Bumblestar clamps down hard when her teeth sink into flesh for the twentieth time this fight. She feels claws catch and tear open nasty gashes in her shoulder as her target twists and she snarls, wrenching her head back before lunging forward a second time, reaching for his throat as she threw up a forepaw to slice open his face and grip so that she could rip into him.
Dunepounce dug his claws in as soon as he felt contact, ripping down with as much force as he could muster. He felt cold satisfaction, a contrast to the sharp burning pain in his flank, as his attacker snarled and jerked her head back.
Suddenly she was tearing into his face and lunging at his throat. Hell no. He pulled his claws from her shoulder and aimed to shove at her face, launching his full body with the goal of knocking her off balance.

A paw shoved her in the face. Why. What would that possibly accomplish in the grand scheme of things? Sure, her attacks missed their mark, but out of everything he could do, he chose to- bwhoof!
Bumblestar staggered as Dunepounce rammed into her, knocking her sideways. Her paws skidded on the earth as she caught herself and she bared bloodstained teeth as she rounded back on her target. Yeah, now she was just pissed off, and this guy was asking for it. If he didn't turn tail and run, he was likely going to end up with her claws sinking into his belly and tearing as she shot forward again, intent on grappling him to the ground.

The weight on him fell off, and he was graced with a brief moment of triumph. He staggered a bit as he adjusted his own balance, refocusing on his opponent.
Dunepounce got one glimpse of a very pissed off leader of ThunderClan before he turned tail and ran like bat out of hell. He wasn’t stupid, this was not a fight for him to win.

Fallenwish hated the fact the kit had to see so much blood. She should have seen the battle before Dusklion had gotten injured that bad. She used to be worried about being ignored, but she had been ignorant herself. She wasn't good for anything- she wasn't fierce enough to battle, letting her surprising strength go to waste, she couldn't connect to StarClan, letting her herb knowledge go to waste, and kits weren't her forte. Hell, she couldn't even be alert enough to protect her clanmates.
Wait, she could do something? Would she mess it up? Could she handle anything?
She didn't say whether she could walk. She. Was sure it wasn't good for her, but she had failed a task once and shen had to live up to Clanwort ishy standards, for not enough people cared about that. She could see a horrible future where riverclan fell to pieces.
"I can try, and I'll keep trying until the job's done," She honestly assured. "Of course, I can stay if Cobwebpaw needs me to. I would never try to disappoint such an honorable cat." Perhaps a little confidence would help the healer. Fallenwish began to try to stand strightly, probably failing but she didn't notice.

"Tomatoes are in the same family as some of the world's deadliest poisons. That just goes to show how rebellious tomatoes are." "What about how the apple can fall far from the tree?" "No, sometimes the tomato falls from the plant."
"Coward!" came the shout after her target as he bolted. Bumblestar's paws slammed against the ground and she took a moment to survey the bloodied battlefield. Numerous corpses lay strewn about the clearing, some ThunderClan but from what she could tell at a glance, most the rats'.
Only a few prominent figures stood out to her - Wolfpaw, lying still, which shot a bolt of panic through her gut until she barely managed to decipher the rise and fall of his sides; Springpaw, bleeding from clearly fish-delivered cuts; and Drizzlecloud, looking far too disoriented for her liking.
The latter two sparked rage. ThunderClan had their fair share of medicine cat related incidents, but Bumblestar had made sure her Clan knew what would happen the next time one of them tried the same thing. The past had affected RiverClan in no way, shape, or form, yet here they were, targeting healers doing their job like they were meant to in a battle.
Seething, she wove her way through the fight to Wolfpaw, bending down to make sure he was actually still alive before she raised her head again.
"THUNDERCLAN! We're done here! Disengage, grab the dead 'n injured, 'n let's go! They should've learned their lesson by now!"
If they hadn't, well, she had no problem slamming them again.
FINISH UP YOUR FIGHTS. Any ThunderClan cats who choose to ignore Bumblestar's orders to fall back will be either be left in RiverClan's camp or punished at Bumblestar's discretion.

The older apprentice had thought she would've been able to put up more of a fight against the damn deputy of all cats. Yet she was so very wrong about that, the proof was the position she was in right now. Pinned to the ground after she had taken lessons from Ripplepelt about moves that deal with this. She must be a disappointment to the older warrior if she were to see her right now. The molly could spy Beanfloat trying to 'sneak' up on the other that was using her as a nice soft spot to sit on. Did they not notice that he was pretending? She thought that someone in their position would be smarter about this. She had hoped he was one to pay attention to details, yet that was too much she guessed. Maybe it was time for her to stop putting so much faith in these cats, they seemed to only prove her wrong all the time.
She had seemed to distract them for a bit just enough for the big brute to get off her. Thank god, she needed the air she thought she was going to die from some form of suffocation. While it seemed that his attention was back on the warrior, she should make her move now! Screw that because the deputy seemed quick on his feet as she felt teeth make contact with her face. Springpaw let out a gut-wrenching screech as she felt the fang's upward motion, tearing through fur and skin. If it had just ended with only part of her face she could handle the pain a bit. No, she felt her eye get torn through like it was nothing, she didn't even think a cat was capable of this kind of attack. It hurt so much, even more so when he ripped her ear too, the whole thing leaving half her face a bloody mess.
It all left her in a daze left her feeling unsure what to focus on, should it be the pain she was now in or the enemy in front of her. A lot of thoughts rolled in her head, to run and seek aid or to stay here and try to fight back still despite the pain and major injury she had. The words, kill him rolling in her mind like some entrapment unable to escape. Just as she was about to place pressure on her ruined eye, she felt herself being gripped and thrown. A grunt came from her as she hit the ground with a skid, leaving a smeared trail of blood. There was so much of it, was it possible for a cat to bleed that much? She couldn't recall if she did when she got the scars on her belly and side when they last fought another clan. She curled in a ball of pain holding a paw to her bloodied eye she didn't feel much from her ear.
The move just renewed her pain, making them angry all over again like it repeated on such short notice. She had to get out of there and seek some actual medical help this time around. No, ignoring this wound and pushing the pain away, no it was impossible for her right now. Struggling to stand on her own four legs pain still blossoming all over her head, she tried to stumble away. Her pain-addled mind paid no attention to Beanfloat who was standing behind her. She didn't even notice Honeystep showing up trying to lecture the crazed deputy. No, she had to get out out out before she was possibly assaulted again.
Honeystep
Kind ❀ Sweet ❀ Patient ❀ She/Her
“Sweetness can be found anywhere, you just need to look hard enough.”
It seemed like the cowards were running away without even have the courage to face the fact that they were being horrid little monsters just because they wanted others to suffer. Honeystep tried to keep herself calm through this, she hoped that Bumblestar and Spiderthroat would realize the horrid deed they did this day and be unable to sleep for the rest of their days. Having to do everything that they could do to make up for their crimes here today. No matter what they did would be good enough. Not in Honeystep's eyes. Anything that her clan did here today was in self defense and she didn't care. This was what one got for coming in the killing on in their own home.
She needed to focus on Springpaw. This is what mattered right now. She used herself to help prop up Springpaw as she walked her to the medicine cat den. She didn't like how bad she looked and a worry rotted her deep down inside. Honeystep was so scared of losing Springpaw right now, to cats who were not trained as actual medicine cats. If she lost Springpaw to that.... Maybe sweetness couldn't be found in every cat. Definitely not Bumblestar, bumblebees didn't make honey after all. Not enough to cover her horrid soul..
At the call of Bumblestar, Redhawk scrambled out of her fight and aimed a last blow towards the RiverClanner. "SS-Stay off ThunderClan," she snarled as a last word before backing away. Her head was ringing and the blood was roaring in her ears. She wasn't as scathed as some of her Clanmates though, and her heart twisted briefly in the fear of who would be revealed to have died.
Tracking eyes fell on Bumblestar and - "NO!" Stumbling forward through the clearing with ears drawn back and eyes round with concern, Red eventually came to a breathless halt just before the two, the sudden fear was doused when she saw the rise and fall of the apprentice's flank. Instant relief flooded through her that, while definitely worse for wear, Wolfpaw wasn't dead. She had taken a liking to the apprentice ever since their tree climbing lesson, and he couldn't die - she hadn't seen him achieve his goal of becoming a hornet. "T-Thank sss-stars," she muttered, shaking her head before looking up at Bumblestar, then around at the RiverClan camp. There were so many bodies, most unrecognizable because of the scarlet fur they all bore. Her eyes fell eventually Tawnypaw and she winced as the shallow scrapes along her back stung.
"Bumblestar.." she began, her voice lower but still enough for her leader to hear, "I'm... concerned. T-Tawnypaw - she wanted to stop the battle; came t-to the battle to do it. T-Thought it wasn't... worth it. I can sss-sympathize with the desire for no violence, b-but... she went as far as-sss to attack me." Twisting her head she pointed with her nose to the scrapes along her back, gaze going back to Bumblestar. There was a bit of uncertainty in her gaze, unsure of what to do in this situation. Redhawk understood the desire for no violence, no bloodshed. Unfortunately, she had also come to know it was inevitable and even requires in the life the Clans lived. And to go as far as to attack a Clanmate over it...
Frostpetal, too injured and exhausted to fight back, was unable to defend herself from the onslaught of the ThunderClanner. Is this the end? The injured grey molly tried getting up, wincing in pain, leaning on Birchbranch's flank. "Birch...branch," she groaned, "Are you... alright?I'm sorry for not... being able to help you..." Hearing Bumblestar taking her slimy warriors out of RiverClan's camp, she sighed. "This battle... was embarrassing. Both of our most recent fights with ThunderClan... ended in defeat. Maybe if we had a medicine cat... things wouldn't be as... grim as they ended up being..." She knew that what she said may have made her sound like a monster, but it was most likely true.

“Ocean waters rising above your neck
You feel the glass start to crack.”
Seabreeze looked around the medicine den for a moment and decided to just drop off the herbs where they would be out of the way but easily seen before leaving the den. The fur along his spine shot up at the sound of Bumblestar’s howl but he relaxed a fraction as the message processed.
After a moment, the tom decided to stand guard outside of the medicine den just in case some cat decided to try something during the last moments of battle. Though from what Seabreeze had seen of Bumblestar they wouldn’t if they wanted to keep their heads.
Some bees swirled angrily around his pelt, and Seabreeze hopes that they chose some Thunderclanner and not him or one of his clan mates. The tom’s eyes tracked the receding Thuderclan cats wearily from outside the Medicine den. Then in an act of betrayal against his own self, the Riverclan warrior’s eyes flickered to the dead Riverclan cats spread across the clearing and for flashes he wasn’t staring at them he was staring at Cloverpaw’s dying body as she struggled to take her last breaths.
They would need to get everyone ready for their vigils and burials…there were so many. Seabreeze harshly tore his gaze away and to Birdsnow briefly for a moment. He would volunteer to help as needed, wherever Birdsnow needed him. For now, the tom watched the Thunderclan cats with a new, harsher, light in his eyes.
