. Kill a clanmate. Injured another. There was nothing heroic about that. There would never be anything heroic about her.
Scorchflake was a mistake.

(Hmm... I think I should have Onyx's major secret be revealed in this little journey, but how to throw it in... xD)
Onyx watched in curiosity. His icy orbs focused on Hannibal and the now dead apprentice that tried to fight them off. It intrigued him. How could he show no emotion? It's almost as if he's a walking stone... he thought, and began to walk to his side. One thing tugged at him, Hannibal loved eating cats. Well, not loved per say, but he falls in that area. Something about his look, his gaze, his actions and his skills. How did he learn this all? Did he not have family he once loved for? Nonetheless, Onyx couldn't say much about Hannibal keeping secrets. One thing that most cats badgered him about was his two scars. One that lines his left flank, and the other his left eye. Two scars that made many wonder what he went through, or rather, what he has done. Taking a breath, the Oriental turned to his 'partner'.
"I wonder what lies ahead. More easy kills, or a real challenge. Nonetheless, we have something to look forward to. I want to make sure this SkyClan knows what it's dealing with, bordering us." he said, looking down at Ravenpaw. He rose to his paws, and stepping up to them, he clawed their flank twice, leaving an 'x' so deep it hit the bone, leaving one in it as well. A mark he always placed on his kills, and since Hannibal was going leave no flesh left untouched, it had to mark the bone as well. He then turned around and walked back to the den.
Looking up, he saw the light from the sun fading. A thought ran through Onyx's head.

Scorchflake was a mistake.
It had been several weeks now since Grousestar had finished liberating the clans and moved his own clan closer to them, now that he truly new they existed and wished to coexist with them, tired of his clan living in solidarity when he knew that other clans were out there. Ever since he moved here, he became more and more certain that this is what Starclan wants for Skyclan, to be with these other clans, their time of being isolated was over now. It was time to join these clans for better or for worse and he would stay with that. Skyclan was strong and he's sure that they could handle anything that was thrown their way. He had tried to pick the territory that was most like their old territory, though unbeknownst to him he had selected the territory that directly bordered the Dusk Syndicate, that practically spelled out trouble for the mountain clan. But even if he had known, he would still remain confident in his clan, they were above those rogues, those mongrels and he knew it, though that doesn't change the fact that he didn't know about them. Quite yet anyways.
Nonetheless over the few weeks they had been settling into the new territory, the brown tabby had taken a stroll through the new landscape practically every day, as often as he could, getting accustomed to it and getting to know every little crook and cranny that the forest had to offer, getting to know the prey that ran there and just about everything that he could store in his memory. But he also did it simply because he liked walking, he liked to be out in nature, keeping his body in shape, smelling the fresh air rather than staying in camp all day, he did this every day since he became a warrior as a matter of fact and being a leader never really changed him.
Even currently, Grousestar was padding through the territory, deciding that he wanted round the borders, make sure none of his patrols hadn't left the scents fading or anything of the sort, making sure to strengthen those that were indeed fading that perhaps the patrols hadn't gotten to yet.His paws made no sound at all along the frozen ground as he walked along, his tail held high and his perpetual smile still curling on his lips, his emerald eyes as bright as ever, his ears perked up and listening to the robin calls that he heard way up in the bare trees, a quiet but steady purr rumbling in the toms chest.
Though when he thought he heard something and paused, his purr stopping and the smile dropping, turning completely alert. It sounded like some cat walking around, like pacing. Immediately he parted his jaws and drew in a scent to find one that seemed vaguely familiar but wasn't that of Starclan. With a weary flick of his ears, he jogged along until he came to the edge of the border to find Scorchflake standing there, or rather, crouching there, a distressed look on her face. That's the cat that saved me from Blazingnight.
Immediately he purred out a chirped, "Greetings Scorchflake! What brings you here, aren't you a little ways away from your clan?" Just like he usually did when he asked a question, his head tilted in a fashion much like an innocent kit, his emerald eyes bright and focused on the she-cat before him.

Dusk Falls on SkyClan...
And just as easy as a kit batting a moss ball, the apprentice's life was ended with a single strike from the grey tom, who simply stared at the corpse for a moment, not a single look of well.. Anything passed through the toms face or eyes, he seemed to just be analyzing the corpse. He heard Onyx approach his side, but Hannibal didn't bother looking over, no, he was still analyzing the body. Leaning his head down, he would take a long whiff of the scent, the tip of his tail flicking back and forth before he slowly settled onto the ground to begin plucking the fur off, just like any piece of prey, his ears angled towards his 'acquaintance' because he figured if the oriental had approached him, he likely had something to say, it was just an assumption but a good majority of the time his assumptions were correct. And seconds later, he would find that he was correct.
Pausing what he was doing, Hannibal looked over at Onyx to respond.
"We will likely only get a few kills in before you make a mistake and one gets away to alert their leader. I suggest being careful who you chose to pick off Onyx, put some thought into it or we'll have more trouble than this 'mission' is really worth. I have a feeling that despite knowing that we're here, they will not move, if anything, they might just destroy the Syndicate all together. It's not like we have leadership at the moment, we're slowly becoming a bunch of strays without much of a system." The dark tom was sure the other wouldn't listen to him, but it didn't matter. After Onyx had left, he made quick work of the corpse and buried all of the bones except for the skull and the femur with the 'x' on it. After this was done, he'd simply pad to the den that the oriental had found and join him.

Some thoughts crossed his mind, thinking over what Hannibal said. If one slipped away, and warned SkyClan, then maybe the leader would make his own mistake and come to them, rather then the original plan of them coming to him. Nonetheless, either way, he was going to meet him, and maybe even the deputy if he was lucky. But still, it wasn't the fact how they met them, but a matter of when. Sooner would not be better in this sense. But if they met him on a far later date, then they could take caution sooner, and ruin their entire plan. Something Onyx could not have. Though mistakes were a part of life. As Hannibal walked in the den, he felt a sort of smile cross his maw, an let out a breath, clawing the dirt.

"So, Hannibal, when we finally meet this 'Grousestar', how do you suppose we deal with him? Warn him? Fight him...?" with one final claw, he let a smirkish smile cross his maw. "End him? Or maybe that deputy of his? I mean, what better way to show the true strength of the syndicate then to kill their leadership? Although, Grouse has nine lives, so he would still live, but many leaders grow attached to their deputies.." he chuckled darkly.

"It could hurt Grouse if we take his friends and family, wouldn't it?"

After he had padded into the den, Hannibal settled into a nest after he put it together, some grasses and leaves, nothing too special, something to keep him off of the rather cold ground. As he listened to what Onyx inquired, he casually began to clean himself, his orange-red hues focused on the black oriental close by as he spoke. To be truthful with himself, Hannibal held no ill meanings with Skyclan, he just desired information. He didn't desire to take down the clan, or weaken it, he wouldn't really gain anything out of it and he just simply didn't desire it. All he was here for was to gather information to store away just in case he needed to take them or their leadership down at a later date, but for now, he held no quarrel with them. He caught glimpses of their leader while he killed the young cat in Thunderclan, the tom was brave, courageous and could very clearly hold himself well in battle, but that was already clear considering he and his clan managed to wipe clean the former leaders and then have the strength to fully pick up the clan and move it closer to the others.

"I don't suggest killing him. They believe in Starclan and Starclan has granted him 9 lives, so he'd simply get back up after another is taken and likely attack the Syndicate and wipe it from this earth just like they did with the leaders of those clans. Warn him if you desire, but I don't think he'll take kindly to that either, or to any of this so I'd just say tread carefully. This tom is strong and I don't care how strong and smart you think you are, he will kill you, perhaps not kill you, he didn't seem like that kind of cat when I saw him once in battle, but he will certainly beat you. The deputy is another story, I haven't seen them, but I know from staying in the clans for a moon or two that the deputies only have one life. But clearly the leader wouldn't chose some weak cat as their second in command, so tread lightly with that one as well."
Hannibal paused, tucking his paws beneath himself.
"Whatever it is you do decide to do, know that if I don't think it's going to work, I'm not going through with it. I am not here to start aggression between the Syndicate, weak as we are, and this 'Skyclan', who is clearly a formidable force. I am certain in my skills, but I am not an idiot and I suggest you put more thought into it than you did when you attacked the apprentice. Going in so brazenly is not a good idea. That is all I will say."
With that, the tom laid his head down and stared towards the entrance of the den now.

(I figured I would go ahead and start here since Brooklyn is expecting Cliff soon)
Cliffheart limped into the territory. He knew he probably shouldn't be in his leg as much, especially now that it was hurting him as bad as it was, he pushed the feelings aside, knowing he had to do his duty to the Clan, and that included hunting and patrolling. Which required walking on his leg. He could just ignore the pain, like he had all his life. He kept moving on, setting a brisk pace, the jolting sense of pain surging through his twisted paw every time he stepped. He ignored it as best he could, pushing down the urge to stop mid stride and carress his leg. He released a soft growl of frustration. Why had this happened to him? It was the most frustrating thing the Tim had ever dealt with, and he doubted some thing more annoying would come along. "Alright Auroraflame, where do you think would be a good place to look for prey in this chilly weather?" He asked, knowing his opinion. He figured though he would be polite and respectful, allowing the deputy choice of where they should head. After all, she would be leader one day and she needed to make hard desicion said that would make simple ones like where to hunt seem like obvious choices.

(So sorry for the late reply. Finding a wifi signal has been hard :c)
Auroraflame treaded beside the tom, her eyes and ears alert for any signs of prey. Her icy blues hues scanned the territory from one side to another, taking in a much detail as she could. The glossy pelted she cat glanced down at her companion, well, more so his leg. She heard him let out a soft growl of frustration. She felt concern cloud her thoughts, the tom had seemed confident enough to go hunting back at camp but things didn't appear that well. Auroraflame realised she was staring and quickly looked away, she didn't want to appear rude or anything, she was simply concerned for Cliffheart. For a moment, she wondered if she should tell them to turn back and let him rest his leg, but his words quickly interrupted her thoughts and she turned her attention to the question. Auroraflame immediately searched around once again, looking for a good spot to hunt. Somewhere where there would be a decent amount of prey. It was quite hard to find food right now, due to the cold conditions that nature had set on them. Her gaze rested on a particular spot. The area was somewhat lush and green despite the weather and the trees were quite thick though at least thin enough for them to move around with ease. "Let's try over there", Auroraflame said softly, as if trying to make sure her voice didn't alert any prey of their arrival. She pointed to the area she had picked with her tail, then she beckoned to the tom with her tail and started moving forward slowly, trying to make as little noise as possible. The deputy's eyes managed to trail once again to Cliffheart's twisted paw but she looked away, trying to distract herself with something else, though concern for the tom still nudged at her.

Freezing as a voice reached her ears, the former ShadowClan warrior slowly lifted her head, attempting to calm herself. She sat up, then stood, and stared at him with wide eyes before she snapped her head away, flattening her ears. There were a few deep breaths before she finally looked at him, seemingly normal. "I don't have a clan, Grousestar. That's why I'm here." She figured she'd get right to the point, get things over with so if the SkyClan leader didn't allow her to join, she could run off and never return to the clans. Truthfully, she was already preparing to sprint off. Everything seemed as if the world was going to fall apart from under her paws. She almost wanted it to. But as she stopped thinking for a moment and stared at the tom she saved the life of, something switched and she found herself realizing that there were terrible things done, but they needed to be. And the good of what happened will always outweigh the bad. The bad will haunt her forever, but it was necessary. Every other cat was safe and could live their lives freely. It was rewarding. Scorchflake would do it again and again to give everyone the lives the deserved. Like little Lostkit, who she met once. The poor thing was eyeless and lived in fear of Blazingnight. Lostkit was safe now. Her fathers didn't have to worry so much for their daughter. Kits would no longer grow corrupted under the evil leader's influence. Finchfeather could come home. Halestorm came home. Her son could have a life he deserved. Mountainpeak, if she chose, could return to ShadowClan and be the warrior she deserved to be. Scorchflake realized then that she would never been okay with what she had done, but that was okay. As long as she acknowledged the good that came of her actions, she could live with herself.

Doesn't have a clan? But.. She was in Shadowclan when we fought? What does she mean? A confused look crosses the toms face as she blurts out the main point that she had come here for, his emerald gaze looking over her as if somehow looking at her would provide him the answer he sought.
Well then, if she doesn't have a clan, then..? Oh! That's what she wants, she wants to join Skyclan! Oh Grouse you are so air-headed sometimes! Chuckling at himself, he blinks a bit and shakes his head to clear his thoughts.
"I'm sure you can tell me about it later, but this means that you wish to join Skyclan yes? I mean, I would guess so if you're simply waiting at the border and you tell me that you no longer have a clan. The answer is yes Scorchflake, of course! Come on, lets get you back to camp, we can talk along the way. Are you hurt?"
The brown tabby stepped forward to lay his tail across her shoulder, his eyes quickly gazing over her for any outward signs of injury, knowing that it was possible she could have gotten hurt in her journey here since Shadowclan and Windclan where the two farthest clans from their new home.
"We have prey back at camp too if you're hungry, but if you don't feel comfortable eating the prey that we've caught, then you're more than welcome to come out into the territory to hunt your own." Added on the tom, his purr starting back up in his chest and that smile of his still fixated on his muzzle.

{Actually Skyclan has already relocated to the area beside the Dusk Syndicate x3}

{Sorry for the late reply ;w; }
Rainpebble smiled at the leader, her fur flattned out as she realized she wasn't wrong "I got curious about it." she purred, amusement dripped from her voice, cocking her head to the side "I may look old but that doesn't mean that my heart's aged!" she exclaimed, letting out a laugh. She turned her silver gaze back upon her reflection in the river and let out a sigh, it wasn't an exhausted sigh, or a relaxed sigh, rather, it was a wistful sigh, the events of the battle washing over her thoughts, images of cats clawing and slashing at others, apprentices against warriors, warriors against other warriors, kin fighting against kin. The thoughts made the silver molly's stomach churn, regret flashed in her silver orbs "They should be free from the evil....well for at least for quite a few moons. Now we're closer to the other clans, other clans.....that was a nice piece of information to get thrown my way." she sighed, her thoughts just spewing out, unable to control what she was saying, and she didn't try to stop herself, she didn't really think it mattered. She lifted her head and looked at Grousestar right in the eyes, wisdom and understanding gleamed in the silver orbs "It won't stay down for long, and there's still tons of DS followers, evil cats who wish to get rid of starclan, try to diminish the light that flickers in our hearts." she stated, wrapping her tail around her paws "What will you do? No cat can truly get rid of evil, there cannot be innocence without sin." she said softly, her wiskers quivering. The silver molly continued to stare at her leader, letting her information sink in before she smiled widely "How are you doing? Not too many scratches I hope? After fighting off all four evil leaders." she laughed, changing the rather dim subject with a slightly lighter subject. She lifted her paw and sniffed "I injured my paw pretty badly, and got a nasty scratch on my side, but that's about it." she concluded, checking herself just to make sure that she was correct. She looked back up at her leader and suppressed a shiver as snowflakes began to pile on her, littering across her pelt as she sat and awaited for Grousestar to insert his opinion, to contribute to the conversation.

Cliffheart limped along, his leg causing him almost constant pain. Sometimes the pain grew worse than others, but for the most of it he pushed the feelings away. I just want a decent outing with some cat where they don't constantly baby me about my leg. He thought he annoyance. The tom was about to respond when he saw her gaze lingering in his paws. He silenced a sigh, as he rolled his head to the side, away from Auroraflame's eyes. By the time he was looking straight again her gaze had left him and his malfority. He eyed the spot again where Auroraflame indicated. "Alright, I agree lets go that way." He said, nodding his dust colored head. His pale green orbs narrowed as they approached, his nostrils flared and his ears perked forwards. He scanned the strangely luscious place, searching for signs of life. As he prowled, quietly,Mai's muscles tense and ready to pounce, a scent of Robin wafted across his nostrils. He closed his eyes, inhaling the scent, he tilted his head upwards and opened them again. His eyes landed on a Robin perched up in the trees, sighing he turned to the deputy. "I won't be able to make the jump and climb into the tree." He said in a hushed voice. "Go for it, I'll keep looking." He said, disappointment creeping through in his tone.

As the Oriental walked, he could sense more cats in the territory on the misty morning. His icy blue orbs look left and right for someone nearby.

He took in a breath and could sense someone downwind, but they had to be close. Close enough for a surprise attack. Although it would be tougher if word got out about the apprentice they killed a few days ago.

Fogpelt quietly stalked after a mouse, paws falling lightly. The scent of the small creature masked all others as she followed it. Suddenly, she pounced, trapping the tiny mammal. "Sorry," she meowed before breaking its neck with a swift bite. She set it down and started digging a small hole to bury it in, and looked up at a bird. I should catch that... She sank her claws into the bark silently, preparing to climb the tree.

The oriental caught sight of the molly, and a dark smile crossed his maw. This was perfect. Now he could prove himself, hold his head high. These new clan-ers were going to learn the power the syndicate held. Keeping low, he leaped at the molly, unsheathing his claws in mid-air, a blow aimed for her back. A deep snarl also escaped his throat.

Fogpelt jumped, noticing the scent of the Syndicate cat a moment to late. She toppled over, unbalanced by the sudden weight on her back, and yowled in fury and pain, attempting to twist and claw at her attacker but instead knocking herself down against the tree. She already sensed this was a battle she could not win. You can get you of this and tell Grousestar. If you live that long... "Get away from me, you mangy rogue!" she hissed.

"You new clan-ers will learn the power behind the syndicate. We dominate you all!" he growled, and let his claws fly down to hit her neck or shoulder. If she froze, the neck, if she moved or flinched, it would slice into her shoulder blade.

Fog tried again to twist around to claw him, but being a fairly weak cat she didnt move quickly enough and as his vlaws met her shoulder she cried out with pain, her pale grey shoulder fur red with her blood. "L-let me go!" she hissed, ignoring the sickening feeling of her own blood seeping through her shoulder and back fur. The warrior felt her attempts to free herself weaken.

"SkyClan will be MY territory now! Dusk will fall on SkyClan!" he snarled.
He then placed a paw heavily on her blood-soaked shoulder and chuckled darkly before he bit her neck, blood filling his maw as he closed in on her windpipe.

She spotted a robin perched on a tree branch not too far off the ground but far enough for someone to have a 50% chance of missing it if they leaped. The deputy her Cliffheart sigh and she looked back at him again. "Are you sure? We could always go look for something else that we both have a chance of catching", Auroraflame whispered, not wanting to alert the robin. Her eyes were filled with sympathy, it must be really hard not being able to do things that were important when hunting and fighting. To be the first one to spot the prey, and not be able to get it, Auroraflame felt guilty. Cliffheart had been the one to sniff out the prey and he was letting her do it, in her opinion she didn't think it was very fair. But at the same time, the clan needed food, she couldn't let a piece of prey go to waste just because another clanmate should be the one to get it instead. Letting out a sigh of reluctance, knowing that she hadn't really given Cliffheart a chance to reply, Auroraflame said, "Well, I guess we can't let food go to waste. I'll go catch it, when we're both done let's meet back here".

Kill until the leader finds them. He was on his way to being an infamous legend, and he carved it into the SkyClan legacy. With a smile, he clawed her flank twice, leaving the infamous 'x' he always did on his kills. Cliffheart watched the Robin, making sure it didn't see them or hear them. It would be a shame if it just left, them both standing there talking about it and it just decide to leave. "Yes I'm sure, the Clan needs it. It doesn't matter who sees it or who makes the catch. What matters is that the Clan is strong and well fed." He mewed gruffly, his tone sharp and final. He watched her pad off to catch the bird, ignoring the strong gaze of sympathy she had. He didn't like when other cats sympathized with him. It made him feel worse than he actually did. That was his main problem, he was babied when other cats felt sympathy towards him. They tried to make them equal, by either lying to him and make him seem better, or lying yontheirselves, making them worse by comparison. He hated it, bottom line. He stalked off, dust tinted tail flicking behind him. The scent of Robin, and Auroraflame soon left his nostrils, still flared for signs of scent. He quieted his tail and continued onwards. Soon he came to the edge of the patch of green forest, where the land cleared a little, no trees in the area. He sniffed, knowing something had to be in there, it was too perfectly placed not to be. A scent wafted across his nostrils, though he had only smelt it once or twice before, not something that a warrior came across often. A rustle in the longer grass confirmed his suspicions, and the appearance of the white tail that bobbed up and down. He smiled to himself, as no one else was around to see, he crept forwards, slowly and silently. He remembered his mentor, Pebblechase, teaching him something about rabbits when you're hunting them. But what was it? It had something to do with the way you stalk them, because of their hearing, but he couldn't recall the information at the moment. He glanced over his shoulder one last time, making sure no one was around.
