It was really time to set things into motion with this training. Sparrowpelt had been slacking a little, but they could make up time fairly quickly if Lynxpaw was ready to put in the work. First up, hunting! He was unsure if his apprentice had been trained any basics with hunting on a patrol prior to this, but even so, Sparrowpelt would go more into depth today.
"Lynxpaw! Let's get sum huntin' done!" the warrior called into the Apprentices' Den, hoping his apprentice would be at least a little excited for this.

Sparrowpelt's call caught Lynxpaw's attention, and he hurried out of the apprentice with an eager grin. "I'm ready! I've never caught prey before. Do you think I'll manage to catch some on my first try? Oooh, what do you think it will be? Maybe I'll bring back the biggest piece of prey anyone in ThunderClan has ever seen."
